I worked in the food industry for nearly a decade mostly as management and I can tell you this is extremely impressive and that every now and then you do come across employees who care this much and are this passionate about their job but this is so rare I dont know that I have ever come across anyone that could recognize 1 guest, even if she knew it was an important one, that long ago so vividly and so confidently.
