I love this workout, you feel the burn and after doing this for about 3 or 4 days I can see a difference on how my muffin top has slowly melted tysm 💗

Day 1 : couldn't keep up with all of them but i tried. Feels good.
Day 2: i did it but only followed till half counts , will get there.
Day3 : almost followed all of them, feels good.
Day4 : i got it 75% accurate today 😅. But feels amazing

always that's what we call getting out of comfort zone but u should also take break from time to time just a quick break after long time whenever u feel overwhelmed :)
