I was 84-85 last year at april.. its all about dedication and self interest towards fatloss. If you want it then you must suffer for it. I follow david goggins and back then I was so inspired through his training I legit worked out as much as I could. I would say this much that my main aim was to surpass my limits so I didn't care about sleep I would barely eat and just pushed myself. I saw the results, my weight dropped to 78 kgs with good muscle mass. Weight doesn't determine you because it is a gravitational pull but fat does determine. You might be 80 and in the mirror you are muscular so there needs to be proper sense. Well I would recommend my style to lose fat only if you are bounded for a given period of time. Else dont go harsh because you might follow the crazy schedule for 2 days but the 3rd day would determine your entire upcoming days. Its a mental game .. in the end nothing's impossible its just we who don't want to push and feel discomfort consistently.
I agree with Mohit that the fat loss process should be fast and aggressive because if you take a long time it can demotivate you but in the end it all comes to mindset if you are happy with any kind of progress then don't worry just be working hard to achieve your goals.

In march month I lost 10 kg weight by dieting and gym, just in a month 7 kg by gym and 3 kg after stopping gym by losing muscle mass. After that I regained weight in 4 months and now I thinking to reduce weight 15kg but not like before so I am going to deficit calories intake and low intensity exercise so that I may loose 5 kg a month, so now I am eating only 1400-1500 calories per day and burning 500-600 by walking 2 hours and exercise. Do not forget to take proper protein in diet I have one scoop of protein with one regular meal(curd, 2 chapati, sabji) and salad.

@@DhruvPatel-b8x I reduced my calories brother. My maintenance calories were 3200 and I did a deficit of 700. At 117 I have maintenance calories of 2700 so I eat 700 calories. But biggest change was Sleeping 6-7 hours and drinking 4L of water. These 2 things helped a lot.

@@stoicashuu I used to eat only 2 times a day, whenever I felt hungry I just used to eat sprouts or fruits or basic salad (onion tomato cucumber) I didn't go to any gym due to my busy schedule. Eat 2 rotis (remember if your goal is to lose weight then eating rice is better than eating roti) and whatever vegetable your mom makes or dal rice/rajma rice/chhole rice etc (eat around 250-300 grams of rice, if you can't measure then try to eat less but around 3 medium size bowls) Tip:- Try to eat atleast 50-70 grams of protein daily, choose low calorie high protein options within your budget (to prevent excessive muscle loss)... remember if you have the time and money to go to the gym then you must go to the gym.... stay consistent, stay healthy 😁😁💪

Hi Mohit, I'm 31 years old 175cm. Previously over the last 14 years i lost and gained weight 3 times. Now on this age I'm again 101.5kgs and Im trying to lose weight, I worked out 2 months pretty vigorously and guess what i didnt lose even a single kg. Also i kept my calories fairly in deficit. @@sultanahamad81162kgs in 10 days is very common. Just reduce high carb and walk for 10000 steps a day daily, drink lemon water in the morning and avoid junk food. You will loose 2kg

@@stoicashuu I used to eat only 2 times a day, whenever I felt hungry I just used to eat sprouts or fruits or basic salad (onion tomato cucumber) I didn't go to any gym due to my busy schedule. Eat 2 rotis (remember if your goal is to lose weight then eating rice is better than eating roti) and whatever vegetable your mom makes or dal rice/rajma rice/chhole rice etc (eat around 250-300 grams of rice, if you can't measure then try to eat less but around 3 medium size bowls) Tip:- Try to eat atleast 50-70 grams of protein daily, choose low calorie high protein options within your budget (to prevent excessive muscle loss)... remember if you have the time and money to go to the gym then you must go to the gym.... stay consistent, stay healthy 😁😁💪

Yes Mohit we want that food program, currently I'm around 100 kgs and my height is around 5 and I do have chest fat, I surely want do this transformation, the thing is I am aware about workout and training, but not much about diet, what to eat, how to track calories intake, and much more so plz provide that program...and loved ur transformation and content... U can say that I'm much looking like u but lil thiner...❤

Hi Mohit, I'm 31 years old 175cm. Previously over the last 14 years i lost and gained weight 3 times. Now on this age I'm again 101.5kgs and Im trying to lose weight, I worked out 2 months pretty vigorously and guess what i didnt lose even a single kg. Also i kept my calories fairly in deficit.
