I normally always do yoga with Adrian but I have been out of commission for about a year and I found your videos a few months ago. They are just so perfect for where I am in my life. They allow me to bring movement into my life and not have it be such a big thing. I love how short they are because I have been trying to make yoga a daily habit and that totally makes it more appealing knowing I just have to do 5 minutes are that there is so much verity. I just love your channel

Butterfly pose (reclined) is one of my favs!
