Your step program has been inspirational to my grandson who is blind. He has been faithfully participating in your program for the last 6 months. Though he is blind your instructions are easily understood and his Mom spots him so that he moves with good form. It's impossible to understand the difficulty a blind person has in trying to reproduce any movement, not ever having seen it. Jake has taught the steps he has learned in your you tube videos to his classmates at Perkins School for the Blind, being given that opportunity by his amazing phys ed teachers. Now there are many other blind students who are picking up on your lessons and staying fit with smiles on their faces. Thank you, Jenny Ford.
Hi Janet, wow! This absolutely brightened my day! Thank you so very much for taking the time to post, and tell my about your grandson, as well as other students. I was so deeply touched by his mom spotting him so he can do my step workout. I would absolutely love to feature your grandson on my site, but understand with him being a minor it may not be something you'd be comfortable with. I only wish I lived closer so I could meet him! We are slowly making our way to film workouts in every state in the USA. Maybe when we get to Massachusetts someday, we could meet. Is there anything else I could do as far as creating another workout for children such as your grandson that would make it even more easier for them? Maybe a little slower tempo for the music? This is just so wonderful to me! I'm happy to help if you think there's anything more I could do. Please tell him hello, and give him a hug for me, and tell him to keep on moving, I'm so proud of him! I think he's just fantastic!!! (He obviously comes from an amazing family!)
You know, I never thought about blind people having difficulty with certain exercises since they can't see them modeled. How challenging that must be. It's so great that these videos have helped your grandson and others. Hope it's still going well!
What an amazing story. Thank you for sharing. My dad was tragically blinded at 80. He is totally blind and continued to hit golf balls at the driving range under the supervision of an instructor. So I am always interested in hearing about blind people’s experiences. My dad is now 92. The best to you and your grandson.
Wow I didn't realise how truly unfit I am! Two stops for water and final stop at 22 mins. I am determined to do this every morning. Looking at all the comments here really inspires me! 57 years old this year and ready to be a better me 😎
Thanks for posting this. I looked at the video and thought "no way I can do 30 minutes" then I read your post and realized I didn't have to. I only accomplished 10 minutes. Tomorrow I will go for 12.....
This 30 minute workout took me about 40 minutes today because I had to pause and catch my breath. The moves are so simple, but they maximize your workout. I was huffing and puffing. I'm going to break this workout in twos. 1st 15 minutes one day and the last 15 minutes another day.
since the outbreak I've been working out at home and I tell you I got a better workout than going to those classes at the gym. I saved this as a daily workout,
I like how she talks to you all the way through it. very nurturing. I only did 10 min but I'll let you know when I do the entire video time. update: 16min down and counting... of course I had few breaks in between but im getting there u Update 2: I finally finish the entire video with only 2 one minute breaks. Yeah me.
Thanks for this video. I'm a biiig girl but managed the full 30 mins every day for a week and lost 9lbs! Wish I had saw this video before buying my crosstrainer!
This is a very good beginner step workout. The beat is perfect at 126 bpm, unlike alot of beginner step videos that start at 130 bpm. You need time to think about the transitions and Jenny does a great job explaining how to do it. You get a great cardio workout while toning major muscle groups.
Thank you for this easy to follow workout. I could only do 14 minutes this time, but am still proud to have been able to continue for as long as I have. Especially considering that I could barely walk 2 years ago due to chronic pain in my pelvic area. Little by little I have built up my muscles to walk again, so now I'm taking it to the next level; working out again.
This is truly a beginners workout, unlike some other "beginners" routines that confuse the heck out of me with the turns and fancy footwork. Thank you so much. This is what I have been looking for. I subscribed with hopes of progressing to your intermediate workouts.
I’ve been doing this every morning for almost a month. I’ve only lost 6 lbs but I can feel the results. Thank you 😊 your work out gives me a reason to start my day
I am 16 and very over weight for my age. I love how you're not too nice but not too tough either your encouragment is just perfect for me. I will probs not make the full 30 mins on my first try. But I will do my very best that I can
Gained quite a bit of weight during quarantine from depression and just being inside all the time, finally bought an aerobics bench and this video worked so well! I had to stop at 20min though, will do it everyday and hopefully get back to my old weight!
