Yes but for those who do workout they need these and not only proteins we need carbs too right , because carbs gives energy and ofcourse daal have good quality carbs means healthy carbs and this can be the best option for our carbohydrate source rather than eating chips .... So don't eat outside food eat homemade food like daal so we can be healthy , some amount of good fat is very essential.

I have always appreciated your content. As a doctor and poultry science expert ,i will add few points that you missed. Digestibillity of pulses is 50-60% i.e only 50 g of protein will be digested out of 100 g protein in pulses..Whereas eggs have 92% digestibility. Also eggs are richer source of essential amino acids than pulses.. Moreover pulses increase incident of gout as 40% protein is indigestible and convers to uric acid .
Also antibiotic resistance is more because of unregulated over the counter sale of antibiotics and self- prescription.
Do consider these points for your video.

Good video providing some vegetarian protein alternatives. However, animal-based protein like milk and eggs have whole range of ammino acids and are of superior quality. It is definitely required to get protein from wide range of sources both plant and animal based (non-meat) for vegetarians. Some tips:
    1. One can choose good quality eggs (free range hens and not caged/industrial farming-based eggs) that comes at a higher price.
    2. One can also look for unflavored, non-sweet whey protein of good quality which has no to minimal preservatives.
    3. Tofu is another great vegetarian protein source.

You left out the most important part about protein. The amino acid profile. Lentils have one of the worst amino acid profiles and protien absorption rates. In simple words, Protein from lentils is like an Omni van, and protein from egg, Milk or milk products, meat is like a Ferrari.
The amount of protein absorbed from PLANT based foods is significantly low and way more calories would be consumed, while not matching the Essential amino acid profiles.

broo from that 25 grams body can only absorb 12.5 grams approx cause its bio availability is only 50% and the rest goes to waste means you are having more calories for lesser amount of protein , Paneer is a better option cause the calorie profile are similar and you'll get more protein from it plus you'll also accept that eating paneer is much easier than eating soya chunks because soya chunk's texture is not at all good

I was a hard core non veg eater till 10 years ago. Having been vegetarian for the past 10 years, I have seen both sides of the diet. Veg diet is definitely more healthy for the body and mind. It is only when I do heavy physical work (eg farm work) that I have found that eggs seem to help sustain energy levels - but even that I find a bit difficult to eat now due to the taste (due to many years of veg). So my personal experience is that indian veg food is more than enough for a healthy life (and in case of heavy physical work needs add eggs to your diet)

In my experience, the struggle with weight gain can be frustrating due to limited food options. Despite trying to eat healthy, I often felt hungry and ended up snacking on sugary foods. Gaining lean muscle seemed like a battle, despite consistent gym sessions and a clean diet. After a lot of searching, I landed on Alpino Oats & High Protein peanut butter, and everything changed. The protein and fiber in this combo keep me energized and full throughout the day, making a noticeable difference in my weight gain journey. I highly recommend it!

Also, people with IBS and IBD will have hard time digesting some of the vegetarian options that you are suggesting as some of them are hard on digestive system. What’s your take on that.

Egg is the richest source of protein, with all essential amino acids. None of the food you mentioned can give you those amino acids. Amino acids are essential to absorb all the protein contents from the meal. I think, even if you combine all those foods, it will only give 60% of what you get from eating a couple of eggs. Also nutrients you get from these foods mentioned have anti nutritient, phytic acid which reduces the nutrient absorption from the meal. So no, this video is not fully true.

Whereas it is true that a vegan can get sufficient good quality proteins from a meal that combines legumes, nuts and cereals, it remains a fact that the two food proteins with the highest biological value (most complete), especially for infants and young growing children, are milk (and milk products) and egg. This has been proven over and over for more than 50 years and more recently in 2019 in clinical research conducted by us at St John's Medical College, Bangalore, India.

    Misinformation at its absolute best.
Firstly it's important to clarify that commercial unfertilized eggs are, in fact, a vegetarian source of protein.
Additionally, eggs are known for their high protein bioavailability, way higher than any source of protein you mentioned in video (except for whey protein),making them an excellent source of nutrition.
Instead of criticizing other sources that don't fit your agenda, promoting a balanced diet that includes both animal and plant-based options might be a more inclusive approach to encourage healthier eating habits.
