With sons as hefty as those two guys, their tiny little mom doesn't have to worry about getting mugged! Great video, guys! I loved hearing your NY "accent", it reminds me of a very good Italian friend who recently pass on. I'm pretty sure he's in heaven with his mom, wearing his "eatin' pants" with the top button undone.
I love the respect you young men show your Mama. We treated our Mama with love and respect, all 8 of us. She died young of cancer when she was 64. I felt like I lost my very best friend. I was 38, now 72. I still miss her every day. You all seem like a loving, fun family. I’m going to try this recipe.
I am so sorry for your loss. I’m glad to see you honoring her memory in anyway you can. I hope that you and your family are doing better getting through those ruff times
Hello Brooklyn Brothers, I made these last night with the green bell peppers and i love them. Next time i will try with red bell peppers. Thank you for sharing. Much appreciated. Bravo! 👏 👏 👏 😁
Great Italian table , I am going to make these, I like when he cuts the bread at the table, I am italian my mother was a fantastic cook, I miss her, oh well enjoy.
Your mom reminds me of my mom Awwww. ❤ today or maybe tomorrow I am making stuffed peppers just like that I’m from Brooklyn to my mom and my dad war so I already know that type of cooking it’s always good
@@BrooklynBrothersCooking I made them tonight and they were fantastic. I might cut the peppers in half because they kept falling over. Make like a boat. Thanks again.
The stuffed peppers were superb! My wife's only request is that I precook the peppers so they're not so crunchy. Trying to decide what to try next. Maybe something with shrimp. Thanks again guys!
Aww, I'm in love with your Mom! She's adorable! Everything looked beautiful! 😋👌 Personally, I would have added some of your beautiful sauce to the plate for dipping that bread into. I'm new to your channel & I'm really enjoying your videos! Ty, for sharing!

I mentioned that I always told Daddy Jack that I was the president of the Montana chapter of the Daddy Jack's Fan Club!! So I'm also claiming the presidency of the Montana chapter of the Brooklyn Brothers Fan Club!!! I had told Jack a couple times he should sit down and chronicle his career. He actually told me that was a good idea. I think folks would indeed love to hear your guys story as well. I know I'd find it fascinating. I'd love to hear about you guys cooking with your father and his business. And of course how your careers came about from that wonder Italian upbringing. I've had one of those upbringings so I know how special it is. Food for thought I guess. I absolutely love and enjoy all you guys do.
You are now the president of the BrooklynBrothers cooking channel fan club! Yeah that’s a great idea. We actually started telling the story on the last few videos on how we ended up in Texas.
Oh my gosh I just came across your channel today. I already know how to make them but wanted to do it differently. I’m going to make this recipe. I was born in Brooklyn NY so I was happy to come across you guys. I can’t wait to see the rest of your videos. 😊

