That's it. I am done I think. It's been almost 5-6 months. And she has said she doesnt wanna be with me multiple times. I cried on my birthday, while talking to her. Idk I fell very weak. She has no interest in talking to me. She is happy without me. I gotta move on I guess.

Some people's definition of moved on = dating someone new. The real definition of moved on = they've processed their feelings, they've done the analysis and hard work, and there are no more feelings.
My ex said she had almost a year to process things since she had moved with her parents. She also said she is very confused and has clarity. Then she would post things knowing I would see them saying things like “overthinking hits hard at night” and “walking in nature helps me when I’m overthinking” about 3 weeks after the breakup. It’s now week 4. I saw her in person because we share pets and I brought one to the vet by her house. Previously she said she wasn’t ready to see me but when I went over for what I thought would be a brief encounter, I ended up staying over 3 hours there although we could both feel the unresolved tension and we kept the conversation at surface level.
i used NC and three weeks later she reached out and was still stern about her decision. (lack of communication skills from me) she gave me closure and now i feel like i've lost her completely if NC doesn't dwell on her mind.
Everybody who' reading this, remember: "You either get them back or find someone beter". That should be your mantra, as you work on yourself day by day and don't settle. Tell yourself exactly this words right when icky feelings or thoughts about your ex starts to creep up on you as many times a day as you need, and be confident in that.

Well, after too much time, there's no turning back. At least for me. I don't allow exes enter my life again. Not as it was before. Decades? Not really! Someone said: "I don't read my book backwards" and I totally agree with that.
In no contact, It's usually about 3 - 6 months when the dumper reaches out, especially if the dumper blocked you, but if that happens... the dumpee (the one who got dumped) should never block the dumper (the one who broke it off), just leave your account as it is and leave the dumper too it... It looks petty, childish, pathetic and.. "you did this to me.. I'll teach you..." spit dummy out... The dumper will learn their mistake in time.. but once it gets to 9 months and especially a year of no contact from the dumper.. they've probably moved on.. but by then.. You should have too.. Never ever wait for or chase a dumper.. find your own life or visit a therapist and explore your codependency

Sound advice. If you know in your heart of hearts that you're not a bad person, get on with your life and if they want you they will find you. Do not try to change to what you think they may have wished you were.
I like this concept, not because I'm sure I would want my ex back, but because I like the idea of having some control restored. It's such a powerful idea that moving on myself through no contact is the correct path no matter what I decide that I want in the future.
💯 true in my case. He dumped me in 2022. I had cried,begged,pleaded but all in vain. He sternly warned me not to interfere in his future new relationship. I was totally drained and dry. Then I found your videos, stopped connecting with him, lived my own life. After 14 months he told my sister that he had made mistakes. He tried to call me all the time but I went totally silent. Then 1 month ago he came at my place and apologized. I appreciate that but I told him to forget about me and live his new life peacefully with his rebound or karmic partner and advised him gently not to cheat anyone again like he did to me. Though he is my heart and soul but I can't stand anymore to accept him again in my life.

He's reached out through instagram via DM and a public compliment on my post during no contact with kind words. I say thank you and a like, but nothing else. This has been in the since no contact April 30th. He said he needed space and I had broken his trust. There is nothing I can do except wait. It causes so much anxiety and grief when he reaches out. I have no assurance that he will ever move more towards me or keep it like this. I hate it 😞

Just to share, no contact period to me personally is supposed to regroup, recoup, recover and make yourself mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually stable again, so that once you know you are truly ready (you can always add an extra day to confirm) before you approach your ex. You need to ask yourself if you can stay calm, composed, unaffected and positive if your ex 1) ignores 2) rejects 3) reconcile with you. The key objective is be very sure that you're steady as a rock regardless the outcome. Hope this helps. And one more thing, you're gonna be fine.
Even though I got my ex back last September and we have been together ever since, thanks to your advice. I still watch these videos. They work. I got my ex back and they had said that they would never get back together with me and they changed their mind with your advice regarding leaving them alone.

Yasmine Adib I was begging too and was saying that I was making changes but to no avail and then I followed coach Lee’s advice of no contact and was them that reached out to me because they missed me. We hung out and slowly we rekindled our relationship. It is better this time around because like coach Lee said in the video that they know what it’s like to be without you and will think twice before they break up . So my advice to you is to leave them alone and give them the break up like he says. It worked for me.

Know your partner. If they were unstable in any way and jumped into a relationship quickly, that should give you some perspective on what the new relationship is like.

