    To be honest, planning a diet is very simple. India is a country blessed with rich diverse foods. For the past 3 years I've been following a diet which includes all kinds of food be it meat, fish, eggs, Greenleafy vegetables, nuts , milk, pulses, legumes etc and gained maximum results without any extra supplement. So keep it simple, cook it in a healthy way with less oil and enjoy 😊

    Sir. Kuch log yeh tak bol dete hein ki Agriculture ki wajah se yeh sab kuch bimariyan ho rahi hai jaise ki motapa, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure etc. Ham log jo pichle 5hazar saal se jo khaa rahe hein woh insano ko khane ke liye bane hi nahi jo ham khate hei. Jaise ki chawal geyhun wagera. Hamare purvaj meat, Fruits,nuts,berries aur leaves wagera khate the. Aur meat ko roast ya boil grill wagera karke ham log khate the. Toh mota moti taur pe yeh log yeh keh rahe hein Agriculture ki wajah se ham log kaafi zyada sedentary ho chuke the hazaro saal pehle hi. Aur yeh too much carbohydrates hadd se zyada khate hein jo Anaaj hai, in sabhi chizon ki wajah se hamein yeh sab kuch ho raha hai. Asal mei joe rogan bhi carnivorous diet ke bahut hi zyada samarthan karte nazar aaye hei(lekin wo phir bhi phal wagera kha lete hei kyunki wo kehte hei ki yeh sab ham pehle bhi khate the) toh unke hisab jo anaaj saare kharab hai. According to him all the grains which is produced since the dawn of the agricultural era (10000bc) is horrible for health and it rises insulin resistance. Thats why plehtora and plethora of the PEOPLE ABROAD ACTUALLY DOING THIS. ab veganism ka 😂kya hoga bhagwan jaane. Lekin yeh paelo ya carnivorous diet bahut mashhor ho raha hai.
    Ek aur baat.
    Unke hisab se

I agree it is not sustainable due to financial reasons. But it works wonders if one can afford it. Love your work.

    After a workout when I take 250 gm chicken with a small cup of rice I feel much energy in my chest and arms and shoulder muscles but I am not getting the same energy from a veg meal. The problem is that in my family veg is preferable than non veg. I always prefer chicken in place of veg meal however the veg meal may be rich in protein. Hi sir, humbly requesting a video discussing extended fasting for more than 24 hours and who should or should not attempt it. I recently visited Japan and had an eye opening experience observing Buddhist monks, who do a 36 hour fast once per week. No keto, no diet fads. Their diet is unprocessed, natural, diverse and yes, they include non-vegetarian food in their diets as well. There are studies describing various potential benefits of having a flexible metabolism and being able to sustain dry fasting/salt water fasting for 48-72 hours. Is it possible to incorporate such practices in the Indian scenario ? As majority of us are diabetic, the potential benefits of such fasts can extend beyond just weight loss and ketosis as I am sure you are aware of. Could you shed some light on the autophagy and potential anti-carcinogenic effects of these fasts? Could extended fasting be considered as a potential adjuvant treatment for stage 2-3 and even stage 4 cancers ? The research on this has been very compelling, especially along activation of AMP kinase, MTOR and deep autophagy beyond 72 hours.

    Are eggs safe to eat as they are laid by hens that are given a lot of hormones etc. So they lay a lot of eggs.
    So are these eggs safe to eat like they are grown using a lot of artificial chemicals or hormones.

    • @muktapidasingh6697
      @muktapidasingh6697 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@gamerx4286What is human intervention? In wild if hen lay an egg,she will not lay another egg until it hatches. But if human or any wild predator takes the egg,hen will lay another egg after some time. Usual it takes nearly 20 days for an egg to hatch, therefore naturally a hen will lay only 15 to 18 eggs in a year. But if you take the egg immediately, a hen can even lay around 200 eggs a year.

    Mere liya carnivore ka benefit hua - I was diabetic I used it to get my A1C under control (because it got my carbs close to zero which was needed for the moment) - abhi I switch between a carnivore, keto, and Mediterranean low carb cycle (less than 100 g per day) - i.e. berries (not blueberries though), nuts (except for cashews) , non-starchy vegetables (mushrooms, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, tomato) greek yogurt, cheese, and meat (both red - beef, lamb, pork, chicken, salmon eggs). As a result, my A1C is now maintained under 5.6. I also exercise ( Mixed martial arts - boxing and submission grappling) hafte ke 4 din, walk every day more than 10K steps, full body weight training 2 x week, and yoga 1 times a week. A lot of the carnivore/low carb community like Dr. Baker and Dr. Berry are well known to me - I'm part of Dr. Berry's community. That said I'm not a diet zealot. I get what I need from food - it should be a lifestyle. But yes carnivore is easy for me because I'm based in the USA for now. Good vid btw.
