I lost 2.5 kgs!! Usually after such episodes, I gain weight like 4kgs.. I didn’t expect I would lose weight on a trip😂😂😂 I love this zero sugar thingy, eat as much as you want and lose weight!! You can eat fruits if totally healthy. But for diabetic or pre-diabetic, better to avoid or eat in moderation - mangoes, bananas and grapes. Consult doctor or a dietician for more info.

Do not follow this, my friend got heart attack after quitting sugar. I'm not saying that he is wrong as I'm not a dietician and nutritionist but what i know is that you have to consult someone before following this. Not everyone's body is same and we do not know how would it react for everyone.
