He contacted me after a month of no contact this definitely works. Just go cold and focus on yourself. No matter how long it takes, it’s good to work on yourself because regardless. Pour all that energy and love into yourself. You’ll attract better people and things and find yourself again. Good luck on your decision on letting them back in
It's been almost 1 month and still nothing... he blocked me everywhere and changed his number. We were long distance and he told my dad that he still loved me but couldn't deal with my emotions. Idk what to think. I don't know if he will come back.

@@shaut9120 I just randomly seen that comment in my notifications so I'll respond now. It's been great! My ex broke up with me in January of 2020 after 5 year relationship. It was tough at the beginning, but Coach Lee's videos helped me stay in no contact and eventually heal. Actually, I'm seeing a new girl for like 2 months now and for the first time since my ex it feels like it might end up as a serious relationship, only been dating and hooking up with women up to this point. To anyone seeing this, I BEG YOU, DO NOT chase your ex. Do what Lee says in every video - no contact and work on yourself. After a couple months you won't be thinking about them, I promise you that.

I just want all the men here to know that time heals all wounds. My ex left me for another guy this time last year, I watched countless "get your ex back" videos and slowly realized that improving myself was the true answer. I'm much better off without her and my life is going great ever since. Don't put all your eggs in the basket of getting them back.
@@lukecaddy4203 I went through a rough couple of months this time last year. Depressed, alone, but I still had to go to work and realize there was a bigger plan. I hit the gym, changed my diet, went to therapy. Over time I realized I needed to care for myself because ultimately that's all we have left. Hope my experience in some way helps you.

Cant thank u enough for your advice. No contact works. My ex and I had a good relationship, 7 months long, the breakup wasnt ugly. I went into no contact. 3 weeks later she wanted to meet up and talk, said she really misses me and is still gonna take time to work on herself and be apart but she said she really wants to get back together. I hope my situation works out in the same way as you. I am only a few days into NC to be honest but already today she called me because something upset her and she said she missed me. I haven't talked to her since that call but i'm pretty sure she is checking social media to see what i am doing. I truly hope this works, trying my best to be strong.

Sometimes it’s best to cut all ties to someone and continue on your own path. I’ve gone through it many times. I didn’t say anything about hurting anyone.

Every breakup is different, every person is different. Most of the time it’s lack of communication. People can’t communicate. Everyone is guarding their heart in different ways. And they don’t appreciate each other. It always takes two. Everyone has demons inside. Communication is very important. Women want men to think like them. Men want women to be like them. We are different. People are with each other from different reasons. It sad that we let ego and pride to destroy beautiful things. Play games. Be someone who we are not. That what makes me sad. I’m going through my first break up and I’m binge watching your videos. Honestly they are helping me loads. Your words are helping me being more stubborn about not contacting him. Been 4 days and I haven’t and won’t. I was stalking him the first two days then deactivated my accounts to stop driving myself insane and let him feel my absence. Two weeks no contact on my end. She's reached out a handful of times and I've always responded, trying to match her energy but leaving little openings here and there like sending a wink emoji or something. I've met/talked to girls but haven't really had that spark which honestly is okay with me since I'm just doing my own thing. No contact kinda works that way. Either you get back with them or you find comfort in your situation and accept it for what it is/make the best of it. She seems happy. I can't be upset about that. I fell for this once with my ex. She left me for her ex boyfriend, and she left me heart broken. We were in the beginning stages of getting to know each other. Etc.. She was so eager, and excited to leave. So she did. It took me some time to get over the situation, but finally. I got over it. I started to work on myself, I got in the gym, ate healthy, and drank lots of water. After 3 months of her leaving. She calls me. I didn’t recognize the number because it had been a long while since the departure. I see the number, didn’t recognize it. But I answered. It was her. She starts to tell me that she missed me, she couldn’t stop thinking of me, and etc. the real reason why she came back was because she wanted me to be there since her ex boyfriend who she left me for cheated on her, and he dumped her. At first I didn’t agree to a meet up, I was very uncomfortable, and I just wanted to be left alone. But after some time of getting some thing’s in order. We started dating. We dated for 9 months. We broke up the week before my birthday. She lied telling me that her close family didn’t like me so they wanted her to leave me. So at first I begged and pleaded because I had some strong feelings for her. But she rejected me. And she didn’t fight for us. I gave up, and then I went right back to working on myself. A week after the breakup. She calls me for a week straight. I was busy on my purpose. Three month’s moving forward she gives me a call. Again, I’m busy on my purpose, and plus I don’t have time to waste on a lying, dirty ex that cheated on me multiple times.after the missed call. I stayed on my purpose, I’m loving myself, I’m doing the things I love with the people I love, and I’m meeting New people. I don’t have time for uncertain women that don’t know what they want. And women that like to leave you for someone else. I let her stay out there because she apparently wanted to leave, she wanted the freedom. I gave it to her. I was patient with her, very supportive. I’m the one that pushed her to keep studying and not giving up on her studies ( We’re both in college ). Because of me, and my support, and motivation. She passed all her classes. I know that this might sound a bit disgusting, but when she would be on her period I would clean her, I didn’t care about blood getting on my hands because to me her blood was also mine. To me we were one. But she didn’t see that. She wanted someone else. So she left. I’m done being nice. She messed that up for the rest.

