How did you guys enjoy this 15 min lower body dumbbell routine? Let me know down below! I'll be adding some more dumbbell/kettlebell workouts int he future, so leave your requests below as well! See you soon! Much love xx - Maddie
MadFit loved this one a lot! I find myself giving up halfway on most leg workouts but this was just as challenging but focused on good form rather than repetitions so I was able to get through it feeling strong and challenged rather than wanting to puke halfway haha!
What I absolutely adore about your workouts is that you don't rush through the exercises and don't use reps. The moves are controlled and slow to make sure that we are focusing on form, rather than going quickly that it almost feels like cardio. Plus I absolutely love the variety of exercises you do. They are always unique, challenging and fun! Keep up the great work. I'm totally converted and will pretty much only watch your workout videos now!!
yes, this! I found this to be a problem with Chloe Ting's workouts, I just can't get the hang of hers without having unreasonably awful body pains (than mere soreness from the level of resistance).
@@FemmePistolera I've only ever done one of her workouts so I can't speak for hers but I have had similar experiences to yourself, which is unfortunate because they have good intentions and have so much potential... Although if they work for others that's great. So grateful to have come across Maddie's videos though!
@@ngndnd exactly. it doesn't hurt to take your time on the repetitions, especially when it's already challenging enough (ie. when there's already quite a bit of resistance going on). honestly, study your anatomy and physiology--it's good for your muscles in the endurance aspect (less susceptible to injuries and makes you stronger too; which is exactly the point).
@@FemmePistolera It's not a race and you're only in competition with yourself; so I suggest you pause the video until you've finished each exercise; that way you'll find that you have improved over time.

I love this. My lower back pain kicked in during the second half, which caused my right leg some pain. I had to stop to stretch. But I finished the workout tho. I really enjoyed this. I will do this every other day now.
i appreciate strength training so much. so much more than cardio, which leaves me feeling overwhelmed and confused usually. thank you! sweaty and sore but i am toning and know what i'm doing because of you!
Thank you SO much, Maddie, for your workouts. I hadn't ever done strength training before, instead yo yo fasting, bingeing and running for years. Four months ago, at 43.5 years old you helped me fall in love with weights and working out. I love being able to work out in my pyjamas and fit in between 30 mins and 90 mins every day. Seeing a great difference in my floppy mummy arms already, booty is definitely on its way north, but I'm still waiting for the thigh fat to dissolve and reveal the muscles underneath! You look incredible and inspire me to keep going. Please don't ever stop your TH-cam videos xxxx
I don’t workout as consistently as I should but when I need some work out ideas you are the first channel I come to. Thanks for the awesome workouts! 😘
I loved this workout my 3 year old daughter "did them" as well! She had fun! Being a mom of 2 kids including a 1 year old boy, this 15 minute workout sure does fit in my busy schedule! Thank you!!!
I've been doing this for 3 weeks now (5 days a week) and results are good. before this i was doing chloe ting's so i've been struggling to find a workout intense enough to carry on growing my main glutes and this one has been doing the trick. two weeks in though results started slowing down. my hamstrings and lower legs are toned and so much stronger but i still have so much cellulite. i've tried lots of workouts to grow my glutes but i'm still learning about fitness and how to give my main muscle groups a good workout every week. i guess i'm telling you my story to see if anybody else has related to me. my next steps are to research about how to tell you've had a good workout, which foods groups to increase on when in a calorie surplus and more ways to get protein. (i'm a pescatarian and i don't want to eat too much fish because of mercury overload.) i know that growing glutes is hard but i've not been seeing results in a while. there were results at the start of my chloe ting phase last year, then they stopped and the workouts got easy. same with this workout. please feel free to reply to this comment with your own experience or tips for me. thank you so much. on another note though, this is my favourite lower body workout on youtube
You can try adding a heavier dumbbell. I have been doing this workout for 2 1/2 weeks now and it definitely got easier. Started with 10lbs and now im doing 15lbs
Thank you! You're awesome! My "go to" 3 days a week. I would love if you could do even more full lower body videos. Would you be able to start incorporating intensity levels? I prefer a bit more intense, so was wondering if you could tell us/show us what we could do to accomplish this. For example, if you could tell us to use dumbbells and what hand to put them in or how to position them, or bands, or different position levels to increase the difficulty, for all exercises/videos that you do? You are awesome, I just need a bit more motivation to make things more difficult and push myself more ha ha ;)! Also, is there any way that you are able to show how to perform the exercise before you start your timer, because I tend to have to stop and set it back because I miss some of the time in the exercise trying to see what you’re doing. Thank you so much, I am so happy that I found you, and I have spread your name around to many of my girlfriends and we all love you!