If she was acting weird or crazy, or was hurt in some way by you, and jumps into another relationship without taking time to heal, they're gonna carry all of that crap into the next relationship. They'll tell you they're happy or make it seem like they are, but people can change from day to day. They don't forget you exist simply because they're in a new relationship.

My ex sent me a friend request on V-Day; I didn't accept. So in less than 24 hours, he withdrew his friend request, 'cause well, his ego bruised. By not doing anything, I've conveyed to him through actions that, he can't contact me as and when he likes. If he wants to reach out to me properly, he can send me a message and fix it. Period! My ex unblocked me Recently but my profile is set to private. It’s been private even while we were dating though. It was the first sign I saw from her since she reached out two months ago. After exchanging two Texts, she didn’t respond again since. Did having my profile set to private mess things up? I figured if she wanted to talk to me, she would just reach out even though she saw my profile as private after unlocking me. My ex came back when I was least expecting him. I moved on immediately after breakup, reason being his cruelty during breaking up. But he came crawling back to me after say four years. I never wanted him back so there was no question of taking him back.
Hey! I commented in a video of yours some time ago, guess it was on february, saying my ex-boyfriend got back with his ex and that I had moved on and gave it up. Well, A LOT has happened since then and my ex broke up with his now ex boyfriend and after that he sent me a lot of messages thanking me for everything I did right and saying how good I was as a relationship partner. We've been keeping contact since then and things are evolving quite naturally. NO CONTACT WORKS! Thank you coach Lee for EVERYTHING you have teached me and for giving me hope and strenght. Having broken up during quarantine and not being able to see each other for while, I feel she may have, as you said, gotten used to being without me. I felt that the relationship was great, however, I feel that she was really stressed due to school and with me being of an anxious attachment and not being able to see her sort of smothered her. She has a great support system with her mom and close friends. This makes me think there's no chance of getting back together, but I can only hope. We dated for 3 months but known each other for about a year. It's been 4 weeks of NC. Things are better but of course it still sucks.
P.s there is something. If your ex misses you and gets support from her mother and her friends to not get back to you. She will still get back because her emotions will get the best of her and wont talk to them about it. Until boom they reach out. Or if they are confused and scared and won't contact you. You should be the one to reach out after two months. Or three. But don't say I missed you so much or anything like that. Just a casual "how are you doing"

I texted him a week ago after 4 months, wishing him eid Mubarak and that forgive me if I did anything wrong and wished him and his fam the best but he didn't really bother to answer it with warmth but rather cold with "same to u :)" and I asked how he was doing and he said "good, thanks for asking"and after a few hours only he texted saying "hope you're doing well" and I told "yeah, I'm good thanks for asking" I think he moved on if he didn't reciprocate the same energy as me. imma work on myself and keep it grinding and not waste my time on anymore useless "how to get your ex back" videos and thoughts. Yes Everyone's relationship "is different" But if there's one commonality it's being able to choose distance over disrespect. Once you choose distance, if that makes you the dumper, well, so be it. Here's the tricky part: Disrespect is subjective. Some couples cuss each other out, and so that's their baseline. Others may not, and so if he/she calls you a name, well, that's disrespect. Point is, look at your relationship. What was your baseline. Determine what's considered disrespect. Once you make that determination, address it. Make it clear. Draw that line. If that line is breached again. You (and they) should know what time it is.. Time to move on. Now, let's address the whole "No Contact" theory/tactic/approach, or whatever you want to call it. Truly dig deep and ask yourself whether 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, will ACTUALLY cause this person to be desirable to you again. Truly ask yourself.
@@yswen828 I have experience with an avoidant. 15 years in fact. best advice I can give to you, is when some coach says a number, like 3 months...always double that number with an avoidant. also, avoidants need to feel safe and secure. emotions do eventually catch up with them, it just takes longer. but, here's a hard truth...you can easily waste so much of your life, trying to please them, chasing them, trying to always maintain that reassuring safe and secure place. it can exhaust you, isolate you, keep you from pursuing your dreams...be real careful when making the decision about trying to get an avoidant back, once you know for sure that they have this attachment style. or you will end up like me.
This is so true! I had a girlfriend that we lasted about a year and a half. It was a bad breakup...I didn’t talk to her for about 5 months and she called me one time and I’ve noticed her name on the caller id, she told me if I still loved her and I told her the love was lost and I was not interested anymore...her exact words were “I met this guy after we dated and I’m about to get married and I wanted to ask you before I made my decision” it hit me .... but I wish her the best.

