Keep your spine neutral, knees a little bend and then when you start to bend down go slow, you should feel the strech on your glutes and your hamstrings, even without weight

Hip Thrusts, Squats, Romanian Deadlift, and Bulgarian Split squats..........that is all you need and will give you the best results.
