    He told me to crunch more and I accidentally slammed my elbow into my knee! Got a nice bruise now but still had fun. Crunch goals met haha!

    Located in Arizona. Love the programs, but at 77 need to start slowly. Looking forward to “joining” your workout program, but need to build confidence with dance steps and longer time frames. 💕

    You are underrated man, I am told to have a 1 hour brisk walk every single evening along with gym. And I absolutely enjoy your workouts, it is better than walking round and round in a park. Plus I sweat and enjoy much more

      Look through his catalogue- Rick has plenty of fast walking works out for those who want it! Some of his exercises even contain planks and burpees if you like that level of workout!

    I absolutely love all the videos with no commentary, mainly because I just like the music loud with no distractions. So I was a little disappointed that this video was advertised as no commentary, but it wasn't.

    I do this workout with 1kg weights. This time last year I was about 380lbs and in need of shoulder surgery and I couldn't even lift my arm to my mouth, now I'm 322lbs and able to workout with weights. I'm proud of myself. Don't give up!

    So I've been doing your workouts a few times a week on my days off, when the kids are at school. On the school run this morning, my 10 year old was telling me about her pe lesson, which was doing your Ed sheeran video. She was over the moon to know that I did that workout too, a couple of days before 😂
