0:00 Introduction
2:40 3/8 bolt, 3/8 washer
2:52 Add 3/8 bronze bushing
2:58 Add 2nd bronze bushing & 3/8 lock nut
3:10 Do this for both sides.
4:16 Hw4 Allen wrench/ socket
4:34 1/4" bolt (5/8 in length) & 1/4" washer
5:09 Install remaining bolts and washers.
5:29 1/4 bolt (3/4 in length) & washer
6:11 Hand tighten
7:02 Tighten 3/8 bolt with 9/16 wrench
8:03 Rubber bumper
8:15 1/4 washer & 1/4 lock nut
8:35 Tighten with 7/16 wrench
15:41 1/4 (5/8th in length) bolt, 1/4 washers
16:52 Then, install the 4th & 6th position bars.
17:45 Do the same for the other side.
17:55 Remember this is aluminum!
18:00 1/4 (3/4 in length), 1/4 washer
18:26 Install 1/4 washer on the back side, the 1/4 lock nut.
18:38 1/4 3/4 in length , 1/4 washer, 1/4 lock nut
19:14 Remove two bolts from one side of the 4th position.
22:37 1/4 (5/8 in length), 1/4 washer
24:28 Add 4 total t-nuts.
27:52 1/4 (1/2 in length), 1/4 washer
29:22 Install on the other side.
32:27 Tighten bolts on front and back.
33:47 One long bolt & nut to go with it.
35:22 Attach all pods in the same way.
36:48 12mm bolts, remove
36:58 Take the spacers and place over the bolt holes. - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ

Does the light bar and valance cover some of the sunroof, and if so how much? Any chance of a picture of the top with a sunroof?
Valances doesnt cover it up but one extrusion bar does sit across it still allowing it to open and close.
Hi, thank you for the video, I wanted to ask which light bar did you install and which side pods ? Can pods in the rear be placed as well?
The pods can be placed in the rear. The pods we have on this vehicle are 20W FLOOD COMPACT LED POD and the light bar is a 42" DUAL ROW 5D OPTIC OSRAM LED BAR

@@tomcat15 Yes an awning can be installed on our roof rack with anyone's mounts. We are coming out with awning mounts for our roof racks by the end of the month as well.
i just bout this roof rack, and in the picture shows that it comes with the light track. but is not! anyone else have the same issue??
We have two different roof racks. An economy and a premium. Premium is the one that comes with a light cut out with the retractable valance panel.
Does this disrupt the view or the use of the sunroof?
You will be able to use the sunroof in the sense of opening and closing it. There is a bar that goes over the sunroof. Let us know if u have anymore questions!
Can you install a light bar without taking the rack off the vehicle?
Yes, You can
Are the bolts stainless steel? Prinsu has a huge rusting issue with theirs.
They are not stainless. It would be a nice touch if they offered a 316 stainless upgrade as an option.
If i install a ladder at the back will it hit the roof rack?
Which ladder are you referring to?

how long does it take to install this if you do it at a dealership?
Around 2-3 hours on the conservative side.
