- Coach Lee shares 9 signs that show your ex is pretending to be over you. This can be helpful when you are trying to determine if you should move on or if you should take a risk and reach out to your ex boyfriend or ex girlfriend.
If your ex is showing any of these signs or a combination of them, the odds are good that your ex is not really over you but is pretending to be or wanting you to think that they are over you and done. If your ex is only pretending, it's actually a great sign if you are wanting to get back together with them.

Yes no contact works for both people because it allows you to heal and let them appreciate you. When they broke up with they threw you away as garbage or treat like a dog until the rat got the gun. The situation will flip eventually especially if you were a good person. Don't do anything let them come back to you in their own way.

My relationship was long distance and he wants someone closer. I really want to ask him if there is any hope at all, I just want to know if I have any kind of chance, but I think it's not a good idea.

What sucks the most is that you and another person shared so many little moments that no one else had with you. It’s as if this certain language only existed between two people. Its been almost four months and still hurts but kinda better than the first few months. That is an excellent statement about leaving their personal items at your house. I did not think about until now when you mentioned although my situation is extremely complicated in which you coach Lee might not even have the answers for my situation. But great advice for the masses!
Going to focus a lot on no contact. I was the one who broke it off yet im the one always hot and cold. It feels pathetic on my end. Im glad i dont have social media so i dont indulge in stalker habits. She started seeing a therapist before the breakup and is continuing to do so. So tells me she's not"having the time of her life" she still not happy. And I can see on social media she's not happy.
Just started busted out laughing in a moment of depression when Coach mentioned, "posting quotes on social media about how happy they are." My ex did this multiple times last week lol

Currently, she is 6 months pregnant with his child as they are unmarried and have been together < 1yr. Thank God I walked away.

It has taken me more than 5 years to get over my wife and to understand myself; but i am the better for having done so. My feelings for her have finally changed and sadly I know that when her world falls apart I won't be able or willing to help her as I did in the past. I am a good man and I deserve more out of my life than to feel badly about myself the way I did. I have no debt, no bad habits and integrity by the bucketload. And out of the blue one of my old friends popped up in my life and well... he likes me!! A lot 😂 and i like him too, sooo since valentines is coming up, weve already kissed, a bit. 12:20 His best friend, a mutual friend, just called. He sounded very nervous and was asking a lot of strange questions. He got a lot of information to take back to my ex. I have been knowing him for many years and he has never called me on the phone. So the reason for the call is obvious. My ex has been on full block since March 2020.

Coach Lee, just 3 months after backing out of my graduation party, my ex took me pumpkin picking and told me that she was moving away from her parents’ house. Now, she only lives 38 minutes away from my house and she invited me to her apartment and told me to find a way, which I did. It’s coming. It’s just a matter of time before it comes.

I started no contact differently . Mutual break up but it’s mainly on her side. After a week of trying to be friends I told her I needed time to myself. In the two months of not talking to her I realized my issues, put a plan to fix the issues and now in a completely different mindset. I no longer care for the outcome, but I did reach back out so she knows I’m better now with or without her. taking things slow and no longer worried about the future, instead focusing in the present

Everyday is hard it is getting easier but it’s still messing me up. Such a sad situation. She reaches out already but there’s no I love you or anything like that. I was with my girlfriend for nearly 6 years. This past weekend before Christmas, I proposed to her and asked her to be my wife. All of us hurting, we're just putting on a brave face and mostly faking it that we're feeling great and that's a good way to start. These videos give you hope but I'm not sure living in hope is the best thing to do. Moving on is the only thing to do which currently is what I'm struggling with because I truly loved them and they hurt me. My reaction to their disrespect led to the breakup. Logically I know they're flawed and i can do better than them but their presence still lingers in my thoughts day and night. I'm struggling, it's been almost 3 months of hard NC. Hope to get through this soon.

I firmly believe and I stand by this 100%, that no contact after being in a relationship should be illegal. That shit is torture at THE VERY LEAST! IT'S INHUMANE AND PUTRID! Hi Coach Lee. Thank you so much for all the videos you made. My ex broke up with me two months ago but we have been still living together until two weeks ago. I started the no contract thing to him only few days ago but he just kept reaching to me like three days after n kept asking me to hang out n help him to pack his stuff before him moving out from our old place. He mentioned that I look healthier, happier and more relaxed when we started hanging out again. (I have lost a few pounds n has been being less emotional for the last two weeks) We had a really good time after not seeing each other for more than a week, which we haven’t have such a great n relaxing time for a year while we were still together already. And we even had sex after a few drinks, which he started making out to me n I can tell the way that he treated me n interacted with me during the whole process is so different from the last year of our relationship. My ex reached out to me after about 2 weeks. Short casual conversation. We have exchanged subtle casual texts back and forth. She lives right next door which makes things feel weird. After the breakup, I expressed a willingness to talk things over. It either works or it doesnt. I have practiced the NC. Only responding when she contacts me. I would like to work things out. But she is soooo stubborn. She will fight things like this out of spite regardless of what people tell her. I can tell she is struggling with the decision. We were in love afterall. Hate to say I am waiting but. I am using the time to better myself. But hope the opportunity comes where her and I can sit down and discuss it. She did initially block me on facebook, later unblocking me. She is allowing her kids to do activities with me again. So time will tell. She knows I am not interested in just friendship.
Coach, she asked for space and I am giving her what she wants. I’m about 10 days into no contact and I got into my #1 choice graduate school last night. I put it on my snap story and the next morning I wake up to this from her “Hey I’ve been going back and forth about whether or not I should text you but I do really want to congratulate you on getting into NYU. Do not respond my man! Continue NC until you get a message from her that is more suitable to what you're looking and waiting for
joeharna ended up responding, like Lee said ignoring wouldn’t get me anywhere even if she said “it’s ok” but I didn’t continue a convo or anything just said “No problem, I’m doing well. Thanks” and left it at that