This is exactly what I need to get thinner and more fit. And you're a very kind teacher. I can't do the whole video, I'm 56 and quite out of shape but I'll be back tomorrow ! xx
I am severly obese. And although i couldn’t move as fast as her, i am so happy that i moved as quickly as i could and didn’t pause or stop once!!! I will be doing this daily, as i want to live!!! ❤
My stepper just arrived.... YAY!!! I have been searching for Beginner Step Aerobic videos! I have tried a couple.... THIS ONE BY JENNY FORD IS DEFINITELY THE BEST TO ME!!!! I AM SLOWLY LEARNING THE BASIC MOVES AND WORKING UP A SWEAT EACH DAY!!!!! I'm Super Excited... Thank You Jenny!!! I will progress to Basic 2 on next week! Wish me luck.......
Such an excellent video for beginners. I loved going to step classes many years ago, so I bought myself a step and thanks to this video I'm ready to start again ,age 71 !!!!!! I did struggle to complete the session without any breaks, but that's the joy of doing it in the kitchen with no one watching, great stuff, thanks Jenny.
This is what I was looking for! I tried other step workouts, I couldn’t keep up with all the step changes. This video stays on a simple step long enough for me to get it down. I was sweating and working hard! Saved to my workouts!!
My son bought this for under his standup desk and it’s perfect! He’s very happy with it. We did have to contact customer service and they responded immediately and were absolutely amazing!
Jenny I finished this all the way today 5.3.13, I was dragging a little towards the end but did it! Im drenched.it was a bit easier today.I will do this daily as my cardio portion after my weights, followed by pilates.Thank you again for posting these,
With all of the covid lockdowns, in-person class cancellations, and now with the surges, over the last 22 months I have been moving with you. Your step classes are A W E S O M E!! Who knows why I haven't searched TH-cam earlier. Love it love it love it!
I see here that mostly women are commenting, but this workout is spectacular for men as well. Up up down down. You are great Jenny. Enjoyed so much. Thank You.
5.20.13 started out 2 steps 18 min in paused and reduced to 1 step.Im feeling it Jenny. So I weighrd and measured since 5.13.13 im down 8lbs and 1/2 to 1 inch in my body parts I missed mon and tues but have been consistant with this one basic and my chalene johnson turbofire and bosu and gal of water and clean meals 5 times daily.Ok so cant wait to report 6.13.13.Thanks Jenny
Haven’t done step in 30 years. Decided to buy one during the lockdown and after finding you on TH-cam, I’m hooked again.....30 years older and very unfit, but after a couple of weeks I’m up to 25 minutes beginners ....thank you so much, just right for me 👍🏻x
I used to do a lot of step aerobics in the 90s and loved it. I’m trying again now (heading towards 60😳). Wow that made me sweat. Just had a couple of marching it out breaks but my goal is to finish it without the march out
I had never heard of Jenny Ford before today but what a first impression. The moves were simple, but boy did it kick my butt (in a good way)!! Great workout will definitely be back for more!!
I started a bench aerobics class when I moved to Georgia in 2010. I had never heard of it before then. I had injured my back working as a Union Welder and had to have two back surgeries. After my surgeries I was able to get up and walk, between walking and bench aerobics I lost the 120 lbs I had gained after I became bed ridden from my injuries and chronic back pain. I purchased the equipment and am now doing these videos at home. I agree Jenny you are a wonderful instructor and I enjoy these thoroughly. I feel so much better and am eternally grateful for your giving me my life back. I am introducing some friends to this as well. God Bless you.
During December I did this 3 times a week. The first 2 weeks were difficult and I had to stop 2 to 3 times per session. For the last 2 weeks of the month I was able to get through the entire session without stopping. My plan for January is to do this 4 times a week as I feel my body couldn't handle anymore. I love that it gets me sweating (not buckets but enough) and my heart rate up. I get a good endorphin high after and makes me feel good for the rest of the day. Trying to first get the covid- weight off and then work on the extra weight that I had prior to march lockdown back in 2019. Love her enthusiasm and how she talks you through and motivates you throughout the video. Keep it up Jenny ❤️☺️ thank you for getting me up and moving
Je vous decouvre aujourd'hui.J ai 69 ans .J'ai fait du step il y a 2 ans.C est vraiment ce dont j 'avais besoin pour redémarrer.Merci pour votre bienveillance.
I forgot how intense step workouts were. My gym is closed for a few weeks and absolutely had to get some exercise in. This did the job and I love that it’s a full 30 mins. I feel like I accomplished something today! Thank you Jenny!
