    Lu Chin,I used your technique to stop Tinitis and it was amazing. Thank you so much.
    .y son suffers terrible pain in his hips and is unable to sit. Can you advise some treatment for relieving pain in the hips. Thank you

      So glad this technique helps with your tendinitis! Not knowing your son’s situation. I’m not sure these tips would help but it won’t hurt.
      First have him strengthen his glutes. Lay on his belly, length one the leg first, then try to lift the same leg, or the knee, or the thigh from the bed for 1”. Make sure the leg is straight when lifting. Do 30 repetitions each time. Then work on the second side. So three times a day. Muscle atrophy could cause pain, keep those muscles strong would help the hips.
      Then try to cup these points using his hand or his fist. Don’t have to do it too hard, but not too soft either. This will help qi to flow a little better.
      1. HuanTiao point (GB30) on the hip.
      2. FengShi (GB31) on the lateral side of the thigh
      3. YangLingQuan (GB34) below the knee.
      4. WeiZhong point (BL40) - in the middle of the crease of the knee.
      5. Use a firm comb to comb his buttocks.