@@naiko6700 Ultimately no, but the door isn’t completely closed. She is studying abroad in London for the next year and neither of us really wanted to do long distance. But we are still close friends and there is the possibility of something happens when she returns to the states. I’m not “waiting” for her, but like I said the door isn’t completely shut so who knows. We started up talking again after like 3 months no contact. I think NC is a good method to use, just make sure you don’t overdo it or act cold when/if the other person does reach out.
Wishing I saw these vids sooner since I didn’t let us break up. We broke up January and kept talking until he just did a 180 and asked for us to not talk. After this I kept my same schedule and so did he, gym everyday at the same time and he would look at me multiple times and look for me but then act like he didn’t see me when he’d walk by. He looks miserable and so do I. I had to reach out for some important info he had on Sunday and he was instantly replying, flirting, and making conversation. He even saved a photo of us in the chat?? I ended the conversation and am now implementing the NC. Fingers crossed because we actually are very very good for each other just needed some self growth before moving forward.

Hey Coach, here's my situation : My ex dumped me on the 14th of December. She only reached out on Christmas day, and on New Year's Eve by sending me a picture of some soaps she had made and to wish me a happy new year. I wished her the same but did not carry the conversation as I did not really pick on the "indirect/direct approach". After that, she reached out this sunday and we saw each other that same afternoon. Things were great, we laughed and joked a lot, like nothing bad had ever happened to us and our relationship. We even poked fun at each other in trying to make the other a little jealous about possible people that we dated during our time apart. At the end of the meetup, I felt good and went for the kiss, but she turned her head and said that she was unsure of her feelings. I didn't try to convince her of anything, I just walked away with a smile and she said : "see you soon, maybe"...I'm in no contact right now and I haven't heard from her since. I guess I won't ever but at least I think I handled it pretty well. Go figure.I also learned that a rebound was involved. He had dumped her a few days before her reach out, I'm assuming that's why she did it. What do you think of it ? Will I hear from her or is she just playing games with me by putting me in backup plan mode ? Maybe I gave out a needy vibe and spooked her away...Thanks a lot.

She’s seeing you as a backup option. Do yourself a favour and just walk away from her life forever! You don’t need anyone in your life who doesn’t properly value your life and your commitment!
You went to far with the kiss, If she enjoy the moment she will compare it with the other guy. Just dont over do it. She felt lonely, back up plan definetily. you know what to do, dont make her believe you'll be always there waiting for them.

Coach Lee, thank you for doing what you do... I think I've watched all of your videos in the past 2 weeks. They've brought me so much comfort. My ex broke up with me because he hasn't been feeling like himself, has lost emotional connection with me, and needs to focus on himself. It's been hard for me to accept this because we had very few minimal issues in our relationship. I can't help but feel so confused and resentful towards him. I have applied no contact but I feel hopeless and like I need the clarity. Should I reach out?

I right there with you Brianna... we had no issues except distance ... he loved pretty quickly and fiercely and so did I.... now it’s been 3 months that we haven’t talked and I’m not sure why..I’m not even sure he knows why...well he probably does but just doesn’t want yo,say...which I find so immature ugh... I would not reach out...I know it’s hard but honestly it doesn’t even help much..and it will just push him further away.... stay strong with no contact... watch coach lee’s videos every night...

If shes the first to view for a whole week straight, let her msg you or comment or something. If not for weeks, just ask if they're good or how they're doing

I don’t thin mine will happen like that. She didn’t want to continue and said she wasn’t ready to be in a relationship for the next four years. Yet, right after the breakup she went with someone else (December). Just last week she went to talk to my friend and asked where I was? How I was doing? If I was there? And if he was going to tell me that he saw her.

You mention Ego, but friends can also get in the way unfortunately. I noticed my ex being distant with me for a month and then she randomly sent me a text saying she cant do it anymore on a tuesday. it felt so unlike her and i wanted to meet her face to face because she offered to see me to give me my stuff back but she went with the friend option.... all this was spoken to through her friend.