Hi Jenny! Long time stepper here and have been following you for a couple of years now. Had open heart surgery in April amid Covid and am doing GREAT! Today I did this beginner step aerobic workout just on the floor and it's an awesome workout for a 59 year old cardiac patient (paid close attention to my heartrate on my apple watch:)). Thanks so much for keeping us all sane during chaos.
Amazing workout. I worked through the entire 30min. I'm 7mths pregnant. I'm overweight and I'm glad I pushed through. I have so much energy. Totally going to keep up with this.
I found Jenny and Keto Diet with intermittent fasting! It's great 👍. Dr. Eric Berg videos will help. Today was first day on bench. I like her marching with moves videos. I'm 62, down 40lbs. We can do it!!
Unlike many other beginner instruction DVD's etc. the camera always shows the whole body, other makers of such videos take note!!, so the people at the learning end can see what they are supposed to be following. This is by far the best "beginners" video. THANKS !!!
Got a step for bday. Starting at beginner this week. First Jenny workout and it was perfect. Been exercising for years but it's amazing how just stepping up and down a few inches really amps up the intensity. I love how she's teaching me all the moves at a decent pace.
Wow! Just bought a step yesterday as I have never done step aerobics before.. I at first out the risers on too high so 10 mins in my legs were on fire.. So I took them down and much better. Great workout! Adds something adding the step wow! Thank you!

This is absolutely a great workout for new beginners for step! I've been of fan of Jenny ever since I joined youtube and wished I had started out with this video, but I still kept practicing with her videos till I got them. Don't give up because it is so rewarding and fun once you accomplish the steps. Thank you Jenny for the different level of workouts! Keep them coming. Please!!!
Meilleur cours pour les débutants avec explication et attention sur le rythme cardiaque. Avec les autre j'en peux plus au bout de 5 min mais là j'ai fait les 30min sans problème. Merci Jenny Ford ! 🎉👏
Thank you for helping me get back into stepping. Cues were easy to follow. I perspired a lot which really made me feel like I accomplished my goal. Looking forward to more.
Salina Miller I think you’d really enjoy our Step Across America Program found on our new TH-cam channel here: th-cam.com/play/PLUs3isqhsCMQhP3n88ajMjgwTr2uR0w8p.html&feature=share (I’d be so grateful if you’d subscribe!)
@@JennyFordFitness Yes! I enjoyed stepping to the North Dakota at Mount Rushmore! Crazy Horse and rain. Okay so I am now interested in a step. Also one other question in reference to the step, the inches and stepping intermediate vs. beginner how do I know which inch to step to ? I absolutely ❤ your step routine. 30m in the evening stepping to your workouts truly help me spiritually physically and mentally. In my back yard in a cement step right outside of my back door!! Truly worth it.
Ive been doing this workout every day and will keep doing it until its easy! I used to get tired at 10 mins, then 15 mins now I only get tired at 20 minutes! yessss gurlllll!
Hi Jenny. I've never 'stepped' before. I'm a full time dad, looking for a good workout while my 2yo naps. My cardio of choice is running, but I can't really go for a run while my boy naps though, so my physio suggested step aerobics. Got a step 2 days ago. Found your video and gave it a try. My running heart rate is usually 160-170bpm. "No way is this routine going to get my heart up there", I thought. Oh wow was I wrong. HR got up to 157! I really felt like this was a quality 30 minutes for my fitness. Thank you for posting this video. I really enjoyed the workout. I will be doing this tomorrow. And the day after. And the day after. And ... Cheers :)
Scott Mordecai thank you for sharing your experience! I’m so happy you gave Step a try, and ended up enjoying it. Here’s a link to a few other step workouts you might like: th-cam.com/play/PLKqmyEQUnlMazPmLo9BZkLDwfphXI3ElR.html - please let me know if you ever have any other questions or concerns. Jenny Ford give you every step class +++ you need. Just got out of a sick bed and began again with a beginners class sweating just at good at her 58 min class. Any one of her classes get you worked out in a safe way. Thank you Jenny Ford. Sara Rogers
first time doing it and I only completed 15 mins. My legs were like jelly. I'll come back tomorrow and try for 20mins. I have to work on my strength since I had knee surgery 2 months ago. I totally loved This video. Thank you Jenny
WOW!! Haven't done Step Aerobics in 15 yrs. A little uncoordinated, but made it through the 30 minute workout! And at 60 yrs old, I feel GREAT!! Thank you Jenny Ford!! I'll keep it up!!
