This is an extremely powerful method for going to sleep instantly. I have tried this and have observed that I go to sleep after taking not more than 10 breaths. I have stopped taking Alprazolam for the last one month ever since I started practicing this pranayam. Thank you Madam 😌😌🙏🙏

Good for you don't take alprazolam. it is a gateway drug and it will fuck you up. I used to take it in my college days as I lived in a hostel full of medical reps and one guy was the rep for this drug he convinced us that this has not side effects. So I used to sleep only 3 hours a day so on weekends I would take half an alprazolam and sleep at 8pm and wake up next day 8 am fully refreshed.
So I told a few others and 3 of them got addicted they were taking it all the time. At first they also would take it on weekends to get a nice sleep.
One guy had to go for drug rehabilitation another guy started taking other drugs.
Anyways you left it its good. But also ensure you don't drink any tea coffee or energy drinks after 4pm preferable after 12am and even better quit it altogether.
I had sleep problems Now I don't have sleep problems I go to sleep but it just takes time and too many thoughts in my mind I have got addicted to reels and when I close my eyes all those reels keep flashing like a movie. So I thought of searching for some pranayama to clear my mind so I can sleep sooner.
I solved my sleep problems by installing Flux software on my computer to filter out blue light my screen is red after 6pm and it is like that till 4am there is an app for Apple too for android there is twilight. Then I replaced all my tubelights with Godrej Updown light. If you toggle the switch it will give you bright blue light facing down and on toggle again it will shut this and switch off a yellow light facing upwards. This is very good for sleep. I toggle it after 6pm. If you have the budget then you can actually use automated lights that will filter out blue light slowly at 6pm automatically.
I also took magnesium supplements. When it was sever I sued to soak my feet in Magnesium sulfate water at night to 10 minutes.
Then taking B vitamin supplements also helps.
Eating a plant based diet helped a lot especially when you eat raw foods at night. I had gone to a raw food camp and the guru there used to say when you eat raw food you "Sleep like a baby and shit like a bird" If you notice birds just shit so easily. It is true in the morning no spending time in the toilet at all.
This saved me. Now I don't eat raw anymore. Cause my sleep problems are gone now. Now i only am overloading my brain with random information watching reels and shorts. So I need something to relax my brain before I sleep.

@@gauravnarodey8021 They claim its not addictive and might be true I did not have a problem leaving alprazolam I used to not take much 2 of my friends got hooked on to alprazolam because they saw me taking it and I would take it only on a Saturday to sleep at 8pm and wake up next day fresh at 8am. As i used to sleep only 3 to 4 hours entire week.
I had to really work hard to make them quit as I felt it was my responsiblity as I just regurgitated what was told to me that alprozolam has not side effects when they had seen me taking it and asked me about it.
One guy left it quite easily but the other guy found it difficult and hat to be put in rehab. I guess its because he was already a heavy tobacco chewer and smoker.
