RESET instructions: By rotating the washer knob to position 4 and press and hold the START/ PAUSE button. The indicator will flash during this process. Release the start/pause button after 3 seconds. Press and hold the start/pause button and fabric softener button while rotating the knob to position tn 6 to exit diagnostic. After I wash the clothes the Status bar goes blank in the middle of the cycle with water and clothes still in the washing machine.

just bought this Washer and Dryer on May 17,2024.
Its weird it will go through wash,rise and spin cycle Next time I use it just goes through wash and clicks 3 or 4 times shuts off

I have a ge stackable , lid switch was cracked and broken, replaced . Still didn’t work noticed on control board burnt spots so I replaced the board. Now all the lights are blinking and nothing is happening. Can’t enter diagnostics mode. Any ideas?

A guy came to fix my washer and dryer. He Found lid out of adjustment he was able to reposition so lock will engage every time now. So the washer lid washer was not even.

That’s so new to have a spin problem.
Can you try putting something heavy on top of the washer lid to see if that helps it to go to spin.

My wire for the lid lock doesn't seem broken and it seems that my washer won't start at all I keep setting it on drain and spin and nothing works so what do I do my washer is filled with lots of water right now and clothes I don't know what to do

Might need a new lid sensor to let the controller know that the lid is shut and ready to progress.
