Dr. Rowe I fell in the winter of 2015 on ice on my right side. This winter my right leg slide out 3 times on ice, it triggered terrible pain in my Sciatica, hip, groin, and right knee. I've been limping for a week now and finally decided to go see a Chiropractor. I'm hoping he can help me because I'm not going to a doctor for any shots. I'll be seeing him everyday this week, he said to keep icing everything. I have a pinched nerve at my lower vertebrae. I wish I was closer to St. Joe I'd come to your clinic!!!!! I asked him if I should exercise, he told me no exercise right now, to rest. I thought maybe it would help but I couldn't do it anyway I'm in to much pain. How do you get rid of a spur, I have one on my outer right kneecap? Thank You Dr. Rowe💙

I wanted to send a huge thanks to you, as I was literally ready to give up any and all hope in living with my tremendous and debilitating bi lateral knee pain. My husband, knowing the stress i was dealing with, discovered your channel, and long story short, I now feel hope for the first time in a very long time. Thank you so very much for sharing your expertise with myself and other's, who feel our choices for a relatively pain free life is non existent. Literally, after one massage session with warm oil and spoon, I found instant relief.. and I've been dealing with hospital level discomfort for quite some time. So thanks again and continued success for the future 🎉..

I was in so much pain after bowling, I couldn't find a position that wasn't painful. Nothing I did or took helped. Searching desperately for something to help I came across this video. When I started the technique I instantly started feeling relief. I cried, I praised God, I thnked the creator of this video. I had to do it for about 2 hours ( applying heat then smoothing over painful areas) but I was happy to do it.

I had patellar tendonosis years ago and the physical therapist did the muscle scraping and had me do the water-bottle, door squats, leg raises, and side ways walking with a tension band. Took about 6 weeks of work for it to completely go away, but seen massive improvements after just 2 weeks.

Hi, thanks for all your valuable advice/demonstrations,etc for osteoarthritis/osteoporosis. I agree with all the ways you shown to relieve the pain and gain stability and strengthen the muscles. It can be quite painful and sore if overworked. For example, if dancing, running, going up//down staircases, etc. There is of course medication and hot/cold compress on the area, applying some gel, etc. I am a female of 53 years and live. In Mumbai/India and was injured around 2003/2004. Injured/knee joint broke during aerobic/steps classes. It healed after 3/4 months rest, therapy, medication, etc. I hope to follow your advice more closely. I was also having problems with my weight gain and was told to reduce my weight by my endocrinologist. I have still a lot of weight to lose even though I am careful with my calorie intake. Now I have reached menopause. I appreciate your advice about increasing stability/strength of my knee joints. All the best. Take care. By the way I cannot even afford medication any longer as iam a widow without any source of income and am dependant on my son's and siblings. I live alone and my son and his wife. They do not help much though. Thanks. Bye.

I had a very loud pop at the part where he was bending his knee and scraping those areas. I bent it and within 3 seconds, a loud pop with no pain was experienced. Today it feels so much better and no more pain! Thank you!

I am a retiree and had a knee replacement 18 months ago but 5weeks after the op I was seriously ill in hospital and bedridden for a month and couldn't continue my exercises for about 3 months. Although I do the exercises from the physio every day my knee is still painful and can only bend about 90 degress and if I do too many exercises exercises it gives me tendonitis. I also need a hip replacement so can't put weight on that leg and can only walk with a stick and need to hold on to a chair to do exercises. I can't do many of your exercises but have found your massage at the start of the video very helpful.

Thank you for sharing this. I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis 2 years ago, the x-rays showed I had this in my knees and both hips. I appear to have the it in both shoulders and my wrist and ankle are also dodgy. I'm 60 years old and feel about 100, I have not much quality of life although I try my hardest to keep working, it's very painful on my joints and the Doctor only prescribed Codeine (which really had no effect) for a couple of month. I was also sent to Physio but I couldn't do half of what they expected. I will try these exercises as these seem doable (apart from the ones leaning on the door and going down into a squat like position;)). Fingers crossed they might help me get some relief.. It's a terrible thing this Osteoarthritis!

@@DrRowe I'm a retired RNP & university professor. I do understand how people make money on YT, but thank you for taking your very precious time to school me.
You're a rock star: I get that, but people have many questions about their conditions that HCPs seem to have no time to answer. I guess you follow form. Congratulations! And yes, I understand that when a person is spread this thin they have to set priorities. Maybe you should ask just for positive feedback that doesn't tax your time, or perhaps do some videos where you answer common questions asked of you rather than leaving people hanging....your choice, of course, but I have seen other instructional videos from HCPs who do the "Frequently Asked Questions" & they're very popular.
Finally, I apologize for triggering you. My bad. That was never my intention. You won't be bothered by me again. Take care.

@@DrRowe Thanx. I am in India. Here the orthopaedic surgeons are hell bent upon suggesting TKR surgery despite knowing that surgery is not the only solution. I have lost faith in these doctors. Instead of showing me a way out they think of their own interest. That is when I decided that instead of consulting a surgeon I must consult a physiotherapist. In fact I have been following few physiotherapists however the stiffness in the muscles around the knee hasnt reduced yet. Now I am gonna follow the excercises shown by you and will report back to you after 15 days. Regards.

Has your husband seen a GI doctor? I'm an R.N. & have never heard of stomach issues being related to the spine. I have both IBS & spine issues (w/ 4 spine surgeries in last 5 yrs). The IBS can cause back pain, but usually w/ constipation & only temporarily. Don't dismiss "stomach pains," as they can be a sign of a serious illness! If he hasn't already done so, I'd suggest a visit w/ a gastroenterologist ASAP.
