- This 8 min. smaller waist workout helps you to snatch and tighten your waist. Do this routine for 14 days to train your abdominals and get a toned and slim waist. Combine this workout with my other small waist workouts and cardio workouts to lose muffin top cause the less body fat you have the more toned your abs look.

Anmerkung die Bewegungen sind ja toll und aktivieren Core und dat ist ja toll aber nicht jeder will schmale(sichtbar) Taille haben kann man sogar abjemagert werden und die Taille ist kaum sichtbar

In details hehe 😂: as a toddler mom with nonexisting free time, I consider myself a beginner since postpartum started and I am rebuliding my body :) for example, your pilates waist workout was very doable and perfect for me (Oct '23), but this once feels more advanced to me. Do not get me wrong, I still love it. Or maybe I am just low on energy this week? 😅 anyhow, I will do this workout a couple of times, after a while it may get easier? :)