This might be a late reply, just want to let you know that me and my ex had parent problems interfering in our relationship. She wasn't allowed to date and my mom was very noisy and protective over me and constantly insulted my girlfriend who she never met. The cause of our relationship failing was partly a result of the stress my mom put on me which in return made me more aggressive to my girlfriend because I wanted to prove my mother wrong and show her my first love would last forever, so I would often be controlling to my girlfriend because I was scared of her doing something that was gonna ruin our dream to last forever, which ended up becoming the reason we didn't last forever. Just try not to let parents get in the way of love no matter what because if I didn't do what I did I would still be with her.

So true. I had a woman I was with for 3 years and she told me I was holding her back. (Unrealistic goals she had) I said ok, and I moved out and didn’t talk to her for three months. She called me and told me she misses me and everything she sees and everywhere she goes she thinks of me. She also told me she misses the way we made love and wishes she would have never let me go. At this point I had already met someone else and was happy. It literally killed her and she was balling like a baby when I told her I have moved on and am happy. Then to top it off, she asked if I would be open to polygamy. Both women were very attractive and as bad as I liked the idea, I remember the pain she put me through and how easy it was for her to help me pack up and leave. Moral to this story is, no contact drove her crazy to the point of calling me from a fake number app to get me to answer. She still texts me and checks up on me through my friends. NO CONTACT WORKS!!!!

My ex girlfriend told me she was afraid I’d do what her ex did when they broke up after she cheated on my ex with a dude... the chick would also call her to curse at her and what not. I told her “yeah, you won’t have that problem with me Bc I won’t even reach out”. And here i am. Best thing to do is better yourself, be on your purpose, find your gift, and live your life. If someone was able to move on without you first by breaking up with. Why would you want them back?. I wanted to tell you, coach Lee, and everybody hoping for no contact to work, it does. My case was the most desperate. He told me there was no chance for him to come back. And now he's here, after three months(after I begged him and broke no contact once and I had to start no contact all over again) But that's not easy at all. I waited for this moment so bad but this is the most difficult part because I love him but he broke my heart and I don't know if he's just feeling nostalgic or maybe he misses me just sexually. I know your pain and dilemma all too well. It's terrible when you want your ex back but also realize you need to value yourself more than they did. How many times do you want to be put through this. If you spend precious time trying to convince someone that your worth it again and again is very frustrating. I love this man but maybe I deserve a better partner. I agree with you about ignoring your ex. I went 10 days no contact and thought he would never reach out... well he did on day 10. He told me if i ignored him he would have thought I moved on and wouldn’t reach out anymore... So don’t ignore!!!!
Coach what if Im the one who broke up with him? Because after an argument he did the silent treatment. I reached out and asked him what’s going on etc but I got no reply. So eventually i told him i wont force him to be with me anymore

This is so true , My guy broke up with me in a 1 year and 6 months relationship, because he lost feelings for me and then he went into another relationship a week after we broke up , I was really dissipointed , because it shows me he didn't felt anything for me later in the relationship. We broke up, because he can't handle the truth and he is also a Mamas boy , his parents didn't like me , because me and my guy argued alot and he would tell terable things about me. If his parents says he must leave me then he will do it. He put his parents Always First and Then me. His parents can't also handle the truth that's why. My guy has depression, because of his parents since he was a child. He was lonely, he had a second sibling and that one always had the attention and he not. That's why he has depression, that's also the problem why we broke up.