Great workout and perfect for beginners .. I used to do the step workout a long while back, and I need to go back to do it to keep fit... Thank you Jenny..
7.8.13 completed your basic step today and fully glistening! ! IM DOWN 24LBS SINCE 5.15.13 WITH CLEAN EATS N EXERCISE.WHOO HOO! Will keep you posted :)
Jenny, bought my first stepper a couple of weeks ago. Now that I'm a little familiar with the different steps, I worked out with you today. (Originally when I saw this post I thought... "there's no way I can keep up with her.") But today it was a different story, thankfully. This workout was a lot of fun and the side leg kicks a bit challenging but good for me! My average bpm was 122 and I'm 72. So, I'm pleased with the results. Your voice is enjoyable to listen to and your upbeat personality is delightful! Just looked and saw you have a May, 2021, step aerobics posted! I'm so excited to see you are still doing the stepper and here for me/us! In your 2021 post, you look TERRIFIC girl... strong, and very fit! I wish you were my next door neighbor! You seem like a great girl to know! Look forward to working out with you a whole lot more!
So I downloaded this, burned it to a dvd, and did this today! I started to "glissen", right when we started to travel! Heart rate up though even before that! Thanks for the simple choreography! Sometimes I did get confused on v-step, or knee-up, but I liked how you called it lift up, so, all good! Thanks again!
I just bought my bench today 😊 I've never done a bench workout before but found your videos online and I'm so glad! I'm SO pumped to start!! Your video's are so informative and seem so easy to follow! Love your encouragements along the way too!!
I'm 66 years old. Used to work out 5 days a week, but have slacked off in the last 4 months. Finally getting back into working out, thanks to this Jenny Ford step workout. I was amazed how hard it was for a beginner workout. Guess I'm more out of shape than I thought I was. Thanks so much for the encouraging workout. I'm trying to do this workout 3 times a week.
Just now tried it and lasted maybe 6 minutes. Will do this every morning and evening. I’m 72 and have been having trouble getting up if I squat down. Got a lot of work to do but this is fun.
I'm like Amy one of the other commenters... I'm was worn out in about 15 minutes but will come back tomorrow.... I'm just purely out of shape since recovery from a foot injury "morton's neuroma". I still have problems with it but hoping I can last. I use to be a runner for about 2 years but after the foot injury...nothing. I hope this helps with my balance and improve my stability too... :)
Hi Jenny. I'm a 68 year old woman and haven't done step for years, but recently got back into exercise and do several types during my daily hour of exercise. I happened upon your videos and realized just how much I used to love step!! I first practiced on the floor and then bought a full studio size step, that arrived today. Thanks for all of your videos. I especially like those that have the timers onscreen. I just feel it keeps me focused on finishing so I can get to the 100% mark. There are certain steps that I still find awkward (like the leg back arms forward) but I just substitute those. Perhaps at some point I'll be more comfortable with them. Thanks again!
Hi Imene, be sure to first check with your doctor to see if it is safe for you to workout that much. If you're just starting, give your body time to build up endurance and strength. But this workout is 30 min. and it is recommended to get in at least 3 sessions of cardio per week that last from 30-60 min. Hope that helps.
I like that you understand that too much choreography can cause irritation during aerobic exercise. It will cause anger with me so I appreciate that I finally found someone to step with. Thank you. I also really like your longer video with weights and stretching incorporated.
I absolutely love this program..im 67 and a beginner stepper.. im enjoying the workout beyond words..i will someday reach the advanced stage with determination and persistence..thank you
Hi fabulous lady, it's Serendipity, another great workout, simple but oh so challenging in the fitness department, had my heart rate pumbing, and boy was I sweating. Now off to Zion for the last 30mins of my first hour with you..my personal trainerf, thank you a million times over.
Not having enough space to whirl around my lounge, I've been doing basic steps but needed more and this did just that. Great workout, thank you, roll on tomorrow 🙌👏
Hi. I’m almost 52. Diagnosed diabetic in the summer. I have lost 2 stone by not eating rubbish. I am 10 pounds off my perfect BMI now. My daughter bought me a Reebok step for Christmas. I did your workout this morning. Most of the time just doing basic steps with my hands on my hips but I hit 20 mins. I use this to control my blood sugar; it goes down quickly after exercise. I used to do this on my lower stair. Thanks for this. Xxxxx.
