There seems to be mixed feelings about anterior pelvic tilt being the cause or being correlated with pain or problems. Since the majority of the population have APT. I’m curious to get your reaction on this and possibly another video with different examples of exercises. Thanks
After hysterectomy I am suffering a swerve pain in my right side leg in hip outer side. Dr suggest only pain killer. No medicine working for permanent relief. Is it Sciatica or something else Please make a video on effective exercises.

he problem is people's 1st and 2nd chakras aren't engaged. Lower spine. Need I say more? You have to ACTIVATE your lower spine, sacral and solar plexus areas. Try spreading your toes while you step to activate it. Also it's the feeling of holding in pee in order to have great spinal posture
WOW!!!!! I've been terribly sore for the past week and i'm on prescription pain meds and also getting injections in my back in 4 days but in the meantime i've been heat and ice and pain meds with not much relief in a week now. Started watching this video and first exercise he showed i got on floor and did it and my goodness the pain is almost all gone!!! am going to finish watching and doing the rest but my goodness i'm so thankful i have finally got some relief. I usually watch from my other account but I want to thank you. I've suffered 3 ruptured discs. The lower back ones are related to a torn psoas I had at 16. Anyway I'm about to be 60. I've come back from a spinal cord injury as well T7/8. I own an operate a small landscaping business and my work is very physical. Your videos have helped me so much. Both for daily function and pain relief. Life can be hard but you've kept me on my feet and helped me enjoy life as well. Thanks Again!!

I hurt my lower back on the gym while doing leg press. It hurt for a day and night. Next morning, I found this video. Followed all the exercises for quick relief and it worked like magic. Strongly suggest it for anyone in same situation. Thanks for the video.

Let's see - 2 MRIs, three back surgeon consultations, one Physical Therapist then another Chiropractor. After having 2 compressed vertebrates I thought that I had spine problems causing back pain and even trouble walking. Then your recommendations on this site. For me, tight glutes, hips, and back are from sitting behind the computer too long. I've watched a lot of videos, but I think yours have been most helpful over the years. Thank you.
Try a salsa video or any other music you like with a lot of hip movements. A sewing project took longer than expected and I immediately feel it my bones. And I made the mistake to adjust the hight to my foot stool under my desk. I go chaabi couple times a day and it helped more than these exercises.
Had these pains for months and was rapidly relieved within minutes by following this video, this is absolutely amazing! It is exactly what it says ''instant release''. Thank you for sharing your extraordinaire expertise!
Another fantastic video. Some of these stretches hit the spot and I felt a huge release. I've mentioned before but as weird issues has come up I have worked through SI joint pain, knee pain, neck pain, and lower back pain. I went to local chiropractors and it did not help. Physical therapy did help tremendously. These videos I tell you have single handedly fixed every issue that's come up and I just can't thank him enough.

I found this at the right time. After doing these exercises I know I have some work to do. Hip flexors, glutes, lower back, wow. I have to say these exercises are tough but they sure show were the work needs to be done if someone has problems in this area.
I do many of your recommended exercises and all of them work for me. The only one that I have difficulty with is Tinnitus exercises. One of them works (for a short time) but not the others. You are wonderful, thank you for posting these videos. You are like an angel for us/me...
Hey Dr I’d like to thank you for making these videos. I’ve been doing them for 2 weeks and have seen a lot of improvement. I’ve had hip, back, groin pain over a year now and my dr thinks it may be arthritis. Hoping I can strengthen the surrounding muscles to get relief, and these videos have really helped with pain, strength and range of motion. I used to exercise a lot so I think part of it is muscle memory but it’s much improved. You explain everything so well with a great sense of humour. Much appreciated.

Tried the stretching movements tonight, really relieved the pain. I will be doing these every day. Will also go through the strengthening exercises. Left hip and low back pain is my problem. These definately targeted my issues.

I have been having on and off chronic pain in my left hip for who knows how long. I have been doing 90/90 routines, pigeon pose, etc every night for months and NOTHING has lit it up like that corkscrew release. Amazing 🤯

I went on a hike yesterday, haven’t done that in months, I started to feel some pain on both outer hips. I will incorporate more hip exercises with my work outs now. I usually do some hiit bike exercises and weights at home. I really need to target my glutes and strengthen those parts. Thanks

I did the muscle release in the first exercise, on my right, didn't feel much, but on my left, as soon as I got to the bottom I felt a HUGE POP and literally said "Oh my god" -- holy crap that felt amazing. Thanks for the info Doctor!