For the first two, I don’t think so. I know that after we broke up, he complains to his friends that his life is now really boring. My question is, my ex & I have been broken up since late Feb by her choice. Months later yes we communicate by text, calls and very little visits. Thanks coach my ex wrote me a Letter and went out of her way to tell me how wonderful her new man was. She put it in great detail. All I was thinking was she was just trying to make me jealous. It’s currently one day before two weeks of her dumping me, It’s still hard to get out of bed. I emotionally drained her and that’s why she left; so it was nothing but my fault, however, she still has photos of us together on her Instagram, two couple accounts she owns of us kissing etc. is still up, and she hasn’t even taken me out of find my friends; just turned off her location. I will continue to be in no contact, however these little signs show me maybe she hasn’t fully given up yet? I guess time will tell.
Lee, your tips seem to be working to the BOOK. I'm impressed. I never believed any of this. I thought, nah, it wouldn't work for all cases. And it's working! The summary of my case is: She was always very dominant and I let her be because it didn't bother me much. Then she decided to mess 17 years of friendship and 2 years of relationship. We even had rings and everything, we really went well with each other in many aspects, etc. Then we both were facing real life crysis at that point in our lives. But here's the problem: She is the one that likes to stay by her own while i'm the one that try to work together both our problems. I've learned from that. But it was too late. She literally came another day saying she "doesn't feel anything for me anymore and doesn't even know why". She insulted me in many ways she never did before. She was always an incredibly PROUD and sometimes narcisistic person (although she knew when to dial down) and seeing her looking for me and even saying she "want to talk better in another time" is something i've never seen she going for. I'm keeping it polite and casual but treating it like it's a new relationship with another person. Even if we don't end up together back again, just the fact that i'm seeing a very proud person being humble. It took only 9 days. She still has pictures of us together with rings and all in her social media. She is active on social media daily and even added some male friends but... Our pics are still there. Of course I haven't deleted mines either, as I would still be with her otherwise. And she did delete her other exes pictures before. I'll update this as we go.

This is way harder when it's been a seriously long relationship with kids to boot. Not so easy to go cold turkey no contact. I have watched your video several times about what to do in that situation. Keeping it about the kids and nothing else. But it does make it complicated, we have to see each other often and it's in those moments I'm worried about and don't know how to act in front of her. Especially if she ask me anything not pertaining to them, like what do I say or how do I respond? I want to be strong show her everything you're saying. But it makes it so much harder when kids are involved. She wants to be civil for the kids, said she wants us to be a family but needs time and space to process everything that is going on and what I left her with, letting her know I respect her decision but don't agree with it, I respect myself enough to not flip out over it, won't chase or pursue and simply keep it about the kids. She says we can be a family without a title. Which throws me off. It's like let me see if it works with someone else, beat around the bush, talk in riddles and never straight to the point and it drives me crazy. Just say what you mean and follow through. Don't leave me hanging on the back burner while you see if it's better with someone else and then what? It don't work or you're not happy or when the intimacy isn't there and you feel unloved you come running back and I'm supposed to take you back after that? No contact or not that makes me look and actually be weak af! Like I have no self respect and dignity. Sigh...Am I wrong? She also wants us to still go to church as a family once a week. Which really doesn't allow me to give her time and space without me, is this a ruse to shit test me once a week to see if things are better, etc? or an excuse to keep me strung along in case it don't work out if she decides to move? Or is it simply she just needs space and time for us to be together? Like I'm all over the place in my head and it sucks! Also makes me think she is literally using it as an excuse to use on someone else, like oh if you see us all together at church it's simply for the kids, not for us to be together, just trying to be civil and cordial for the kids, not for him or us to get back together. That sounds like an excuse for some other interest right? Or am I over thinking it all and second guessing myself into a hole? Also, I feel like I should go to church FOR MY KIDS, not her, to show I'm strong enough to let OUR issues go and put the kids first which in the end will show me as a mature person who has moved on. But I worry on both ends, will she think we're better off as we are now, saying see we're better off single because there is no attachment in the way or will it work for me? I keep thinking I should just not go to church anymore but I think that makes me look weak and immature as well. God this is so hard to decipher when you're left with tid bits of information and no clear explanation, figure it out on your own type stuff. Sorry for the book everyone. What's the general thought/s here? I need help!
A good rule of thumb is if they get with someone with in the first 2 weeks after the break up, they most likely didn't love you and you deserve to find someone far better.

