6 Year Low Carb Anniversary!!

I made a conscious decision 6 years ago, at 45 years old and out of desperation due to health issues. That decision changed my life (and dare I say saved my life)!
From Keto, to Carnivore, to Ketovore... or whatever you want to call it, this lifestyle change has been life changing!
At 51 years old, after eating a high fat, high protein, no to low carb, animal based diet, I am thriving! Here's to the next 6 years and beyond!

Bro, you look that jacked at 51 that‘s sick! And that even after only six years and coming from overweight at mid40s. I am 13,5 years organic low-carbish paleo-ish. Never look back, always buy the best food you can get, best investment ever.
