    We're smashing 1500 steps in 12 minutes to your favourite BTS songs 2021.
    The music is super uplifting and this ones a party in your living room.
    This workout is about having fun, getting sweat on from the comfort of your own home.
    We keep it low impact, safe on your joints and super fun.
    Don't worry about getting any of the steps correct, it's not about that, it's about getting moving, enjoying the music and loving the process.

    For someone who has arthritis, neuropathy, hip, back, knee and many other medical issues,,,I just want to say THANK you for putting something out there for those of us with limited mobility, that's short but effective,,,, I CAN DO THIS!!!! Because of you, and BTS I can see HOPE in my world ..

    These no commentary videos are fantastic accessibility for disabled folks. I'm autistic and a lot of neurodivergent people struggle with verbal instructions. This video, when you use hand gestures as directions, makes it so much easier for me. Please keep the no commentary videos coming, they are wonderful for including people who often feel left out. ❤

    In January, I started eating keto and found this channel, which has led to a 70lb weight loss so far. I LOVE your videos, but just three days ago, I told my husband that I really wanted there to be a K-pop/BTS video and OMG, here it is. I think you probably knew that I was happy, because when I saw that you had made this video, I shrieked loud enough for pretty much everyone on the planet to hear. Yes, this one has been added to my favorites and I have already done this workout a couple of times today. Thank you so much for this, it's perfection!!!

    I like working out at home and I love BTS. One day I was looking for a cooldown work out and I came across this. It just put a big smile on my face so I looked at other videos by Rick and I got hooked on the body combat work out. That lead me to subscribing for his paid workouts. He has a wonderful collection of workouts and they are worth every penny. And the last cool down workout is always this one, the BTS walking workout. It helps me end my workout session with positivity and happiness. It never gets tired. Thank you Rick.

    This is so perfect. I walk at home myself (listening to bts) as a part of exercises but it is boring to walk alone. This is so good. Got BTS and walking!

    As an Army, I was happy to see a Rick/BTS workout. Since they’re known for their choreography, I would’ve liked to see more steps. But I loved it.

    This was so good, thanks Rick. I listened to your last seminar and really appreciated the information. I am working with an amazing nutritionist to get my intake on point. I am pushing myself and trying to keep my steps up. These short videos are an amazing way to get the last few thousand steps in each day. My daughters (12 and 14) are BTS fans 💜, they came running to my room to see why I was listening to BTS!

    All your moves are so fun! Its weird, I always love to dance at a faster pace , like 140+, and then if I don’t get it I fell a little deprived… this does feel slow on an athletic level, but on the other hand….very much fun. I added a lot of arm movements to bring the pace up.. , GOOD BEGINNER VIDEO FOR SURE, thank you Rick 🌸

    I love your workouts! They're easy to do, I can feel the intensity I want, and there are so many to choose from with different times on them.