Every breakup is different, every person is different. Most of the time it’s lack of communication. People can’t communicate. Everyone is guarding their heart in different ways. And they don’t appreciate each other. It always takes two. Everyone has demons inside. Communication is very important. Women want men to think like them. Men want women to be like them. We are different. People are with each other from different reasons. It sad that we let ego and pride to destroy beautiful things. Play games. Be someone who we are not. That what makes me sad.

Two weeks no contact on my end. She's reached out a handful of times and I've always responded, trying to match her energy but leaving little openings here and there like sending a wink emoji or something. The texts have gotten more frequent and meaningful. Pretty stoked! Dont break no contact. You have to let them come to you and they will figure out if that's what they want or not. I fell for this once with my ex. She left me for her ex boyfriend, and she left me heart broken. We were in the beginning stages of getting to know each other. Etc.. She was so eager, and excited to leave. So she did. It took me some time to get over the situation, but finally. I got over it. I started to work on myself, I got in the gym, ate healthy, and drank lots of water. After 3 months of her leaving. She calls me. I didn’t recognize the number because it had been a long while since the departure. I see the number, didn’t recognize it. But I answered. It was her. She starts to tell me that she missed me, she couldn’t stop thinking of me, and etc. the real reason why she came back was because she wanted me to be there since her ex boyfriend who she left me for cheated on her, and he dumped her. At first I didn’t agree to a meet up, I was very uncomfortable, and I just wanted to be left alone. But after some time of getting some thing’s in order. We started dating. We dated for 9 months. We broke up the week before my birthday. She lied telling me that her close family didn’t like me so they wanted her to leave me. So at first I begged and pleaded because I had some strong feelings for her. But she rejected me. And she didn’t fight for us. I gave up, and then I went right back to working on myself. A week after the breakup. She calls me for a week straight. I was busy on my purpose. Three month’s moving forward she gives me a call. Again, I’m busy on my purpose, and plus I don’t have time to waste on a lying, dirty ex that cheated on me multiple times.after the missed call. I stayed on my purpose, I’m loving myself, I’m doing the things I love with the people I love, and I’m meeting New people. I don’t have time for uncertain women that don’t know what they want. And women that like to leave you for someone else. I let her stay out there because she apparently wanted to leave, she wanted the freedom. I gave it to her. I was patient with her, very supportive. I’m the one that pushed her to keep studying and not giving up on her studies ( We’re both in college ). Because of me, and my support, and motivation. She passed all her classes. I know that this might sound a bit disgusting, but when she would be on her period I would clean her, I didn’t care about blood getting on my hands because to me her blood was also mine. To me we were one. But she didn’t see that. She wanted someone else. So she left. I’m done being nice. She messed that up for the rest.

This might be a late reply, just want to let you know that me and my ex had parent problems interfering in our relationship. She wasn't allowed to date and my mom was very noisy and protective over me and constantly insulted my girlfriend who she never met. The cause of our relationship failing was partly a result of the stress my mom put on me which in return made me more aggressive to my girlfriend because I wanted to prove my mother wrong and show her my first love would last forever, so I would often be controlling to my girlfriend because I was scared of her doing something that was gonna ruin our dream to last forever, which ended up becoming the reason we didn't last forever. Just try not to let parents get in the way of love no matter what because if I didn't do what I did I would still be with her.

So true. I had a woman I was with for 3 years and she told me I was holding her back. (Unrealistic goals she had) I said ok, and I moved out and didn’t talk to her for three months. She called me and told me she misses me and everything she sees and everywhere she goes she thinks of me. She also told me she misses the way we made love and wishes she would have never let me go. At this point I had already met someone else and was happy. It literally killed her and she was balling like a baby when I told her I have moved on and am happy. Then to top it off, she asked if I would be open to polygamy. Both women were very attractive and as bad as I liked the idea, I remember the pain she put me through and how easy it was for her to help me pack up and leave. Moral to this story is, no contact drove her crazy to the point of calling me from a fake number app to get me to answer. She still texts me and checks up on me through my friends. NO CONTACT WORKS!!!!

