    can you please record a specific sequence for
    me. I have what its called metatarsalgia fore foot pain..after researching it came
    out to be these poses affecting the the gastrocnemius muscles. But I need a guided and timed sequence. i this order..many people with weak calves can benefit from this .Cat-Cow Pose (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana)
    Standing Forward Bend (Uttanasana)
    Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
    Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I)
