@luckypossible2481 dude, begining is tough. Weight loss is more of a mental game. I knew i was heavy and was with lack of resources, so i made the journey long run. For first year i only focused on eradicating junk and fast food and started moving more. By the end of first year i started counting my calories and learned how to be in deficit. Also, after 18 month from starting i started lifting weight, All this sumup to the weight loss.

Listening to Ryan F realised that its not about which pathy or feild of medicine its about the person who is representing it ,his depth about the subject ,willingness to share it honestly.. like be it what ayurveda has told about aahar(diet) or what modern age nutrition has to say .. being an ayurvedic practitioner I found out throughout the podcast almost all basics of diet are similar. Purusham purusham vikshyam says Ayurveda -Each person is unique and shld be treated accordingly and here we are into genetics ,how wonderful. Truely grateful for podcast.

"Hi Raj Shamani, I have a suggestion for you. Can you please summarize the key points of your podcasts at the end? Sometimes, the podcasts can be too long and difficult for an average person to understand. By summarizing, we can better comprehend what you have talked about, what we need to do and what we should avoid. This will help us understand what is going on and what our next steps should be. Overall, you're doing great and I appreciate your efforts."

So, stop making excuses and train and eat dude. Even I've got below average genetics, but I managed to get a decent physique. Because I ate the same damn thing for over a year every single day. And worked out like twice a day (Because I was an intern and I had a lot of time and testosterone).

I'm so grateful to be a part of your subscribers @raj Shamani. This is the best podcast i have ever watched with a nutritionist. I would like you to make a podcast on PCOS or PCOD specialists because this is a prevalent issue with females. There are so many myths and treatments but nothing works and we all want to understand why its number is rising day by day? I hope you will consider this comment. Thank you for making this remarkable content for us. Love From UK

Thank you for the great podcast. Here are a few suggestions for improvement:
    1. Formulate concise questions instead of lengthy ones.
    2. Avoid taking notes during podcasts; utilize the recorded content for note-taking later, if necessary.
    3. Establish a clear context for the topics to be covered and allocate time accordingly; consider a part 2 if needed.

Hi bro, since you have asked to suggest a topic for the podcast, I would suggest "Food Intolerance Testing" because there are so many different methods to check it e.g. through blood, DNA, RNA etc. and many doctors claim that food sensitivity testing is not a reliable test. The fundamental question is that which is the most reliable method to test for food sensitivities. Hiritik's trainer had mentioned in one podcast that one should get a test called VIOME to know what you should and should not consume.
