leaving sugar for a month after seeing your video was one of my best decision of life,i can wear jeans which was fitting,i can wear tops which had my stomach out.i eat two chapati in a day with little rice,i walk everyday for one hour,or mostly for 45 minutes,with little excercise that is jumping ,touching feet,bending in front and back,standing on foot for few minutes.

Hello sir, I m doing fasting in this month of Sawan, dedicated to Lord Shiva 🙏🏻.
My eating schedule is as follows :-
Breakfast - Around 2-3 bananas
Lunch - 2 boiled potatoes (without salt non fried) with 300 ml curd plain
Dinner- 3 boiled potatoes (non fried with rock salt) with 300 ml curd
I also take additional 4-5 bananas in a day.
I lost 1.5 kg in 11 days with this schedule.

Brother , this is not the diet that you can sustain in the long term....try to eat a more balanced diet which is sustainable for a longer period of time which includes roti sabji daal chawal etc .....leave all the refined sugar ....eat salad before your dinner...

I had gained 8 kgs during pandemic due to work from home. Then I accidentally only started having sugarless tea. In around 3-4 months I lost 8-10 kgs. I was actually worried about this weight loss without doing any workout. Doctor asked me to do some sonography which was all clear. Then I realised it was just the reduction of sugar which made me loose weight and back to my pre pandemic weight.
I do eat sweet occassionally. I haven't stopped sugar completely. I have just stopped adding sugar in tea.

I’m not an expert but what I felt is you should stop fruits as well in the beginning otherwise your system will never stop cravings for sugar later on you can include fruits since cravings has been stopped.