My ex left 10 days ago, after 8 years, im his first girlfriend. He left because he said he wanted to work on himself because he felt he has lost himself. I tried to respect his decision and be civil because i have a child that loves him ( hes not the dad but wanted to remain in his life) he has been so cold towards me quite hateful saying that he got fed up with me relying on him and way i spoke to him, lets say that i reacted to the way he spoke to me. Anyways here we are 10 days later and ive found out hes already dating someone from work. He definitely has moved on, because hes never been so hateful and cold towards me before. Im heartbroken but today i have decided to have nothing more to do with him, not keeping the line of communication open with him and leave him go and do what he wants.
Yes i made classic mistakes saying i missed him, still wanted him, then i decided i needed to respect his choices and decisions and told him that, maybe he checked out alot sooner and acted happy because it came out of no where the break up or atleast for me because he never told me how he felt or allowed me to fix things it was just over.
I went through the same thing. She said she needed to rediscover herself or something like that. I suspect there was someone else in the months before we split. Now it's been 5 weeks and she has no desire to see me. I don't like telling you this opinion, but I believe when they say they need to 'work on themselves' or 'find out who they are', it's only to make them appear like they are lost and need time. No contact is for you not for the relationship. The repairs that come along with it are nice but no contract is for you to rediscover yourself, heal find hobbies exercise etc. Learn to love yourselves people and quit making excuses and lying to yourself about what you truly know deep down

Coach Lee, have I blown it forever? 6 Weeks apart (together for a year), casually wrote here and there, but I asked her smth about the break up twice, just to understand. She said she has the feeling I was seeking contact again, I went into no contact for 10 days. 2 days ago I stupidly wrote her, that I didnt want to make the impression not respecting her decision. Ex totally moved on completely. She’s with someone new and openly admitting her love and affection for the new guy through social media, something she did not give to me. It’s a huge stab to the face. My self esteem was doing well until i saw that on her social media. Don’t look at their social media, stay aeay from social media for a couple of months.

I 100 percent agree, it was like going back when she ended it with me again. Liked being over to being back completely destroyed. But you learn things about them all the things you think were great and how amazing the were is just your mind tricking you.
After NC and working on myself, I have no desire to go back to my ex. There’s nothing she could do to make me come back. In fact, I am the one who filed for divorce last week. I deserve to be treated better and not be dumped when I didn’t see it coming. This is liberating. These videos helped me feel some hope when I needed it, but I finally woke up and realized she is ridiculous and not the best for me.
I did nc for atleast 2 weeks and I sort of moved on and focus on myself and all of sudden my ex calls me back cause she sees me doing better without her and seeing my stories about me being out enjoying myself with friends and now we’re back together but just taking it slow after so much arguments we had and hearing her say she wants to move on which was the hardest thing to deal with . I want to win her back now that we’re no longer in high school. This is my middle school crush. She was in all these rebound relationships in high school. I want to get her back now that it actually means something more than it did when we were in the same lunch period in our senior year. What I also want is to attract most of if not all her friends, so that the path of getting her back is much easier. She started drinking at the age of 15, 16 or 17, but I haven’t started drinking, yet. We’re 24 years old. She’s 4 months older than me. We went to elementary school together and we were close in 4th, 5th and 6th grade, though 7th grade is when the closeness actually got closer. I don’t want to flatter her because it would hurt my chances.
We just went pumpkin picking together with another single girl in our inner circle. My ex said she’s moving to an apartment out of town in the spring with one of our track and cross country mates from middle and high school, but that they’ll only be 42 to 52 minutes away from town. My ex said she’ll be home a lot, even though she won’t be living at home, so we can still hang out after she moves out. I had decided in August of 2019 to move out, myself, which means that my decision to move out was before hers.
These videos are really helpful. The pain eats away at me. I'm trying to stick to no contact and hope she realises. She is with someone else now. I'm scared I've lost her forever, but we'll see.

