    Woke up at 6am dying from a migraine. I’ve been suffering for the first time in my life for the last few months. Out of desperation for homeopathic remedies. I did this video in my bed and it worked. I’m now obsessed. ❤ and grateful

    My migraines lasts for 2 days no matter the painkillers. The painkillers reduce the pain but even after napping or sleeping, the throbbing remains behind the eye. I woke up from a nap and did this and it really helped relieve the pain to a certain level. Thank you very much!

      Try smoking a bit of cannabis helps me but I do take zapain codeine and paracetamol half hour before smoking a joint

    Have had migraines for 27 years. Chronic for the past 4. I have been having an intermittent week long attack. I had tried everything except the ER but now I came across your video and tried it. The tension has definitely dropped but I am now just feeling the random throbs. But even this is such a relief. Thank you very much.     I suffered from a TBI/Concussion 2017, and had brain surgery(Right temporal lobe). I,ve had Botox injections, etc. I suffer from Migraines, to include Sleep Anea, this video actually helps. Thank you!🙏🏿

    Would like to let you know that I suffer from Chronic Migraine and Cluster Headaches. I was getting 8 to 10 cluster headaches a day and they would wake me up to 3 times in the middle of the night, the pain is unbearable, I just wanted to pull my eye out and bang my head. Is the worst pain anybody can get don’t wish it on anyone and when it was over I was completely debilitated not ready for the next one. I found your Migraine massages and started doing them a few times a day for my Clusters and every night before going to bed. The difference in my Cluster headaches is unbelievable. I continue to get them everyday I guess they are part of my daily life but the intensity of them is so much less. I just wanted to put myself out every time I got them and now I am able to cope with them much better. Thank you so much for putting out a video, you have change my life tremendously. I am so grateful and can’t thank you enough. There is no medication that can help me but your Migraine Massage video change my life. Forever grateful.

    Had a 3 day severe migraine.could only eat small pieces of cracker and sips of water.i have chronic headaches. Exederine migraine meds usually work. I have carried a bottle in all my purses.for years. Any way. I could not take the pain and i tried searching on youtube but every video I clicked on was talk talk talk. Yours was the only one that went straight to addressing the issue. It worked. In fact I don't get headaches anymore. Just wanted to thank you

    Dr. Field , you saved me from misery of migraines! After my own relief, I shared your video with many of my girlfriends who are suffering from migraines and sinus problems, they all reported significant improvement!     Iam from India ....It's amazing..... Relieved a lot ( Frequency of getting headache reduced almost monthly once or twice ...earlier every alternate days I was suffering.... I am regularly practicing especially Sinus#2 & Migrane videos.......i was suffering with a severe headache almost last 7 years because of sinus & migraine but great relief ..Thanks a lot for your great videos ....I cannot express my relief which I am getting by doing your exercise ....Thanks 🙏...

    I've had a 9 day migraine, chronic attack as well as less severe symptoms - nervous to drive, struggling to work, can't be outside in the sunlight, or have blinds open. After this video I feel I can move my eyeballs and look around without pain and tension keeping me stiff and rigid. My neck and inner head are so warm and alive, it's, like I've had a really good deep tissue massage. The pressure in my head is cracking out of my ears and releasing. It's wonderful. I feel like I can go and walk my dogs now. I feel excited! A priceless video. Thank you so much for sharing. 🙏💫

    Dr. Fields your videos have really changed my life. I’ve had chronic (daily) migraines for a decade now, and the neck pain had gotten to be one of the worst symptoms. A little over a year ago I stumbled on your neck videos and started doing them everyday. It took a couple of months, but the relief was unbelievable. I got a range of motion back in my neck and am still amazed at the pain relief I’ve experienced. I’d tried everything-chiro, PT, medication. Nothing worked before your videos.
    This migraine video tops even that neck series. It’s easier to do when I have a severe migraine, and that gives me further relief. Everything from the color scheme to the music, to your voice is very soothing. The exercises are a perfect combination for my migraines. I’ve added this to my daily routine-along with some of your TMJ videos and others. Thank you so much for the blessing you’ve been to me, my family, and countless others.

