Hi Coach Yogi Jule ma'am! Is this also for men? I am a man and tried this lesson with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could only manage to last about 8 minutes in the lesson when my entire body just failed and my MIL told me to go and rest. My MIL did the full hour of this powerfully like you. She have rock solid muscles, invincible strength and endless endurance! I feel really low and very defeated 😔
Hello beautiful Rupin :) I am sorry, you struggled with this one a bit.. I guess it is a more advanced flow. But I will be sharing more gentle practices very soon! I hope thesew will work better for your body & make you feel great instead of defeated.. much love, Jule

It is really super intense for me and I still unable to last the full lesson. My MIL does the entire class very powerfully! As a man I really want to build a strong muscular warrior body like yours or like my mother-in-law's! It will really help my confidence and self-esteem to be so strong warrior like you, if it is possible for me!
