  • A 20 minute pilates full body yoga workout is the perfect at home total body pilates practice to fire up your entire abs, midsection, glutes, and inner thighs.     There are hundreds of thousands of yoga videos out here. But I am very drawn to your videos and only go to your yoga videos now. I don't know why your yoga vids make me feel better than the other ones I have come across. It absolutely helps when your background is paradise. And your routine is interesting and challenging but not too challenging. Just right. Thank you! Love it.

    Thank you Juliana and Mark, you've given me a whole new lease on life! Before I started yoga with you three years ago, I had almost constant migraines and my back and neck were so stiff from being hunched over. I'd wake up and wouldn't want to do anything, because I felt so rotten. I had no muscles to speak of to help me break the cycle. This last weekend though, I went on a hike and bouldering adventure and climbed up to the coolest little cave high above a waterfall with little swallows whistling in and out. It was the most magical experience and for what would have been impossible or terrifying before - I now had my little Boho Beautiful muscles to thank that I could trust my body to get me there and back safely. I've been doing your practices just about every day and yours are the lessons I most want to practice to because they're peaceful, energizing and I get to travel the world with you from my living room. So much love & light back your way!!!!

    It’s my 2nd time doing this practice and I already see how much better I am at doing certain exercises! Last time I’ve done it a week ago and was doing some other practice from your channel almost every aingle day. That feels amazing!

    I especially love your workouts because they always have a little stretch and warm up at the start and don’t get straight into the exercise while still being cold like many others do!

    I really enjoyed this format where the workouts were explained throughout and the audio was not recorded after the workout. It was better synced than other videos and made me feel like I was practicing with you as opposed to feeling like I am watching a video

    Thank u so much for your workouts and sessions. I’ve been doing them for over 5 years now. Started my journey almost the time you stated your channel 😌 and I wanted to say thank u for never forcing or pushing ur viewers to do the hardest option. If I take a break from working out I always go back with ur workouts cuz I feel the most safe and calm😌 and also I wanted to say thank you for always wearing something contrast and bright compared to background because I have a bad eye vision and when I’m working out and watching the video from my phone it’s hard for me to even recognize the silhouette sometimes but colors help a lot honestly 🤍 I don’t think that this is smth that creators should even think about cuz people like me could just turn on the video on the big screen or wear glasses😌🤍 so just thank u for your style and your channel that changed and helped me a lot

    This workout does not work for me didn't like the music the positions with the knees and that it is difficult to follow and check your position at the same time. Nevermind I will go back to my favourite sessions !
