  • This is a quick 10 minute tiny waist workout to get a toned and smaller waist. These exercises will help your side abs become more visible and toned. We train for a smaller and toned waist. You will work on your obliques and reduce that muffin top fat. You can do this 10 minute ab workout challenge at home with no equipment needed. Combine this workout with one of my fat burn workouts and good nutrition for even better results. Burning fat, no matter from what part of your body always needs a calorie deficit, so it's all about the balance in between a healthy diet and workouts guys.
