Umm i guess you dont understand the setup of the show. They tell people that he is on a reLity show to win either a franchise of a certain company or that its a reality show showing hard working ameri ans or setups like that depending on the company.

At this point it's just safe to assume If you hear about a brand new co worker and they're gonna have cameras following them , Either you're going to be on a prank show. Or you'd better start kissing ass to get the deal of a lifetime from your CEO.

@@JMCtoo777 barely a disguise tbh and you don't need to meet everyone for them to know your face. If you do semi-frequent company wide communications everyone will know what you look like. I work for a company with over 10,000 employees in warehouses around the world and almost everyone can recognise the CEO as he does livestreams where he takes anon questions from anyone and everyone which are then sent out for everyone to watch back if they couldn't make it. Having good transparency from the top down is important to run a successful business and keep employees long term
I actually did something like this when I became a store manager back in 1982. I stopped by a few nights to check them out before I officially took over. Fired two people once I took over. Thiefs. Proven thiefs. Would have taken me longer if I hadn't checked them out anonymously. ..

If you don't use hidden cameras on this show, it's totally pointless. Even if the employees are idiots, and don't recognize their boss, they're still going to behave differently with a camera in their face being told that they'll be on a tv show.

And giving someone anxiety like that at work makes you feel UNCOMFORTABLE, can cause an accident and even death cuz now the new guy/gal is scared about every little thing so it's just UN. FUCKING.