I discovered your channel and immediately knew your cooking would be the BEST. Not to mention how I fell in love with your Momma. I saw the memory video you made of your Momma. My condolences to you and your family. We lost my husband’s Momma in May 2023 so I know your hearts are always going to be empty without her. I especially loved how she would peep around the corner to be sure you were making your fabulous recipes the way she and her Momma made them. Tonight I made your stuffed peppers and my husband absolutely LOVED them. The only thing I will do differently is add more sauce to the meat mixture next time. Also, I added the cheese 20 min before they were done so it was not over done. We live near Dallas on Amon G Carter Lake in Bowie and saw that Daddy Jacks is permanently closed. I’m just so thrilled to watch your channel and make EVERYTHING you post. Thank you for gracing our home with your INCREDIBLE COOKING!
Always good news when I see a new video posting. You guys have so much fun, time goes by too fast watching you. Stuffed peppers have always been a favorite in our house. We used regular sauce. Oh...in Texas it's pronounced " mary nara" sauce I can understand the confusion... LoL When I lived in Texas as a New Yorker I didn't know what "Inn surance" was...yea like Allstate insurance? Yes. God bless you guys and mama.👍🍅
It’s Great being Italian isn’t it? Those peppers look amazing and I’m not stepping on your recipe just adding my own twist, My grandma use to do stuffed peppers with bread crumbs, anchovies, cheese, parsley, black olives, capers, sauce and I’m sure I’m missing a thing or two. They came from Sicily and so use to say how you were lucky to have meat from time to time. You guys are the best, Your #1 fan Sal. P.s. when I make them and tell people I’m making stuffed peppers and give them those they think I’m crazy. You only know what your brought up to.
Ok old video but I am trying to watch every single one!! These look amazing!! Ok the meatballs without sauce have me curious. My mom is from Naples and she always told me…… in Italy she would have meatballs with French fries, never in sauce as that is an Italian American thing. I would love to see some of your childhood dishes that your mom made you
My God guys! Beautiful, Beautiful!! Mom is Beautiful! You guys are beautiful, and the food (this one, especially), is beautiful!. Please bring it back - even Beautiful BEAUTIFUL beautiful! Love you all! You make my day every time and your dishes are extraordinary. Thanks so much.
Is there a difference between using shredded Parmesan cheese and the grated stuff you would normally see in the big shaker bottle I call it. I've sworn off the grated mass produced stuff because of the added "cellulose" and who knows what but Wegmans has fresh grated Parmesan just not sure if it's necessary to use grated.
Hey one more thing - How about stuffed cabbage rolls done similarly? Not sure you’re into that, but I used to make a similar pepper and the cabbage too. They are both amazing (well, they’re beautiful, actually!). Thanks!
That's delicious, I love Dom and the way he cooks, it's old school the way I was taught, but mama Mia what a mess in that kitchen 😄 his wife must follow him around with a mop and a broom all the time lol
Hi GUYS .....👋👋👋 LOOKS GREAT ...!!!!! Only one thing left out that my Late wife used to do before baking ... She would take the extra ( she always made extra stuffing just to make sure she had enuff ) stuffing mix & put it in the extra sauce she made & pour it in the bottom of the pan a half to an inch deep around the peppers so they were sitting in a pool of marinara sauce & be able to baste the tops a couple times during baking BEFORE she added any cheese to the tops & finished baking them til the peppers were nice & soft/tender , so you could spoon some sauce over each pepper when served ... Made them soooo much better ......... Thanks for sharing ... 👍👍👍👍👋👋👋👋
Those look delicious. I add sausage with the ground beef, and then chop up the tops of the peppers and mix it in also. Now I'm wondering if that's why mine are too watery at the bottom of the pepper. Or I haven't been draining the meat well enough. I'll try again soon.
I was really surprised to see you cook the hamburger before you stuffed the peppers. I've never done it that way. I would say, the only drawback to your method is that the peppers don't really get a chance to roast and get a little char on the outside. Otherwise, it's all the same. I do like the idea that you put sauce in the mixture. I'm sure it's very moist and not dried out when it's done. The other thing I do different is this, I pour sauce into the pans with the stuffed peppers. I love lots of sauce!! LOL!! I got one question, are you guys buying that bread or is it homemade? I got one request, please show us the appetizer recipe you spoke about concerning crab and shrimp stuffed peppers. Thanks!!
Hi Johnny! We actually thought about placing the ground beef in the pepper raw, but then thought it would be too greasy. We appreciate you watch it! Have a great weekend!
Ya know guys, your cooking is great! And I can see you in a successful restaurant, the question is why did you move from Brooklyn to Texas? Seems like a drastic transition. By the way, I'm trying your Stuffed Bell Peppers tonight.

How do you keep the bottom of the sauce from burning when you make "gravy" on the electric burner?
It always wants to burn on me. Even on low
Pots with thick bottoms work well.
Is there a difference between using shredded Parmesan cheese and the grated stuff you would normally see in the big shaker bottle I call it.

Try cooking the vegetables with the meat before stuffing and yes, be sure to cook the ground beef really well. This will eliminate extra moisture.
