      the twisting spine with left leg straight and right bent over left while back is flat. I had difficult this one but opposite side was easier for me. Needed that challenge.

      Hi, thank you for this sequence. I liked all the poses - just what I needed. Yes, supine twist was my favourite too - has become a favourite of mine in my yoga practices. Thank you for another great session! ☺️

    I normally always do yoga with Adrian but I have been out of commission for about a year and I found your videos a few months ago. They are just so perfect for where I am in my life. They allow me to bring movement into my life and not have it be such a big thing. I love how short they are because I have been trying to make yoga a daily habit and that totally makes it more appealing knowing I just have to do 5 minutes are that there is so much verity. I just love your channel

    I found your channel over the last year and I always feel like I can make the practice my own when I play your videos, thank you so much for that. For a lot of years I felt like I had to do yoga perfectly. You just have a way, tone, demeanor that has given me that encouragement. To just go my own way and do my own thang and do what my body is calling for so thank you! 💓
