Did my Matterhorn install today. There is a small difference in the brackets and siderail cutouts for the front feet on my kit, the crossbar mounts horizontal, not vertical. Which means that the 2 t nuts go into their own individual slots. That and the slot cut in the side rails is horizontal, not vertical. Had me scratching my head for a few minutes.
@@sherpaec thanks for the reply. Its also missing on the instructions PDF (for the matterhorn sport). When you say ."feet to the roof rack" do you mean the bolts that go into the toyota track nuts or the bolts that mount the feet to the crossbar's track nuts? Or both? *edit* i see now you said roof TRACK. Thanks again!
Hey, I have a 3rd gen 4runner, just wondering if these mounting feet are 'flat' or contoured? Also are the front mounting feet different from the back? Thanks!
All of our racks start under $1,000. To get to $2,000 you would have to also be purchasing a lightbar or a load of other accessories. The total of the rack we installed was $989.
This is done much better than other rack systems. Love how flexible this is.
Very neet how the matterhorn uses Some of the orginal Toyota 4runner 3rd Gen Rack to mount the Sherpa Rack 5:36

Looks great, I’ll be ordering one.
Glad you like it! Don’t miss out on our Black Friday sale, it’s live till the 30th of November.

Need to build one out for the current gen Sequoia

Yes, this allowed us to run a wider front foot which is stronger.
How to obtain in Australia? These are awesome!
The kit came with loctite but i dont see any being used. Which bolts should have loctite?
Sorry we didn't cover that! The Loctite goes on the M6 bolts that mount the feet into the roof track.

just got my Antero for my 2001 4Runner. Is it the same install procedure as the Matterhorn?
Rims make & size pls?
Struts?
Thanks?
Will this rack fit a same gen Hilux surf?
Yes, you do have to modify the tail end of the rack to clear the Surf spoiler though.
Will this work with a 95 4runner every thing looks the same
Yes, people have done it and as long as you have the track system on your vehicle, it will mount up with no problems.

Do you sell overseas?
We do not sell overseas directly, but many folks have had great luck with a freight forwarder.
Do you know if this rack will fit a 2nd Generation 4Runner?
Yes, it will so long as you have roof tracks installed on the vehicle.
@@sherpaec what's the difference in the The Matterhorn and The Matterhorn sport
Ooooof. 2gs is a lotta money. Looks like a nice design though.

How is the light bar powered?
looking to get The Antero for my 3rd gen. About how ling till I get it if I order now? Any Memorial day discounts? Thanks
Around 5 weeks on most racks right now. Some can take 6-8 weeks.
You should not wear black gloves on a black roof rack with black parts, It is not very clear what are you doing.
