    I started this video 1.5 yrs ago. I must be responsible for at least 500 views. When I started I could only get to 33% of the video. Today I'm still doing this video, down 64lbs; 19 to go to get to where I want to be.

    Jenny, my name is Chrissie and I am so please to meet you! It must be 35 years since I did step aerobics, but with this lockdown, I'm crawling up the walls because I can't get out to walk, which I love doing and missing dreadfully. What else can I do? I thought. Then I thought, have I still got my step box? Sure enough there it was in the loft! What's more, I've STILL got my trainers, leotard and leggings from the good old days and, yes, at 70 years old I can still get in them! Found you on You Tube and I'm away - did my first workout with you today and so enjoyed it. As from tomorrow it's going to be the first I do each morning. Thanks so much Jenny, you've saved my life - see you tomorrow, can't wait! :) xxx

    I'm so glad I found your step workouts! I used to love step aerobics years ago. Since having two kids, I have continued to put on weight due to lack of healthy eating and exercise. I'm going to enjoy doing step aerobics again with your videos. Wish me luck!

    Horay, unlike other beginner workouts that are way too fast, this is doable.It pushes you and gets your heart going, but doesnt make you having to stop!

    I use your beginner step aerobic videos for a modified Physical Education class. I appreciate that the directionality you use is geared toward the audience and not the instructor; I find this very helpful for my students. The countdowns are helpful for the students to know when they will be transitioning to a new exercise. The first time I tried this activity in class, I was pleasantly surprised to see that all the students, regardless of ability level were moving. Some of the students know you by name and I have heard one say "oh good, I love Jenny Ford". Thank you so much for sharing your videos.

    oh my bench is low to the ground too. It is homemade by my wonderful husband ! I live in the fourth floor, so it is better to use a lower step : not so much noise for the neighbours ! I will try this today, Jenny ! Thank you ♥ A day with a heart pumping step workout is a really good day !

    I just finished the basic beginner step aerobics for my third week. I have been changing from the beginner without the step then with the step one each day. I really love these work outs. I have irreversible spine damage so I have to be careful, but I can manage these so far. Thank You Jenny!

    Thank you! I just bought a step to use during Lockdown because I had remembered how much I enjoyed it 20 years ago. (I'm still walking around the local park and doing short bike rides, but I needed something more energetic.) I only managed 15 minutes of another of your Beginner videos yesterday, but managed the whole of this one, even after a 5 mile cycle ride this morning and cycling home with panniers loaded full of shopping, including a 5 kg bag of potatoes.

    Thanks for your video! I used to do step aerobics when it first came out in 1989. I was in the Army in Korea, and it was a class offered in the fitness center in the evening (NOT part of Army PT!). I loved it then and now as a "mature" woman, I can still get a great workout without high impact or scary dance moves. I know your videos will really help me attain my fitness goals for the new year.     I used to step years ago and have been wanting to get back into it. I don't have a step yet and this is something that I can do until I can get my step. It's something that I can do with ease and can't wait to get started with!!!! I'm loving the percentage meter!! What a great idea. I wanted to do Zumba but with my arthritis in my shoulder I think it might be to much for me at this time. You're just what I'm looking for. I'll let you know how I do tomorrow. Between and the walking I already and doing I'm really excited!!

    Hi Jenny, I taught step in the UK in the 90,s reluctantly giving it up about 7 years ago...due to the trend for danced based workouts .... however after a few students requested its return I decided to give it ago, I so enjoy teaching it again I am on week 5, I feel like I am on a one woman mission in Coventry UK to get people stepping again.. I am beginning to get people who I have not taught in years booking once they have heard that step is back.

    I just purchased a step and was having difficulty learning with other videos. Thank you for this video I feel I am getting the hang of it. I am a fairly fit person but have always lacked coordination when it comes to step classes!

      So happy you have found me. Step is such a unique format. Success most of the time boils down to the instructor and not the participant. Find instructors you like and stick with them. My Step Across America series is something you might like as well. Iight versions of the workout are on TH-cam. or your can purchase the full versions on www.freedom.fit

    I would love to see a bit slower paced video geared towards us older folks getting back into working out. I'm not as coordinated as I used to be and I don't move as quickly either. I have found your video to be the easiest one so far for me to start with :)

    I really enjoyed this because I'm a beginner and it was perfect I felt the burn but wasn't so tired that I didn't want to do it again 😁
    however if maybe you can some how have the name of each move pop up when ur about to do it so that once I get the basic idea I can still follow the work out but with my own music. yet like I said definitely enjoyed this work out thanks
