- This is a 15 minute beginner friendly yoga you can do anytime and any day for deep relaxation and stress relief. This class is created with evenings in mind but can be done anytime of the day to help calm the body and mind.

I did this on my bed and now I’m waking up after 6 hours to see that I slept off during savasana. This was so relaxing, thank you

I am not typically someone who comments on videos but i feel as if i must. I am an Army wife and i have been incorporating journaling and yoga into my evening routine as i prepare for another move. I wont lie i was stressed when i first watched one of your videos. I cried when you told us to give ourselves thanks for showing up because i realized I hadn't been doing much for myself while my husband is away. As I was doing this I was wondering if this was enough, I'm always thinking "am I doing enough" and I had a stressful day with tedious work. I have insomnia and I can't barely sleep without thinking too much especially when i have problems and I just cry bc I can't sleep even if I want to, I started yesterday and girl even I have problems with my relationship I did sleep early and well without hassle😂❤

When you do a supine twist do you keep your whole back on the floor or just the upper?
Its not possible to keep the whole back as the hips are twisted. Just the upper back but if you feel thats too intense you can place a pillow under the same shoulder of the leg thats twister over.
