Warrior Yoga Flow | 15 Min Practice For Balance & Strength

- This sequence of the five classic warrior poses is the perfect short yoga practice of standing poses to work on overall balance and strength.
We'll move through a sun salutation vinyasa flow, and a main sequence combining Warrior I, Humble Warrior, Balancing Warrior III, Warrior II and finally, Reverse Warrior. We'll hold the postures for 3-5 breaths to allow time to settle into each stretch.

As a request, could you please do a longer flow consisting of just standing poses, but slightly more challenging? I'm always struggling to find yoga videos that are mostly standing poses and fall somewhere between intermediate and super advanced levels.

Thank you so much Jessica. I had a headache all day so this helped to cleanse my body. I needed to modify my balancing poses by putting my fingers on my holster. Do you know why my back popped when I raised my right leg, but not when I raised my left? It didn't hurt it was just a bit noisy. Peace and Namaste 🙏🏾🧘🏾♀️

Hey, so I'm coming to inquire about something. I feel like I have too much energy stored in my left leg (like an energetic inflammation), and not enough in my right leg. This cause an imbalance, and it also causes a lot of pain. I tend to mostly have issues with my left hip and left foot. I may even have crooked hips. Are there any poses or practices you would recommend to balance the left and right sides of my body out. They are kind've hard to find.

I really enjoyed this warrior flow, it was really empowering. I wish the background music was a bit more upbeat, instead of calming. The calming tones didnt really help with motivating me through the more challenging parts. Again, amazing flow!!
I found the calming music helping as it helped me focus on my breath and body. Personal preference I suppose 🤗✨
