    This speed walking workout is designed to keep you in the fat burning zone.
    You can do this daily workout at home to get results.
    It's only 10 minutes and the perfect low impact workout to get your heart rate up while keeping it safe on your joints.
    If you're brand new to my workouts, these workouts are designed to help you achieve your step goal from the comfort of your own home.
    We keep it fun, safe on your joints and low impact.
    Don't worry about getting any of the steps correct, it's not about that, it's about getting moving, enjoying the music and loving the process.

    I loved it! I’m not sure how I would feel if it was more than ten minutes though. I love the variety of workouts available to choose. My favorite is the 10,000 but has become a bit too slow s I’ve been combining workouts to equal 10,000 steps so here’s always variety! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    This is good. I was doing 30 minutes fast at nights. I think 10 minutes a few times a day is better. I will be able to hit my goal of 3 miles every day.

    Just started back on the weight loss journey over a week ago. Someone mentioned these little gems of workout videos and started them last night. Great workout gets the heart pumping and doesn't take anytime out my day. My wee boy came in and just started getting involved when I was doing another one of the workouts this morning 😁

    Another romp through, Rick. Love the speed of this one. Trying to push through deflation. Been doing keto for 6wks. Lost 10lbs and the last 2wks have gained 2 despite eating right, drinking water and exercising. Hoping this bump in the road goes soon

    Thank you for your video's. I just found them a couple of months ago. Short story,, I am 66, work from home on a computer all day, take a 15 minute break every 2 hours to do your workouts:). A little longer story, I have had 12 surgeries from 2012 thru 2019 including a broken and shattered leg, 2 knee replacements, 2 shoulder surgeries (which both have been a failure so still have torn rotator cuffs and disconnected tendons, so painful all the time) and 5 disks fused in lower back in 2019 and have not been able to sleep in a bed due to causing a lot of pain....and several other surgeries. I have a rt foot that needs surgery again,, but I have said enough! (which would make the 4th surgery since age 17 on it). I have times during the day that the burning and pain make it impossible to stand on it. Severe neuropathy I am told that I have in both feet. I have spent the past 6 months losing 55 lbs so no longer overweight, and that has been supplemented with walking videos that I have found on line as they are less stress on my feet than walking outside. Was so happy to find these from your youtube as my old ones were boring to me :) I would not have said so much here, but hoping that I can encourage some others who have a lot of body pain to live with, just to stick with these walking workouts! My pain has felt so much more manageable with daily walking workouts with Rick :)
