- This 10 minute bikini abs workout is my new favorite abs routine for a bikini figure. I included the best exercises for toned and lean abs. Do this 10 minute workout before summer for one week to make your abs bikini ready. For a flat stomach, I would recommend to do this workout for 14 days straight, everyday. Combine this workout with my other fat burn & abs workouts for better results. Remember every body is different.

Could you please make a calves slimming workout too Mary? Your lower body workouts are always wonderful and effective. It would be so good if you make a slimming routine for calves too.
unfortunately, it's impossible to "slim" a muscle by training it! some of us have bigger calves depending on how we walk/run!
