Hi. Great achievement. Totally agree about intermittent fasting and diet control. It works. At age 64, over a year I lost 17 kg and it certainly made me feel good.
Nice Transformation! I am also going through my own. Recently lost 22+ kg through Calorie deficit on Keto + 16:8 intermittent fasting. Started gaining again 2-3 kg only but then I put a stop to it and started OMAD. Now I am again loosing. I was like you, at my maximum I was 144+ kg and a few months ago when I started loosing weight I was 136.6 kg at start. The hardest part of weight loss is maintanence of the weight at a certain level. I have lost many kilos in the past many times. Sometimes 18 kg, sometimes 34 kg, sometimes 27 kg but always gained it back and some more. So this time I have decided that whenever I start eating excessively and see the next day that weight has increased I will do OMAD. Now I am 116.5 kg today and my aim is to reach 80 as well. I am slightly above 6 feet (185cm).

@@pankajdalal2529 well when you take one meal at a time, you're automatically signing for intermittent fasting, so taking whey protein at morning will break this cycle, which may slow down your desired result.. You can do one thing, break your dinner in two parts 6 pm and 8pm , take protein shake at 6 and rest of the dinner at 8 and in morning take warm water with lemon juice and black pepper, since it has 0 calories it will not break your intermittent fasting too

@okaymohit - thank you for this inspirational video bro, I tried intermittent fasting but was getting too much headache and weakness and fatigue . And I am a yoga teacher so I had to stop. Please do share a video of what all obstacles and side effects you had to overcome. 🙏👍
You can try Intermittent fasting with Keto diet. Using fat as energy source will not spike your insulin. First few days, may be a week can be a struggle but your body will get used to it. Plan what you’ll eat for the week before you start with some back up keto options - will help you from getting off track. I’m currently on keto OMAD since 3wks and it’s going good so far - before that was on 16-8 keto fasting for a month. I watch a lot of Dr Eric Bergs videos. I’ve been thinking of doing yoga but never joined classes - combining yoga with diet will be great I think ! 👍🏼
For headache , you can try some salt and water mixture during fasting period. It worked for me. I learn this trick from dr jason fung vedios about omad.
I can see that your videos are really similar to Dr Berg's. Not just the style but the content as well 😀 Seems like you took some heavy inspiration from him 🙌
i do 18:6 fasting but after cheat meal (which is mostly dinner but my fasting is from 1pm to 7am), ig so that my body gets confused and gives me bloating. how did you overcome this problem?
You're an inspiration for Me ❤️ I'm struggling with my weight since long. I'm gonna start omad from tomorrow InshaAllah. I hope it will give me the same results and suits my body as well..
Hey! Thanks for sharing your fasting and diet , we gain so much knowledge about diet , so please can you take about you workout plan or cardio training. Which helps you get in shape ✨
Brother Mohit, 1st of all 'I love you' You give me fuel for continueing my Fitness journey. I am also very strictly (Happily with no craving thought) following one diet schedule (But not one mill or Fasting type) But Currently I am focousing on healthier and cleaner foods. I am mentally preparing for one mill a day diet. I have some questions regarding this diet plan. 1. What will happen if I am unable to follow it for one/two days? 2. What will happen if I quit this after a while, is there will be any drastic disturbance that body will feel? 3. Due to fasting will I feel any weekness, soecially in my Work outs? 4. This one is out of this topic How much cardio you did in your journey?
Thank you for this structured comment. 1) fasting is a way of life and even if you don’t fast for a couple of days, nothing significant will happen to your body. Although you will notice that you feel much energetic when fasted and hence you might feel lethargic when you skip it for 2 days. 2) nothing will happen if you stop OMAD or fasting. 3) you might feel weakness initially but then your body starts producing ketones which fuel you further and hence your performance improves.
Nice video. I am sure you are very proud of yourself. An eye opener to young people. Don’t know how I as a mother put your video across to someone near to me. It’s hard not to hurt feelings as people who are overweight are teased and it affects them. Waiting for Lord to put sense so things can change. Thanks from California.

