    My orthopedic PT uses this technique and they call it A-stim. Instead of a spoon they use something that looks like a hard plastic spatula. It works!

    I tried this for my severed quadriceps tendon …..kept hitting my brace …. didn’t work for some reason …. 😂😂😂😂 just kidding.
    I am doing well with my recovery great orthopedic surgeon and my PT at hospital is actually fun bunch of grey haired old men bashing each other and the therapist. We usually have to stop working to just laugh through the pain.
    I share your channel all the time ! Such great info very thankful you share with us .

    Dr. Rowe, like at the end of your video, whenever I sit with my legs over my sofa/barstool (with stiff cushions), I get pretty severe nerve tingling below my knees and my entire feet. It doesn’t go away until the next morning. Do you have a TH-cam video discussing this problem? Thanks!

    Cud u do a video on arm arthritis issues. My elbow started hurting a few weeks ago when I wake up. Mainly hurts in morning when I reuse them in bed. It’s weird. Mainly hurts when I extend my arms and grip something. It’s very strange. They don’t hurt if I do press ups. Not sure what the issue is. Iv just done some swimming and now issues.

    I couldn’t get my kneecap to move at all! In fact, I’m not sure I was actually working around the kneecap. Kind of fat in that area, but it’s hard to “avoid scraping the bone” when I can’t find the bone.

    Alternative method: Find a snake, press till the oil comes out and apply to knee. Many people swear this works miracles.