Love it. Surprised myself by lasting the whole vid, and I found a workout out video that doesn't mention weight loss once. Off to do yoga for a couple days try and stretch my legs out for those kicks.
Just did this tonight. I had to take 3 water breaks, it really gets your heart going. I love step and wished it made a real resurgence because its such a great workout and helps with coordination.
Hey - hi Jenny. I've been using your step workout during lockdown. I'm sweating with you but getting fitter. Thank you for your calm, gentle approach - can't bear these shouty types. Thank you for being here. Ellen
I did 17 minutes. It's my first day doing your step. I'm using stairs inside my house because of the Lockdown. Your program is nice and clear. I'll gradually finish the whole class. My fitness level is quite high, but I had already done about 35 minutes other exercises before seeing yours. I loved it. Thank you.
This workout is easy on my arthritic joints. The straightforward moves make it easy to keep up with. And just when I think I cannot get through you push me. Thank you Jenny.
That was great. I tried two other step videos before this from different people and they were way too advanced. This helped me learn but also got a great work out. Thanks!
Oh man! My chiro recommended that I get a step and start using it because women "of my age" need to get the calcium into those bones. I got a step and loved it right away, BUT, I just couldn't get the hang of the beginner work out I was doing. I don't know if it was a strength or coordination problem. Within a couple of days I found myself putting off my workout. I really didn't understand why, until I decided to try this Jenny Ford work out. I felt successful all the way through. It was so good! Now I know I was putting off working out because I was worrying too much about being successful. With Jenny, I could concentrate on the workout, not trying to get it right. I am successful from the start! What a difference in attitude. I'm already looking forward to tomorrow. Thank you Jenny Ford!

@Mary Frances I have been doing it on 0.75 speed and that helps. My quarantine goal is do the entire video at normal speed haha
Excellent instruction! Finally an instructor who understands the concept of “mirror imaging” her participants.😊

Jenny Ford's channel is an oasis in the youtube fitness world. Thank you Jenny!
I see here that mostly women are commenting, but this workout is spectacular for men as well. Up up down down. You are great Jenny. Enjoyed so much. Thank You.
Finally an uncomplicated step workout that I can use when my brain is shut off but I need to sweat. Thank you very much!
I hate workouts where you feel like you are learning dance moves. This is beginner friendly and also a challenge.
I still exercise to this one. I find it is great to get the heart rate up and brings on the sweat. My favorite one.
Just had a couple of marching it out breaks but my goal is to finish it without the march out
15 min first time in a long time! wow! thank you. will start to build up to where I was before and even more!
I had never heard of Jenny Ford before today but what a first impression. The moves were simple, but boy did it kick my butt (in a good way)!! Great workout will definitely be back for more!!
That's so fantastic swthrt83! I'm so glad you got such a great step workout. Nice work! And thanks for the kind words!
This is exactly what I was looking for. They don't have step classes where I live so I'm doing it on my own. It's much more fun with you.
Great exercise. Haven't done steps for decades. Did this without one initially, then bought one for the real experience. Love it. Thank you. Sally
Jenny, I am 67 and this easy to follow step aerobic video gets me up and moving!! I love it and you
wow that's what I need to burn off this weight. but know that I'm 400 pounds and I will have to take this slowly. I wont give up though
Wow! That's fantastic Kimberly! I wish you all the success in your fitness journey. Write me anytime! I'd love to hear how you're doing, anytime!
Kimberly Cooper that's awesome. You keep going. Don't get discouraged. God bless you.
I found Jenny and Keto Diet with intermittent fasting! It's great 👍. Dr. Eric Berg videos will help. Today was first day on bench. I like her marching with moves videos. I'm 62, down 40lbs. We can do it!!
Wow! So commendable Kimberly!
its been 2 years , how did you do? I hope it went well for you! :)
Thanks Erica, I have many more beginner workouts on www.Freedom.fit It is amazing was a few inches will do.
Wow! Just bought a step yesterday as I have never done step aerobics before.. I at first out the risers on too high so 10 mins in my legs were on fire.. So I took them down and much better. Great workout! Adds something adding the step wow! Thank you!