It hurts so bad. I miss him so much. I loved him deeply. Sigh. If he can walk away I guess he didn’t love me. 5+ years down the drain. I feel so worthless. I will make it thru somehow. The pain is suffocating sometimes. The grief hits me and I just have to cry. I’ve been jogging and I want to do it more. I want to eat better and workout and become the best me I can. He said I’m the best woman he’s ever found. But I’m too big an age gap for him. So he’s walking away for superficial reasons. I don’t want to be with someone who doesn’t want to be with me. I just didn’t expect it to be him. God knows how much I miss him. I want my best friend back. I want my lover back. I want my babe back. And there’s nothin I can do about it. Just have to let go. Sorry to go on and on. It’s therapeutic to vent. I carry all of this around inside of me usually while I’m working and when I’m home caring for my kids. Thanks for the support Coach Lee. I say why bother? If he's dumped me then it's all I need to know I'm not the one. I'm not going to go chasing someone who continually left me confused about our status. If someone didn't value me enough to keep me in his life then I don't need someone like that in my life.
He has already moved on with someone else just weeks after we broke up and he claimed to not have the drive anymore. She's done... I have nothing for her anymore. I was thrown away like an old pair of shoes. We have two kids 15 years together and now thrown away. The major issue was money. Over the years, I have struggled with depression and slowly wasn't able to make as much money as years ago, so I was replaced. No one loves a broke man who has battled with depression.
Even as the dumper. It took alot to let her go. She dumped me two months ago, i improved myself, we got back together last month, but she didnt really want me back, so i dumped her. Coach Lee, I'd like you to do a video on ex's who listen to their single friends and tell them to break up with you because its convenient for them. Once they listen and take their friends advice there's no way they are going to go against their friends and come back to you because their friends are more important than you and if they go against their friends advice then they potentially lose that friendship with them. My ex is easily swayyed and influenced by other peoples advice and opinion and thats most of the problem in not being able to get your ex back in my situation. Unless they are willing to go against their friends/family advice and get back together with you then you don't stand a chance. As they say you not only have to have the ex on side but also their friends who may be jealous because they don't always have the best intentions and can ruin relationships.

My ex said she had almost a year to process things since she had moved with her parents. She also said she is very confused and has clarity. Then she would post things knowing I would see them saying things like “overthinking hits hard at night” and “walking in nature helps me when I’m overthinking” about 3 weeks after the breakup. It’s now week 4. I saw her in person because we share pets and I brought one to the vet by her house. Previously she said she wasn’t ready to see me but when I went over for what I thought would be a brief encounter, I ended up staying over 3 hours there although we could both feel the unresolved tension and we kept the conversation at surface level.
Use no contact to get yourself back, then decide if you want your ex or not, that is if they reach out.

In no contact, It's usually about 3 - 6 months when the dumper reaches out, especially if the dumper blocked you, but if that happens... the dumpee (the one who got dumped) should never block the dumper (the one who broke it off), just leave your account as it is and leave the dumper too it... It looks petty, childish, pathetic and.. "you did this to me.. I'll teach you..." spit dummy out... The dumper will learn their mistake in time.. but once it gets to 9 months and especially a year of no contact from the dumper.. they've probably moved on.. but by then.. You should have too.. Never ever wait for or chase a dumper.. find your own life or visit a therapist and explore your codependency

💯 true in my case. He dumped me in 2022. I had cried,begged,pleaded but all in vain. He sternly warned me not to interfere in his future new relationship. I was totally drained and dry. Then I found your videos, stopped connecting with him, lived my own life. After 14 months he told my sister that he had made mistakes. He tried to call me all the time but I went totally silent. Then 1 month ago he came at my place and apologized. I appreciate that but I told him to forget about me and live his new life peacefully with his rebound or karmic partner and advised him gently not to cheat anyone again like he did to me. Though he is my heart and soul but I can't stand anymore to accept him again in my life.

This has been in the since no contact April 30th. He said he needed space and I had broken his trust. There is nothing I can do except wait. It causes so much anxiety and grief when he reaches out. Just to share, no contact period to me personally is supposed to regroup, recoup, recover and make yourself mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually stable again, so that once you know you are truly ready (you can always add an extra day to confirm) before you approach your ex. You need to ask yourself if you can stay calm, composed, unaffected and positive if your ex 1) ignores 2) rejects 3) reconcile with you. The key objective is be very sure that you're steady as a rock regardless the outcome. Hope this helps. And one more thing, you're gonna be fine.
Even though I got my ex back last September and we have been together ever since, thanks to your advice. I still watch these videos. They work. It’s so nice to hear success stories, fills my heart with joy and hope. After 1 month of négociations and pleading he asked me to stop contacting him and I respected that, it’s been only 2 days... did you reach out or was it him?
Yasmine Adib I was begging too and was saying that I was making changes but to no avail and then I followed coach Lee’s advice of no contact and was them that reached out to me because they missed me. We hung out and slowly we rekindled our relationship. It is better this time around because like coach Lee said in the video that they know what it’s like to be without you and will think twice before they break up . So my advice to you is to leave them alone and give them the break up like he says. It worked for me.