    I was really stressing before uni and because I had a horrible condition at thus start of the year but thankfully It was not-it was just stress and anxiety and migraines that were replicating the symptoms and since doing these videos combined with a few others online, it has made a massive difference and is helping me return to normal life:)

    I’ve had a migraine for 4 months straight and is still going. I sleep with it, wake up with it. It hasn’t missed a day. Oh tears almost everyday and debilitating pain. Am going to try this on a daily basis. Hopefully I’ll feel some relief

      @@noorfatima1516 very sorry to hear that. My doctor put me on sumatriptan 100 mg for a week and verapamil 20 mg twice a day. That was about 3 months ago. I didn’t feel any change right away and I still continued with the sumatriptan for 2 more weeks after the dosage was done. But within like a month and a half, I started to feel some improvement. Even now as I type, I don’t have a migraine at the moment. So I take the verapamil dose every single day since then and I take the sumatriptan 50mg when I get a migraine. Praying for you girl. I tried these exercises too but not much of a difference. I understand your pain. Hang in there as you look for a solution. Don’t give up

    You are an angel. I've had weekly-monthly migraines for over 20 years. I have had a migraine since yesterday and it was at the level that I just wanted to die but I could not sleep to escape the pain anymore so I got up and found your video. The migraine has been reduced to a manageable headache. I am going to do this video again and hope for more relief. Thank you thank you. Your calming voice and kind words were so helpful too.

    How did you do it sir? Everytime I take medicine and feel so lazy to do this exercise but whenever I do it my problem gets resolved. Even the medicines arent able to cure or that effective. You truely are amazing. God bless you!

    I have MS and migraines as a side effect of that disease and I’ve been having migraines on and off for the past 3 weeks and this saved me and my sanity. The pressure I feel during migraines is the worst and these simple massages pretty much instantly dropped all the pressure! So incredibly thankful for this video!

    Iv been experiencing migraine for two consecutive days and cant do my work properly until I searched remedies and stumble into your video.     Thank you so much! My God I feel less pain after doing this. I get a migraine episode about every 28-30 days and it lasts 24-72 hours each time. It is constant during the duration. Then I get the migraine hangover, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, light and sound sensitivity.

    Having done this for a couple of years now and I can't thank you enough! It's midnight and this is always my go to move for migraines.
    If I may, my only suggestion is a darker screen. Migraines attacking with light sensitivity especially at night the white screen is difficult sometimes.

    Hello from Ireland 🇮🇪 I have a forward tilting cervical spine but today I woke up lying with my head at almost a right angle to my body as it was pressed up the head board. I cannot control the constant headaches, I've tingling in my fingers and I have a pulsating pain going though my eyes and head that bad I cannot sleep. This has eased it some so thank you! You also have a wonderful calming manner, born to be a doctor!

    I have been struggling with a three day migraine on and off. Had them for years some worse than others. A sneeze Re triggered it worse last night (weird I know). Usual meds not touching it and was dreading the thought of the ER. Woke up with it in the background and did this video praying to keep it at bay today, and I feel a lot better after. This started draining my sinus congestion I often get on the headache side. I’m going to do this again later today and start doing this daily. Noticed my jaw popped pretty good a few times and definitely sore there and on the temple of the same side where the headache keeps coming back. I noticed my neck muscles on both sides were locked up but not so much after this video. Thank you so much for putting this out there. 🙏

    I am doing this exercises always while having headaches or migraines for the last 4-5 monthers If i start exercises during the early stage of headache, it is complete relief after one exercise. Yesterday i was lazy to do exercise, hoped headache will go away, but when i woke up today, it was back and stronger. Right now after the video i still feel pain, but it is much much lighter. I really need to listen to the advice and exercise regularly. Thank you very much- you are my lifesaver!

    I woke up of tension and pain and couldnt sleep, after the video felt so much relief. Its temporarly but prevented me from both mentally freaking out and trowing up again. Btw i dont use painkillers. Yesterday evening, i also did it for the first time, helped a bit less then now, because i couldn't see good because of the migraine attack. When u doing this during an attack , make sure you watch the video in same hight as your face and from up close (first time i was looking towards the ground).     I have had migraines for years.. They began monthly and then gradually got more frequent. Go to my chiropractor but he only adjusts my neck which hasn’t been enough to fix this.. ended up on Zolmitriptan and then in January had daily migraines and the doctor put me on toporomaite which I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy.. Now I’m weaning off it.. I’m praying that by doing this it will ease my migraines and give me real relief!
