    Seriously, can we just take a moment to appreciate Rick for working out in that insane heat?? How easy would it have been to film this in a studio but no, as always he goes above and beyond to bring us these breathtaking views.       I did wonder if the (darker) area of ground that he's working out on is damp from his sweat dripping onto it!!! Absolutely heroic workout from our favourite team leader, Rick.

    I love these! My dog died last year (I’m still beyond sad😢) and although I walk 4-5 miles a day my step count has fallen dramatically. These workouts mean I can boost my step count quite nicely with a variety of videos to choose from 😊It’s not quite the same as walking my beautiful lab though……*sigh*

    Thank you so much Rick for this workout! I was 3k away from 10k and it's freezing cold in the UK and the walking pad is boring! I absolutely loved this! You are so good and energetic and you make it easy! Even my 10 year old daughter and 3 year old boy joined me to do this. I have tried to look at other 3k TH-cam workout but they all seem quite boring. Thank you for doing this for your followers ❤💪💪

    Love this one! It gets me to almost 5,000 steps before I leave the house to go to work in the morning. Rick is very engaging and keeps everything light and fun. The time (and the steps) just fly by and you're done before you know it.

    I'm so happy since finding Rick Bhullar Fitness. His cueing is spot on. His skill set is superb and he gets me smiling while working out. Since being diagnosed with hips issues of bone on bone, bursitis and arthritis, I don't do daily walking outside like I used to because every step hurts. I don't know why I am able to do these workouts without pain, maybe it's the flooring/carpeting versus outside on pavement. Whatever the reason, I feel like I've got my life back. Much more energy since diving into these videos. I will commit to doing at least one a day if possible and maybe more, I just don't want to overdo it in the beginning since I like it so much. Loving the tunes. Rick asks for suggestions....I'll suggest keep doing what feels right to you Rick because it's all good! Thank you.

    dealing with the loss of my mom and Im not at home so I am in an environment that I am not used to long term. Lots of moving parts e.g. Dad sick too, planning memorial services. Due to my situation there is a lot of external pressures and anxiety so I needed something - anything! I exercise best when my mood is good, but in these times its necessary to get it in for self preservation. So I did this workout and its literally holding me together right now. THanks Rick.

    New subscriber from several weeks ago. I have been exercising with your 45' and 35' zumba workout, and your 15' dance workout. And I gotta tell you, I am obsessed. Your energy, your vibe, your constant chatting through out the workouts which makes me feel as if you were right in front of me in the apartment.     back again! fat burn is what I want to do most of the time. thank so much for doing these. I recently found out that Im pre diabetic, so I have to get to the nutritionist soon to help with that part of things. definitely don't want to be in the diabetic zone!

Have done for the last 2yrs...started off with the shorter 10mins then built up to 20mins (setting my alarm earlier!). A fab way to start the day.     Just discovered this channel a few days ago when I was looking for a dance workout and have since tried his 15 min, 30 min - and now, 20 min work out. I really like it! (Subscribed!) I like several things about these workouts: the time remaining and step count on the screen (b/c when you're out of shape, a minute looks feels like 10x that long, lol). I like that he also doesn't have a lot of background distractions - its a clean visual with a nice city view in the distance. Also like the pace, repetition, and ability to adjust the impact level (can be more "steppy" vs "bouncy" depending on how one's knees and feet feel). Thank you for posting these videos!

    Not sure I could manage a whole hour exercising but I just loved this video. I like the progression of steps learned. It’s fun and keeps me coming back to do more

    This is one of my favorite videos!! Love the beat and diversity of steps. I want to do 30 minutes but time!! I need to dedicate more time to this.