Know your partner. If they were unstable in any way and jumped into a relationship quickly, that should give you some perspective on what the new relationship is like.

If she was acting weird or crazy, or was hurt in some way by you, and jumps into another relationship without taking time to heal, they're gonna carry all of that crap into the next relationship. They'll tell you they're happy or make it seem like they are, but people can change from day to day. They don't forget you exist simply because they're in a new relationship.

My ex came back when I was least expecting him. I moved on immediately after breakup, reason being his cruelty during breaking up. But he came crawling back to me after say four years. I never wanted him back so there was no question of taking him back.
Hey! I commented in a video of yours some time ago, guess it was on february, saying my ex-boyfriend got back with his ex and that I had moved on and gave it up. Well, A LOT has happened since then and my ex broke up with his now ex boyfriend and after that he sent me a lot of messages thanking me for everything I did right and saying how good I was as a relationship partner. We've been keeping contact since then and things are evolving quite naturally. NO CONTACT WORKS! Thank you coach Lee for EVERYTHING you have teached me and for giving me hope and strenght. I will never forget your videos and teachings.
This video killed all my hopes. I was counting on her remembering all the good days and fun we had during a year. Maybe that would have made her reconsider her decision. Dude Coach Lee I have to say that you are truly amazing. I am going through a breakup where I’m still living with my ex. It’s been two months and he moves out the end of next week. Our lease is up in a couple of months and it’s been hell. It was an amicable breakup but it’s been a rollercoaster. Your videos have really helped me in the sense of coping with my feelings as opposed to winning my ex back. I like how you talk because you are so wise and you sound like you generally care. Having broken up during quarantine and not being able to see each other for while, I feel she may have, as you said, gotten used to being without me. I felt that the relationship was great, however, I feel that she was really stressed due to school and with me being of an anxious attachment and not being able to see her sort of smothered her.
She has a great support system with her mom and close friends. This makes me think there's no chance of getting back together, but I can only hope.

But if there's one commonality it's being able to choose distance over disrespect.
Once you choose distance, if that makes you the dumper, well, so be it.
Here's the tricky part: Disrespect is subjective. Some couples cuss each other out, and so that's their baseline.
Others may not, and so if he/she calls you a name, well, that's disrespect.
Point is, look at your relationship. What was your baseline. Determine what's considered disrespect.
Once you make that determination, address it. Make it clear. Draw that line.

Time to move on.
Now, let's address the whole "No Contact" theory/tactic/approach, or whatever you want to call it.
Truly dig deep and ask yourself whether 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, will ACTUALLY cause this person to be desirable to you again.

@@yswen828 I have experience with an avoidant. 15 years in fact. best advice I can give to you, is when some coach says a number, like 3 months...always double that number with an avoidant. also, avoidants need to feel safe and secure. emotions do eventually catch up with them, it just takes longer. but, here's a hard truth...you can easily waste so much of your life, trying to please them, chasing them, trying to always maintain that reassuring safe and secure place. it can exhaust you, isolate you, keep you from pursuing your dreams...be real careful when making the decision about trying to get an avoidant back, once you know for sure that they have this attachment style. or you will end up like me.

This is so true! I had a girlfriend that we lasted about a year and a half. It was a bad breakup...I didn’t talk to her for about 5 months and she called me one time and I’ve noticed her name on the caller id, she told me if I still loved her and I told her the love was lost and I was not interested anymore...her exact words were “I met this guy after we dated and I’m about to get married and I wanted to ask you before I made my decision” it hit me .... but I wish her the best.

My ex left 10 days ago, after 8 years, im his first girlfriend. He left because he said he wanted to work on himself because he felt he has lost himself. I tried to respect his decision and be civil because i have a child that loves him ( hes not the dad but wanted to remain in his life) he has been so cold towards me quite hateful saying that he got fed up with me relying on him and way i spoke to him, lets say that i reacted to the way he spoke to me. Anyways here we are 10 days later and ive found out hes already dating someone from work. He definitely has moved on, because hes never been so hateful and cold towards me before. Im heartbroken but today i have decided to have nothing more to do with him, not keeping the line of communication open with him and leave him go and do what he wants.
Yes i made classic mistakes saying i missed him, still wanted him, then i decided i needed to respect his choices and decisions and told him that, maybe he checked out alot sooner and acted happy because it came out of no where the break up or atleast for me because he never told me how he felt or allowed me to fix things it was just over.
I went through the same thing. She said she needed to rediscover herself or something like that. I suspect there was someone else in the months before we split. Now it's been 5 weeks and she has no desire to see me. I don't like telling you this opinion, but I believe when they say they need to 'work on themselves' or 'find out who they are', it's only to make them appear like they are lost and need time. That time is spent simply getting away from us. I hope I'm wrong in your situation and wish you all the best.

