The pulling is where I have the biggest problem. My right knee is so painful when I try to bend it but I'll keep doing it. Thanks for the video.

Good morning Dr. Furlan. My husband and I will watch this video later this morning after our walking. He walks outdoors and I walk on the treadmill. He is getting progressively worse, so I KNOW these might help. Surgery was mentioned, and he is being "monitored". I will add this regime to my Osteoporosis routine I downloaded and see how it feels, so we can do them together. Thank you.

These exercises are not all good for your knees- maybe some are but if it hurts stop doing it

Good video about osteoarthritis knee exercise. But mam u can divide the exercise in to different stages of diease. In the advanced stages patients never actively move their knees

I am suffering with my knee thanks Doc
Thank you for this video, Dr. Furlan. Another specialist claims that we must be extremely careful when performing these exercises as they may cause further pain and damage if we do not utilize our glutes. This terrifies me as my arthritis has just started. I am 125 pounds, avid walker/ hiker and my life has changed drastically. Can you advise on this ?
Those excersises are terrible
Look at EL PASO's Channel. He helps people avoid surgery & I've had some relief from his exercises. Some of these make my knees much worse!
