For quite a while being a vegan has been heavily promoted, now there's a certain group of influencers that only consume fruits and nuts, all raw. And they will all tell you how wonderful they feel all the time. However, if you just look at their physical appearance, most of then have pretty much lost all muscle mass and look weaker than a 10 year old kid! I think the best sustainable diet is what we have been consuming for generations. Of course if you would like to build yourself you need to consume higher amounts of protein. I absolutely admire your channel for putting out the most scientific, well rounded and sensible knowledge. We need more influencers like you Sir!

The problem with people nowadays is that they do everything in extreme, people think whatever they are doing is only the correct way to do let it be diet, physical workout, religious beliefs, personal beliefs etc. They donot keep space in them to get some advice from others or to learn about something else. I went on Raw diet through Dr.Roy Chaudhary 's programme.. I m type 1 diabetic as well. On the Raw diet I always felt hungry ..even I was eating something whole day in almost every two hours...still I was thinking about food..and I was hungry...after sometime I started feeling as water is flowing in my legs...from knee to ankles ..it was really odd...I decided to left that Raw diet...

We all need correct information and we should accept constructive criticism. Subscribed. Edit: Also before anyone tells me to take vitamin B12, I take that supplement. I get other nutrients from traditional Indian cooked food. All diets need to be planned. A well planned vegan diet is nutrionally adequate for all stages of life according to American Dietetics Association.
As you do not take milk or curds, it is necessary for you to take B12 supplements and some fermented foods on a regular basis. This will keep your gut healthy. I am a vegetarian, but I do take a sufficient amount of milk and curd to satisfy the above two requirements. Other key items of diet and lifestyle I do take care of are: 1. Sufficient walking. 2. Ten minutes under the sun, every day. 3. Low-fat diet. 4. Omega 3 with walnuts. 5. We use coconut oil, a saturated oil. I reduce milk in my tea to make it strong and appreciate the aroma of tea. In case of darjeeling tea, I don't add milk at all to respect the aroma & taste.
Tea has oxalates which are like glash shards and they are not metabolized by the body, They can bind to calcium and become un absorbable. Hence It will be a good idea to put more milk not less.

Edit: Also before anyone tells me to take vitamin B12, I take that supplement. I get other nutrients from traditional Indian cooked food. All diets need to be planned. A well planned vegan diet is nutrionally adequate for all stages of life according to American Dietetics Association.
As you do not take milk or curds, it is necessary for you to take B12 supplements and some fermented foods on a regular basis. This will keep your gut healthy.
I am a vegetarian, but I do take a sufficient amount of milk and curd to satisfy the above two requirements.
Other key items of diet and lifestyle I do take care of are:
1. Sufficient walking.
2. Ten minutes under the sun, every day.
3. Low-fat diet.
4. Omega 3 with walnuts.
5. We use coconut oil, a saturated oil. So, I take a teaspoon of either sesame seed oil or olive oil to make sure I get some unsaturated oils. At a cellular level study, it has been shown that the negative effect of saturated oils gets largely mitigated with some unsaturated oils. This study does not mean having a bit of unsaturated fat helps, but the tests were done on some muscle cells placed in a bath of saturated, unsaturated and mixed baths.
6. A lot of vegetables and fruits, along with white rice, whole wheat flour and legumes - all cooked.

Sir giloy pro order kiya tha aa gaya. When to consume?? I have also amla pro, triphala pro and collagen pro. I think of first completing collagen pro with amla juice. After 15 days break, I plan to consume triphala and giloy. Is it okay??

No, does not matter if you eat protein first or carbs first, that is not how that works. You can eat whatever regarless of the timings, the body does not works in 24 hour format, it depends day in day out, weeks in weeks out and so on. I think human is omnivorous for a reason, our stomach can digest non veg and certain plants and grains for a reason. So some people may live healthy by eliminating animal products but on an average a person who wants to achieve his personal peak performance, he has to rely on atleast small portions of animal based food sources.

And she also dies in that procedure after 11 months? Have you ever seen the horror in the eyes of cows who are in the queue in the slaughter house. I have. They literally try to run away.

I reduce milk in my tea to make it strong and appreciate the aroma of tea.
In case of darjeeling tea, I don't add milk at all to respect the aroma & taste.
Tea has oxalates which are like glash shards and they are not metabolized by the body,
They can bind to calcium and become un absorbable. Hence It will be a good idea to put more milk not less.
The probability of parasites in the raw vegetables could've been one of the reasons.