6 Weeks apart (together for a year), casually wrote here and there, but I asked her smth about the break up twice, just to understand. She said she has the feeling I was seeking contact again, I went into no contact for 10 days. 2 days ago I stupidly wrote her, that I didnt want to make the impression not respecting her decision. And yesterday I wrote that I the break up was not as easy for me as I showed but I am thankful for the time with her, wrote some of our favourite moments in it.

I 100 percent agree, it was like going back when she ended it with me again. Liked being over to being back completely destroyed. But you learn things about them all the things you think were great and how amazing the were is just your mind tricking you.
After NC and working on myself, I have no desire to go back to my ex. There’s nothing she could do to make me come back. In fact, I am the one who filed for divorce last week. I deserve to be treated better and not be dumped when I didn’t see it coming. This is liberating. I want to win her back now that we’re no longer in high school. This is my middle school crush. She was in all these rebound relationships in high school. I want to get her back now that it actually means something more than it did when we were in the same lunch period in our senior year. What I also want is to attract most of if not all her friends, so that the path of getting her back is much easier. She started drinking at the age of 15, 16 or 17, but I haven’t started drinking, yet. We’re 24 years old. She’s 4 months older than me. We went to elementary school together and we were close in 4th, 5th and 6th grade, though 7th grade is when the closeness actually got closer. I don’t want to flatter her because it would hurt my chances.
We just went pumpkin picking together with another single girl in our inner circle. My ex said she’s moving to an apartment out of town in the spring with one of our track and cross country mates from middle and high school, but that they’ll only be 42 to 52 minutes away from town. My ex said she’ll be home a lot, even though she won’t be living at home, so we can still hang out after she moves out. I had decided in August of 2019 to move out, myself, which means that my decision to move out was before hers.
These videos are really helpful. The pain eats away at me. I'm trying to stick to no contact and hope she realises. She is with someone else now. I'm scared I've lost her forever, but we'll see.

It hurts so bad. I miss him so much. I loved him deeply. Sigh. If he can walk away I guess he didn’t love me. 5+ years down the drain. I feel so worthless. I will make it thru somehow. The pain is suffocating sometimes. The grief hits me and I just have to cry. I’ve been jogging and I want to do it more. I want to eat better and workout and become the best me I can.
It’s like the wind has been knocked out of my lungs. Heart ache hurts worse than any other physical pain I’ve endured and I’ve given birth to my 4 sweet children with no painkillers. Yep heartache is real.
Learning to let go of what I cannot control and trust in the Lord with all my ❤️. ....with all my broken heart. I wish he would change. He said he loved me. Many times. He said I’m the best woman he’s ever found. But I’m too big an age gap for him. So he’s walking away for superficial reasons. I don’t want to be with someone who doesn’t want to be with me. I just didn’t expect it to be him. God knows how much I miss him. I want my best friend back. I want my lover back. I want my babe back. And there’s nothin I can do about it. Just have to let go.
Sorry to go on and on. It’s therapeutic to vent. I carry all of this around inside of me usually while I’m working and when I’m home caring for my kids.

She's done... I have nothing for her anymore. I was thrown away like an old pair of shoes. We have two kids 15 years together and now thrown away. The major issue was money. Over the years, I have struggled with depression and slowly wasn't able to make as much money as years ago, so I was replaced. No one loves a broke man who has battled with depression.

Coach Lee, I'd like you to do a video on ex's who listen to their single friends and tell them to break up with you because its convenient for them. Once they listen and take their friends advice there's no way they are going to go against their friends and come back to you because their friends are more important than you and if they go against their friends advice then they potentially lose that friendship with them. My ex is easily swayyed and influenced by other peoples advice and opinion and thats most of the problem in not being able to get your ex back in my situation. Unless they are willing to go against their friends/family advice and get back together with you then you don't stand a chance. As they say you not only have to have the ex on side but also their friends who may be jealous because they don't always have the best intentions and can ruin relationships.
