I can just say I have lost 15kg form doing your step work out and healthy eating and I feel amazing! my legs have never looked so good. Love the time saver series, with a 3 year old and a baby I find I can fit in a workout when the kids are asleep and still have so mummy time. Also love the vertical step can feel the burn in those legs. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE KEEP THEM COMING :-)

I haven't got a vertical step and so haven't done this work out before, so decided to use my usual step, with 2 risers. This is one of your HARDEST work outs! Not in terms of moves, but doing the half L step and going over the top, with a pop and on 2 risers - MAAAAN, did I sweat!! I loved it though! I'm going to try it again when I'm not so pooped after a day at work and see how many calories I can shift! x

OMGoodness Jenny. I did this one yesterday. I used a regular placed step. It worked well. Doing the "V" Steps on the floor in reverse mode! Awesome. Loving these short Step videos. FUn!

For just a short workout, this one left me breathing pretty heavy and a sweaty mess! Does the vertical step really make that much of a difference? Wow!! Followed this one with some upper body work! Feeling good!
It's good for beginners, but because of the description I thought it was going to be challenging (I'm an intermediate stepper) but it was too easy. I would definitely include the word 'beginner' to the description.
Hey Jenny! I'm baaaack! Lol I haven't done a step workout in ages because we got a puppy. Yes I'm walking A LOT more now but I still managed to gain some weight back.. My puppy takes up a ton of my time so these shorter workouts are great! Will keep trying to find the time for me! :)