@@pankajdalal2529 well when you take one meal at a time, you're automatically signing for intermittent fasting, so taking whey protein at morning will break this cycle, which may slow down your desired result.. You can do one thing, break your dinner in two parts 6 pm and 8pm , take protein shake at 6 and rest of the dinner at 8 and in morning take warm water with lemon juice and black pepper, since it has 0 calories it will not break your intermittent fasting too
Have to say you explained it with an ease, just too calm and that's the best part!!! 🌸 keep shining!!!!!!
Brother I really loved your CALMNESS
U will definitely do good

Fantastic video. Congratulations on the weight loss. Inspirational :)
wow Mohit you are doing really great. The kind of influencer our youth needs.
Keep up the good work and keep awaring youngsters about building muscle. Our country needs it the most at this time, we have become country of skinny fats.
Bro i also lost 13 kg but after loosing 13 kg i again started eating unhealthy and now i again gained 3-4 kg back and i even stopped exercising but now i realised that it's a long term process and i will start again so do you think that this time will it be more hard to loose
It will be easier now cause you know what it takes
@@okaymohit thanks bro and your videos will make it more easier keep uploading love your videos ❤️

Your voice is so soothing and calm
Also, you need a strong mindset to be discipled and only eat 1 meal a day. Good job! Amazing.
Did you eat lunch or dinner??
Because i work 12 hours a day being a student and have job also.
I can not cook much

Awesome bro, keep pushing and strive to become a better version of yourself consistently!✊
@@pingoo969hii can u please share in detail about ur diet and how do u calculate macros ❓❓❓❓❓
For headache , you can try some salt and water mixture during fasting period. It worked for me. I learn this trick from dr jason fung vedios about omad.
your polite tone makes me your subscriber and I am so happy for you fasting does the magic inside your body :)
You're really humble bro . Keep grinding 👑
1:31 bachpan main yeh kitna cute thaaa .....i would have huggged him tight and not left him till i die
Yes omad diet is super effective ive been eating one meal a day for almost 3 month n my weight went from 71 to 56kg my weight goal is 52kg
Seriously?
It’s only natural considering the fact that we can only eat about 1700-2500 cals in one meal at best.
This is a good video super informative. I had known about some stuff but not the part about insulin rising more from starchy n carbs food.
I can see that your videos are really similar to Dr Berg's. Not just the style but the content as well 😀 Seems like you took some heavy inspiration from him 🙌
Dr berg is a not a registered GP. He is chiropractor, not proper doctor, so even doctor berg can not vouch for things he explains and SELLS!
Your vibe is so calm and relaxing bro
More power to you bro❤ keep going.. god bless you
Yrr level ho giaaa
Or ur way of explanation is amazing
Got too much motivation...!
Make more videos about your journey
Love from 🇵🇰
Bro the dedication level is insane man!!!!
Kya main one meal main rice kha skti hu
i do 18:6 fasting but after cheat meal (which is mostly dinner but my fasting is from 1pm to 7am), ig so that my body gets confused and gives me bloating. how did you overcome this problem?
Drink plenty of water in your fasting period....take cold water...it boosts your metabolic rate as well.
You're an inspiration for Me ❤️ I'm struggling with my weight since long. I'm gonna start omad from tomorrow InshaAllah. I hope it will give me the same results and suits my body as well..
Congratulations on your fat loss journey, man.
Hey! Thanks for sharing your fasting and diet , we gain so much knowledge about diet , so please can you take about you workout plan or cardio training. Which helps you get in shape ✨
Brother Mohit, 1st of all 'I love you'
You give me fuel for continueing my Fitness journey.
4. This one is out of this topic
How much cardio you did in your journey?
Thank you for this structured comment.
1) fasting is a way of life and even if you don’t fast for a couple of days, nothing significant will happen to your body. Although you will notice that you feel much energetic when fasted and hence you might feel lethargic when you skip it for 2 days.
2) nothing will happen if you stop OMAD or fasting.
3) you might feel weakness initially but then your body starts producing ketones which fuel you further and hence your performance improves.

Thank you bhai....
Nice video. I am sure you are very proud of yourself. An eye opener to young people. Don’t know how I as a mother put your video across to someone near to me. It’s hard not to hurt feelings as people who are overweight are teased and it affects them. Waiting for Lord to put sense so things can change. Thanks from California.

Mohit.. really nice explanation of concepts that people don't usually grasp easily

Bro how did you deal with the hairloss when you rapidly lost weight, i went from 105 kgs to 67 in almost a year but because of that i started losing hair as well, did you face something similar?
No hair loss if you’re eating sufficient nutrients. Look at my one meal towards the end of this video.
Bro hair loss is genetically affected. Massive impact will be of your inherited genes on hair loss.
I have exactly the same story as you i was 120 kg now I am 86 kg
Still long way to go
Appreciate the transformation man ❤️❤️
