  • Hello Everyone, Smoothies are one of my favourite protein packed breakfast idea. They are quick & easy to make. For a healthy high protein smoothie you need to Start off with a liquid base that is healthy, nutritional dense & protein-Rich. Here, I have made a mixed nut & seed milk for the base. Rest you can use any sweet or semi acidic fruit to go with it. I have shown two version of smoothies using the same base. These easy Vegan smoothies are rich, creamy, and full of antioxidants! Enjoy it as a delicious breakfast snack, or post-workout meals.