This saved my life today. God I’m so glad I did this workout. I feel so much better

Thank you! I'm quarantined right now practicing social distancing and I used my step in my backyard to work out! I finally feel whole again thank you!

Tam D. I love this. Keep up the good work.
Right on!!
Not did a step exercise in years. Glad to find a True Beginners video.
Will keep doing until I can complete it in it's entirety 🙂.
All the best to you!
Scott Mordecai I used to be a runner and switched to.step many years ago. You will be plenty challenged! :)
My legs were like jelly too..and sore the next day..need to build my resistance
WOW!! Haven't done Step Aerobics in 15 yrs. A little uncoordinated, but made it through the 30 minute workout! And at 60 yrs old, I feel GREAT!! Thank you Jenny Ford!! I'll keep it up!!
Wow! That's fantastic Kaylyn! Great work! 👏😃
Great workout and perfect for beginners .. I used to do the step workout a long while back, and I need to go back to do it to keep fit... Thank you Jenny..
Thanks for giving me the confidence that I can do this!!!
Perfect! My favorite part is when you say "Whoo!"
Love this workout!
Mine too
Just restarted after years of being dormant and I gotta say I like her workout for beginning again.
My first step workout after injury. It was a horse I had to get back on. Thanks for posting.

Finally a beginner Aerobic Basic step!
Did step aerobics in the 90s.
Got back into it this week and I'm glad I found you Miss Jenny Ford😊
Was only able to work up to 17 minutes. Sweating, will work up to the full 30! Great workout Thank you.......
Who’s doing this in 2020? Such a great beginner workout! There are some workouts out there that go way too fast! 😍
Just decide to get my act together, bought a step, and discovered Jenny Ford and this beginner class. Brilliant. Thank you…
Omg this was so hard for me. But I love the challenge and the sweat! I hope to build my endurance up. Loved the easy to follow step moves.
That's fantastic! Thanks Diana for your comments! =)
Watching now so I can start in the morning...I am excited and hopeful!
Today is day one and I had to stop at 16 mins. But I will be doing this again tomorrow and the day after.
+A Mosby I hope so too! Wishing you all the best on your road back to recovery!
I am so excited to follow your step routines and get in shape after having 2 kids. you are such a great motivator thank you!! :)
Ashlie B. Way to go! Good for you! So happy for you.
Oh wow I totally underestimated the step workout! I did my first ever one today and I only just made it to the end. 😃
This is an excellent workout for seniors. You can slow up when necessary but it by far the best step workout I have found
I especcially made a board for my mom so she could train with jenny ford!
BCoolCatGames
Well tell your mami she raised an excellent human being! Way to go.
😄😄😄
Katy Bennett nice work! 💪 Thank you for your comments. 😃
Just did this tonight. I had to take 3 water breaks, it really gets your heart going. I love step and wished it made a real resurgence because its such a great workout and helps with coordination.
Great step aerobic workout! I'm sweating! Love it!
Thanks Kim! 😃
Hey - hi Jenny. I've been using your step workout during lockdown. I'm sweating with you but getting fitter. Thank you for your calm, gentle approach - can't bear these shouty types. Thank you for being here. Ellen
Thank you Jenny, your step aerobic workouts always satisfy my sweating needs 😍😅💪👏💐💝
+Wishful wish haha, no problem! =)
I did 17 minutes. It's my first day doing your step. I'm using stairs inside my house because of the Lockdown. Your program is nice and clear. I'll gradually finish the whole class. My fitness level is quite high, but I had already done about 35 minutes other exercises before seeing yours. I loved it. Thank you.
I'm doing this without steps to start! This workout is super fun!
Vintage Peach that's a better idea, till I get enough off to do the steps. I'm sorry I tried but it's a lot on me for a 396 pound woman.

This workout is easy on my arthritic joints. The straightforward moves make it easy to keep up with. And just when I think I cannot get through you push me. Thank you Jenny.
Thanks Patricia! I'm so glad you enjoyed it! 😊
This is just great! with in 5 minutes started to sweat.. what an amazing cardio workout.. too good not so tiring ha ha.. Thank you Jenny.
Wonderful work Vishya! 😃 Glad you enjoyed it!
That was great. I tried two other step videos before this from different people and they were way too advanced. This helped me learn but also got a great work out. Thanks!
Only 6 minutes today, Ill be back for the other 24 tomorrow!!
I came back..and I did the whole 30..