I agree with you about ignoring your ex. I went 10 days no contact and thought he would never reach out... well he did on day 10. He told me if i ignored him he would have thought I moved on and wouldn’t reach out anymore... So don’t ignore!!!!

Don't ever go back! They never change they're just contacting you because they don't have anyone else. Mine contacted me after 18 months on a dating site his message was "Hey Stranger!". This is so true , My guy broke up with me in a 1 year and 6 months relationship, because he lost feelings for me and then he went into another relationship a week after we broke up , I was really dissipointed , because it shows me he didn't felt anything for me later in the relationship. My question is, my ex & I have been broken up since late Feb by her choice. Months later yes we communicate by text, calls and very little visits. It’s currently one day before two weeks of her dumping me, It’s still hard to get out of bed. Lee, your tips seem to be working to the BOOK. I'm impressed. I never believed any of this. I thought, nah, it wouldn't work for all cases. And it's working!
The summary of my case is: She was always very dominant and I let her be because it didn't bother me much. Then she decided to mess 17 years of friendship and 2 years of relationship. We even had rings and everything, we really went well with each other in many aspects, etc.
Then we both were facing real life crysis at that point in our lives. But here's the problem: She is the one that likes to stay by her own while i'm the one that try to work together both our problems. I've learned from that. But it was too late. She literally came another day saying she "doesn't feel anything for me anymore and doesn't even know why". She insulted me in many ways she never did before.
She was always an incredibly PROUD and sometimes narcisistic person (although she knew when to dial down) and seeing her looking for me and even saying she "want to talk better in another time" is something i've never seen she going for.
I'm keeping it polite and casual but treating it like it's a new relationship with another person.
Even if we don't end up together back again, just the fact that i'm seeing a very proud person being humble.
It took only 9 days. She still has pictures of us together with rings and all in her social media. She is active on social media daily and even added some male friends but... Our pics are still there. Of course I haven't deleted mines either, as I would still be with her otherwise. And she did delete her other exes pictures before.
I'll update this as we go.

This is way harder when it's been a seriously long relationship with kids to boot. Not so easy to go cold turkey no contact. I have watched your video several times about what to do in that situation. Keeping it about the kids and nothing else. But it does make it complicated, we have to see each other often and it's in those moments I'm worried about and don't know how to act in front of her. Especially if she ask me anything not pertaining to them, like what do I say or how do I respond? I want to be strong show her everything you're saying. But it makes it so much harder when kids are involved. She wants to be civil for the kids, said she wants us to be a family but needs time and space to process everything that is going on and what I left her with, letting her know I respect her decision but don't agree with it, I respect myself enough to not flip out over it, won't chase or pursue and simply keep it about the kids. She says we can be a family without a title. Which throws me off. It's like let me see if it works with someone else, beat around the bush, talk in riddles and never straight to the point and it drives me crazy. Just say what you mean and follow through. Don't leave me hanging on the back burner while you see if it's better with someone else and then what? It don't work or you're not happy or when the intimacy isn't there and you feel unloved you come running back and I'm supposed to take you back after that? No contact or not that makes me look and actually be weak af! Like I have no self respect and dignity. Sigh...Am I wrong? She also wants us to still go to church as a family once a week. Which really doesn't allow me to give her time and space without me, is this a ruse to shit test me once a week to see if things are better, etc? or an excuse to keep me strung along in case it don't work out if she decides to move? Or is it simply she just needs space and time for us to be together? Like I'm all over the place in my head and it sucks! Also makes me think she is literally using it as an excuse to use on someone else, like oh if you see us all together at church it's simply for the kids, not for us to be together, just trying to be civil and cordial for the kids, not for him or us to get back together. That sounds like an excuse for some other interest right? Or am I over thinking it all and second guessing myself into a hole? Also, I feel like I should go to church FOR MY KIDS, not her, to show I'm strong enough to let OUR issues go and put the kids first which in the end will show me as a mature person who has moved on. But I worry on both ends, will she think we're better off as we are now, saying see we're better off single because there is no attachment in the way or will it work for me? I keep thinking I should just not go to church anymore but I think that makes me look weak and immature as well.