The one exercise where you showed standing, raising and lowering the hip, I did while laying on my side on the floor. While doing my right hip, that hip facing up, I got a pop from the lowest part of my back. Time will tell if that released my sciatic nerve.
Thanks! I can finally do PT again thanks to infusions of Zometa to support my spine and ribs after my cancer progressed to those spots, and these videos are kinda giving me some gentle ways to loosen up after a few months of prescribed "rest" that made me feel really tight all over. Walking isn't always enough, I think. Some of this is a bit more than I can even do yet, but the most basic stretches here really helped relieve some of my pain! Thank you so much!!
The figure 4 body twist variation helped with my lower back and hip pain after just moments especially while incorporating the arm raised and lean movements. Looking forward to trying more of these methods and making them daily habits thank you doctor have a good day Sir.
I know I’m a happy baby when doing that first one. I never kept my feet together doing the modified child’s poise as you do, going to do that now. Very useful tricks here, Thanks!
Day 1: I noticed the discomfort u might have been talking about. It feels like a cramp caused by a movement my hips are not used to. It's new to them. I reduced the strength I was using and the cramp's intensity reduced by the 5th rep, I could use more strength too and for longer without feeling the cramp. Feels nice (5 reps 10 secs each)
Should you do the strengthening every time you do the release videos or should you wait till you have relief from pain to strengthen? I have found your videos to be extremely helpful and will recommend them to family and friends.
I had this really tight glute/paraphormis bad due to lack of stretching before work and shoveling all night. Gave me imbalance aswell. My pain was left side only. My chiro has had me doing left quad and right Hamstring streatches only. Left hamstring and right quad exercises only. This has got everything back aligned. My pain was so bad i thought i might need surgery. Im so lucky i have a honest Chiro. I felt the need to share this. Hope it might help others. ❤️💥💯💥
About 15-20min waeach time. I did this twice everyday for a week. No more pain after 2days. After the 2nd week. I now stretch and exercise both sides every other day. I purchased a roman chair to strengthen low back. I dont ever want that pain again.

Your videos are helpful. I have multiple sclerosis. My biggest problem is drop foot exercises for this problem would be useful.

I have been having on and off chronic pain in my left hip for who knows how long. I have been doing 90/90 routines, pigeon pose, etc every night for months and NOTHING has lit it up like that corkscrew release. Amazing 🤯

You couldn't have timed this video any better! 😁 I started gaving minor hip pain, left side, a few days ago, and for the last two days, muscle spasms in the lower left back while sitting.
I know these exercises will fix that, and I'm going to start right now.

I went on a hike yesterday, haven’t done that in months, I started to feel some pain on both outer hips. I will incorporate more hip exercises with my work outs now. I usually do some hiit bike exercises and weights at home. I really need to target my glutes and strengthen those parts. Thanks

I did the muscle release in the first exercise, on my right, didn't feel much, but on my left, as soon as I got to the bottom I felt a HUGE POP and literally said "Oh my god" -- holy crap that felt amazing. Thanks for the info Doctor!
Ended up here as I want to improve my lifts and am somehow limited in my motions due to lower back stiffness. Gonna give it a shot.

The one exercise where you showed standing, raising and lowering the hip, I did while laying on my side on the floor. While doing my right hip, that hip facing up, I got a pop from the lowest part of my back. Time will tell if that released my sciatic nerve.
Thanks! I can finally do PT again thanks to infusions of Zometa to support my spine and ribs after my cancer progressed to those spots, and these videos are kinda giving me some gentle ways to loosen up after a few months of prescribed "rest" that made me feel really tight all over. Walking isn't always enough, I think. Some of this is a bit more than I can even do yet, but the most basic stretches here really helped relieve some of my pain! Thank you so much!!

Day 1: I noticed the discomfort u might have been talking about. It feels like a cramp caused by a movement my hips are not used to. It's new to them. I reduced the strength I was using and the cramp's intensity reduced by the 5th rep, I could use more strength too and for longer without feeling the cramp. Feels nice (5 reps 10 secs each)
Should you do the strengthening every time you do the release videos or should you wait till you have relief from pain to strengthen? I have found your videos to be extremely helpful and will recommend them to family and friends.
I had this really tight glute/paraphormis bad due to lack of stretching before work and shoveling all night.
Gave me imbalance aswell.
My pain was left side only.
My chiro has had me doing left quad and right Hamstring streatches only.
Left hamstring and right quad exercises only.
This has got everything back aligned.
My pain was so bad i thought i might need surgery.
Im so lucky i have a honest Chiro. I felt the need to share this. Hope it might help others. ❤️💥💯💥
About 15-20min waeach time.
I did this twice everyday for a week. No more pain after 2days.
After the 2nd week. I now stretch and exercise both sides every other day. I purchased a roman chair to strengthen low back.
I dont ever want that pain again.
