    The impact is being felt more for me during covid-19 when your home is your workplace. Strict breaks outside are reduced and breaks are becoming phone checking time. After hearing this talk I am going to make sure I have a phone off time each day and a phone off day weekly...ok maybe an afternoon to begin with. Thanks for your research.

    Right because having mainstream media and big pharma speaking to us through adds is all that should be in the public space...

    Idk if It’s just me, but I’m horrible at responding and I’m barely on my phone, I use it to talk to my parents ask a friend a question or to talk to my SO, so I can disconnect easily thankfully and I’m never stressed when I’m not on it, I don’t worry about missing out because if it’s important I’ll find out eventually but I usually don’t care and don’t worry
