this one of my downloads .it works ..makes you sweat .also the outside of Jennys house live on replay is a good alternating day one to do . you sweat on that one as well .with Jennys workouts you actaully lose weight , tone , and feel less low mood during this lockdown .im 68 years young dropped two dress sizes doing Jennys workouts .

I Love this workout. It is great for rainy days I cant go outside or if it is to hot in the florida sun. I been doing one of your videos once a day and I have to say it really helps. It tones your legs up. I actually have lost 15lbs and started to jog with you, this is the first time in a long time I have been able to run. I also have noticed my arms slimming and toning up. I hope you keep making the easier ones like this one. You are saving lives even if you do not know it :) I just wanted to post and say ty!
I quit FB in 2020. I finally found you again here on TH-cam. A lot has happened since 2020. I tore my tendon in my ankle so had to stop my favorite exercise-step aerobics. I loved your step videos. It really took nearly 3 years to where I feel like there was no strain in my ankle. In May of 2021, I lost around 30lbs by cutting out sugar and bread from my diet. However since Christmas 2023, I indulged back to sugar and bread and have nearly gained my weight back - not all. I’m now 62, and found your videos once again and started with your Beginner Marching. Baby steps. I don’t want to re-injure my ankle. Looking forward to building myself back up - with you!😊 You really are the best instructor for me. Thank You.
Praise God! I did all of the moves with a relaxed feeling. I would be tense sometimes, but not this day. I even held in my stomach muscles better. Thanks for sharing your videos.
As I said the other day! I LOVE the few MARCHING VIDEOS you have. I also use your step workouts.. but I LOVE THESE. I've done every Leslie Sansone video you can think of since I was 16.. now 29. These are faster pace.. higher energy and have me sweating like crazy!

This was one of the first exercises I did together with Jenny a couple of years ago. I remember it pretty well. After a while I switched to the stepping exercises, which became my favourites. However, Marching and Cardio Intervals are good for a change from time to time. Thank you Jenny! 😊💗

Today I only did it one time bc I hurt my foot on right. But I enjoy this workout. I will be sticking with this 4 some time I thanked the l9rd for bringing this too. I know i probably never go back to size 3. But at least my body is getting some type of movement during the pandemic will pick it up tomorrow and Friday. Thursdays I go to work only one day for right now. Saturdays I do my power where I walk all way to my job n downtown la. And that probably a lot walking I say maybe 30 blocks. So I am trying not easy. Especially this type of work the leg hopes r hard for to pick up. But I try to do. Thanks for the workout again.

I just found these recently and really enjoy the marching workouts. It's great with small space and no equipment, and I really like your attitude and the simple approach to working out. I've only found a couple of other instructors with marching workouts, and they just don't seem to gel with me - I'm sure it's just personality but I've watched you twice a day mostly for about 6 weeks so far, and you still motivate me to get up and exercise.
Just found your channel and did this workout this morning. Thank you for putting these online. I really enjoyed it and will keep coming back. It was a good workout in the comfort of my air conditioned home. I have a lot of weight to lose and today is Day 1! I'll definitely be back.
I love these kind of workouts because I have had several foot surgeries and have osteoarthritis. This keeps me moving at a good pace without making me figure out how to adjust it, yet at the end, I know I've had a great workout! Thanks, Jenny!
Jenny, I have a 20 mo old - hard to find time and place to work out. I enjoyed a step workout video of yours a while back but just getting the step out to use seemed like a deterrent ... no props makes it so much more feasible. Love the simplicity of this. I just need something to get my heart rate up 30 min a day! Looking forward to using this marching workout tool more! PLUS ... I enjoyed the setting in a small space with window view of city, makes it more realistic and shows that I can do this in limited space ... and I REALLY appreciate the music - hard to work out a gym because of too many lyrics I don't want to listen to! Hi Jenny! I love, love, love walking workouts and this is now one of my favorites. I injured my neck over a year ago and can't do many high impact moves. This is nice and basic with the higher intervals to make it more challenging. The good music helps so much! I hope you make more soon! Cheers!

It is quite difficult to predict how much you can lose, but, doing it consistently will definitely help you in your health, making your heart stronger, and increasing your endurance. It is so important to couple a healthy diet with exercise. I have found in people I work with, good diet and exercise get the best results. Thanks!
I did this workout 2 times today I repated the video. Especially during this pandemic trying to keep body together and my mind on God. Not best with working out but I am trying I am 36 and my body has changed so much throughout the yrs has normal we are young and we get older and our bodies changes. So I am trying this wk I will be focusing more this certain video right. Thank you may you all be safe during the pandemic.

I’m 52 y.o. Weight 158. Hight 156 and some health issues. But yours result depend of your physical body level, the intensity you put on the routine and how often you practice, and your health conditions. If I did the same routine today, I’ve got different result. I wish I helped you!
Do you know what the exercise is called when you pump your arms hard as possible as if sprinting, while marching in place fast, but trying to stay on the ground? Seems like a fantastic arm focused low impact aerobic exercise but I can't figure out if it has a name.

It is quite difficult to predict how much you can lose, but, doing it consistently will definitely help you in your health, making your heart stronger, and increasing your endurance. It is so important to couple a healthy diet with exercise. I have found in people I work with, good diet and exercise get the best results. Thanks!

I did this workout 2 times today I repated the video. Especially during this pandemic trying to keep body together and my mind on God. Not best with working out but I am trying I am 36 and my body has changed so much throughout the yrs has normal we are young and we get older and our bodies changes. So I am trying this wk I will be focusing more this certain video right. Thank you may you all be safe during the pandemic.

I’m 52 y.o. Weight 158. Hight 156 and some health issues.
But yours result depend of your physical body level, the intensity you put on the routine and how often you practice, and your health conditions. If I did the same routine today, I’ve got different result. I wish I helped you!
May i ask what fitness tracker did you use and did you do all gentle hogs and hops?
Do you know what the exercise is called when you pump your arms hard as possible as if sprinting, while marching in place fast, but trying to stay on the ground?
Seems like a fantastic arm focused low impact aerobic exercise but I can't figure out if it has a name.
