      Yes, these are very helpful. The only thing I’m a little concerned about in this video is the Vicks vapor rub because it’s a petroleum product.

    My young daughters and I went through these exercises today since we're all experiencing sinus congestion and ear pressure pain. They laughed as they made these movements but they worked! Both girls reported that they can breathe through their noses. And now we all know what to do until our colds are gone. Thank you Dr. Rowe!

    I had flu followed by sinusitus and it hurt to even move my head - I felt sick - earache - the pressure was awful I was literally bedbound! I was doing everything that doctor recommended - saline flushing, antihistamine, rest, painkillers, steaming - but nothing was helping - I was 8 days in and it was getting me really depressed - AND THEN I found these exercises - honestly a godsend - I wish I had found you before - thank you so @Dr Rowe - this will now be my new routine should I feel the pressure/pain coming on in future!

    i have a cold now. i was afraid, i couldnt sleep to night, because i couldnt breathe through my nose. now i did your exercise and with in minutes i can breath through my nose again! also my brainfog is gone. now i can go to bed and hopefully have a restful sleep and get well soon. thank you!

    I’ve had horrific sinus pain and congestion following a head cold, with no relief for the past few days. I was pretty sure I was on the fast-track to a sinus infection as nothing was draining but my condition continued to worsen. After doing these exercises last night, and trying to sleep a little more elevated, I’m pleased to say that so much of the gunk has FINALLY started to drain this morning and I’m getting some relief. Thank you for sharing these techniques!

    Worked immediately!!!
    My head was incredibly congested and I couldn't breath through my nose. About halfway through the series, I was able to get air through both nostrils. I'll be repeating these as I get through this headcold.

    Wow I tried the tongue tapping the roof of my mouth and tapped in between the brow bones and I noticed sinus relief and decongestion!!! This maneuver worked! Thank you :)

    I have crohn's disease and whenever I'm constipated or not having normal bowel movements (haven't gone in a while), I experience this sinus inflammation and these exercises definitely helped relieve the pressure and I could hear the mucus getting mashed up, thank you so much.

    Wow, I'm amazed! I was struggling with sinus pain and heaviness over my eyebrows, and even my eyes were hurting. Despite taking antibiotics with no improvement, I decided to give these exercises a shot. While it wasn't an instant fix (no Niagara Falls effect, haha), I noticed a significant increase in mucus excretion a few hours later. And the next morning? Voila! The weight over my eyebrows vanished like magic. I'd rate the effectiveness a solid 9 out of 10. Thank you so much!

    I’ve used the acupressure on the hand for headaches for years. It doesn’t work for every type of headache but I go to this first before going for meds. I found the spot by the eyebrows because it was very tender to touch. Appreciate the help with sinuses. They’ve been bothering me for a while!

    Lifesaver I’ve been in pain for the last four days I have gotten Orajel for my toothache, Benadryl, Sudafed, Advil, and a Netty pot, and none of that helped more than this

    Thank you for posting this helpful video, your a great help to us Sinus suffering folks. I have 2 nasal polyp surgery's & a serious nasal drip deal, needing meds for it for over 10 years. I have not tried your techniques but I shall try them. I know I've done similar things when really suffering to break things up(or loosen it) to leave the snout.

    One more tip. When nose blocked but without outcome. Grab outer nosle wing and pull down for 10 second then release. Repeat several times

    The second exercise is hitting the acupuncture point called "he gu" . It treats anything on our face, which includes sinuses. Cold, nasal congestion.

      This one really worked for me. I couldn't breathe at all at night, was trying to rest early but I struggled until I found this video out of frustration. Even Dr Mandell's video did not work as well as this one. Thank you for the explanations. Fascinating stuff.

    the nose sweeping exercise is a great one, always works for me…put a warm compress on your nose and forhead for 5 minutes beforehand and it’s even more effective

    A method that always works for me is to take a hard plastic hand vibrator and put it on the bridge of the nose. It will begin with a lot of sneezing. Have some paper towels handy because the mucous really flows. Move the vibrator back and forth and under the eyes. It can get sore but is worth it.
    Much better than sinus pills.

    I have been congested for three days. Today has been the worse. My right nostril was “blocked”.
    I found that two of these methods brought me relief.
    I literally felt drainage moving and thereafter effectively use the Vicks inhaler.

    You are the best I tried all but the thumb pressure point was very quick and helpful to release sinus pressure.
    I also doing sciatica pain relief exercise I found them very useful. Thanks for your vedio and effort to give us help in our home comfort.

    I put some Vicks vaporub on about 5 mins before I picked up my phone to look at TH-cam and this popped up!! Perfect timing thanks for the help.

    If one side is clogged, simply lay on opposite side. If both sides are clogged, then lay on one side 5 minutes then switch to other side for 5 minutes. You are welcome.
