      This kid was probably vegetarian due to being Indian that he survived without disease detection. This kid could have faced same fate after eating chicken or eggs

      I ate chicken eggs for 18yrs...
      Had skin issues, stress, frustration for long yrs...
      One saint suggested me to stop eating animal products just for 1 month....
      I am big fan of Swami Premanand now because my all issues fixed.

    Genetic profiling is not available in India which helps to identify different types of allergies from a young age. Hence it is important for us to get ourselves checked for allergies if any new addition to our food is making us feel sick.
    Also as sir has said nanu times try to fulfill the protein requirements as much as possible from food and then supplement the rest with the protein powder.

    My father is cancer patient and after his recent operation, when he was on liquid feed, he was prescribed a diabetic protien powder by the dietician to fulfill his protein requirements. So please don't listen to these news channels, and consult a proper dietician/specialist if you have any confusion.

    Hello Sir,
    Could you please answer a few common questions for beginners like us who have started taking whey proteins:
    1. When 1 scoops of protein is added in half glass water, the solution becomes warm for a moment, is it expected?
    2. After mixing and leaving the whey in water (point 1) for some time, a good amount of froth is accumulated on top, more like a latte coffee. Is this normal as well?
    3. Why different flavours of same brand have different protein , BCAA and glutamic acid content when only flavours are changing(can be covered in a video if not answerable here)
    P.S. - I am using Avatar whey protein of Belgian chocolate flavour bought from their website.

      Will answer this just in case you don't get an answer from him:
      1. Never heard about a solution getting warm but it should be fine imo.
      2. Froth is totally normal.
      3. The difference is only slight and is because each flavor needs a different amount of flavoring - some more and some less. Since each serving size is the same, usually 25-30grams, the amount of protein varies slightly but 1-2gm here and there is a negligible difference.

      Don't Consume Protein Powder 💯❌, it's actually harmful for body, my 2 friends passed away because of it. Their families are rich, they both purchased the imported protein Powder which was very expensive. ❌❌❌

    Thank you so much sir for this video! I have a doubt that, recently I was reading about the daily BCAA consumption limit which is mostly 5-20gm per day. But, many studies have said that too much BCAA consumption on a per-day basis leads to metabolic diseases, especially Type 2 Diabetes. In the long run, a high protein diet leads to type 2 diabetes, due to insulin resistance.
    So, How much protein should we actually consume on a daily basis if we are into natural bodybuilding and strength training, keeping the BCAAs profile in check???

      between 0.8 and 1.6 gm per kg of your body weight depending on your physical activity. And remember body uses 20 gm protein from one meal so spread your protein intake throughout the day for optimum results.

      I am consuming BCAA from past 4 years. Never faced any issues. But I keep it only half scoop. One scoop only when I have to do very high intensity workout.

    I have started working out at gym, and my digestion is week. I know i need supplements because i'm vegetarian and soya and sprouts make my stomach bloat. So, i decided to have eggs, curd, milk and yes portions of lentils and nuts to meet my protein requirement and add whey protein supplements. I even suffered severely with digestive issues because of overeating. I like working out and it its not the issue but the food in case of overeating that my digestive system cant digest. No matter what i do, my patterns blame the workout. I even consult with my cousin, she is a doctor and she recommended taking protein power as supplements. But still people taunt me for having it, and say you will get fat when you will stop drinking it. It makes me very uncomfortable sometimes.

      In this diseases Doctor recommend low protein high carb diet, he is Indian ,we have world largest vegetarian population who never touch egg or meat and mostly rely on low protein stuffs

    Sir i have vericose veins diseases maine kl hi order kiya hai nutrabay ka whey protein concentrate ,fortis mein surgery hone ke bad 2021 mein unhone jo diet chart diya tha usme 60 gram protein intake krne ke liye likha hai .     Another reason is most adults especially our parents do not have the ability to think logically, think with reason. Yesterday my mother told me it's not the right age for me to hit the gym (I am 21) because one of her close relative's son died and he used to go to gym, therefore gym is bad for me.
    I know it is painful even to read this kind of logics and reasoning but t creates serious problems as millions of adults are like this.

Main depression mein chala gaya, main to shilajeet managaya tha, mujhe kya pata ye sex power ki dawa hai, sir ne to exercise wale ke liye badhiya bataya tha😂😂, bhai bahut bejjayi hui ghar pe, aas padoshi ne bhi mazaak udaya aur aaj mein 2 month se depression mein hu, exercise chhodo ghar se baahar ni nikalta... Bahut bejjati hui, log kehte ye Napunsak hai, isliye shilajeet laya 😢😢😢😢

      Even basic stuff that we buy like biscuits,chocolates,bottled juices,cakes etc are not genuine or healthy par ham usko khaate tho hain naa..thats because we consider it part of our daily diet or food..whey ko acche source se khareedenge tho koi issue nahi hoga but if we abuse just for short cuts then obviously we will have problems in the future

      Drink water... 1 litre as soon as you wake up..daily... include ABC juice in your diet.. apple beetroot carrot... add one amla into the juice to boost your immunity... Do this alternately... Keep it doing for 2 months... then take your tests and give a shock to your daughter

      Try slow absorbing protein like concentrate or caesin. Isolate is for pro athletes who exercise their ass off and protein consumed goes into muscle repairing immediately. Isolates are of no use if you don't workout hard , it may cause problems since it breaks superfast into amino acids.

    Thankyou so much for spreading knowledge among people. My mother have osteoporosis and some hormonal problem and a doctor of a very good hospital have prescribed her protein supplement along with medicines .