One of my favorite workouts ever! Your workouts with weights are the best, please keep making them! As a mom of two small children, I work out in the wee hours of the morning before I become a jungle gym for small kiddos, so I really appreciate the brevity of some of these workouts. Fun, simple, and always really well thought out!
Would you be willing to do a video about form for some of the most common exercise for the lower body? I always have lower back pain after this workout and I think it’s my form.
Gaaaaawley this kicked my butt! After taking a break & being pregnant for what feels like forever, having bby & finally feeling motivated to workout after all these months, this 15 mins got me feeling like jello! LoL....I feel like I can do this one to help ease me back into routine. Thank you for this one!
This was the first time I used my 25lb dumb bell. The sweat was pouring down, this video was beyond challenging but I see how I will improve and get the results I want with consistency. Thanks for posting❤💜💯👍🏾
I made a mix exercise from your playlist between abs, legs & booty, and arms. Thank you for creating these easy, home friendly exercises 😊 especially during this time.
I know this workout is from 8 months ago and Maddie probably won't see it BUT I have been doing this workout since everything shut down in March and it has converted me to at-home workouts! I'm not even itching for the gyms to reopen with how much this has sculpted my legs and butt. When I first started I could barely finish 1 round and now I do a booty band workout first and then this and I feel fine! Thank the lord for MadFit
Love it! I had surgery and I am restricted on exercising after asking my doctor, he gave clearance to start moderate lower body exercises. I am able to work out in between calls but with a nice sweat. Using the weights makes a huge difference. Thanks, MadFit!
awesome!!! my favorite leg workout so far from you! the pacing was perfect and the exercises were all friendly to my 37 year old body. the squat walk would be awesome inbetween each exercise for added intensity.
LOVED IT! I'm so tired of working out by myself. I'm a trainer myself and motivate others and keep others accountability but I'm on my own when it comes to my own motivation and accountability. So thank you for being my workout partner this morning. I'm sweating profusely which I greatly appreciate. When I'm alone I don't push myself hard enough to really sweat like that. Too much rest between sets. So you timing me is greatly appreciated! Thanks for all you do Maddie!
Mads, this workout is my favorite! It’s the perfect combo of movements where I feel like I can keep going (barely 😅) but my legs still feel torched at the end. And working my way up to heavier weights now! Definitely seeing some results in toning… thank you for this ❤
62 years young. I do a few of your videos and like the pace, sound of your voice and the music. Looking forward to continually adding to my exercise routine.
Day 1: it was hard. I’m out of breath but this is good! Day 2: working on form! I feel like I was getting better at it. Form counts so I’m trying to improve that the most! Day 3: doing better! Day 4: getting to be a little easier. I’ve lost 1 pound each day so far doing this workout along with 1 other one! Day 5: feeling sick today but still powering through Day 6: getting sicker but still pushing on Day 7: No longer sick (which is awesome) and some of the harder parts of the workout are getting a bit easier! Day 8: still not seeing much as for changes but I’m keeping with it! Day 9: used heavier weights today, way more sore than usual but that’s a good thing! Day 10: keeping with the heavier weights today! Day 11: seeing a small change in thighs ! Day 12: rested today, thighs were sore Day 13: back at it. Super sweaty today!! Had to take 3 days off because of unforeseen medical problems Day 14: I felt like I forgot everything. My form was getting better but i feel like I lost it after the days away. I’m not stopping though. Day 15: still hard; but getting back to it Day 16: getting with it again Day 17: starting to feel like I’m getting back into it more, getting easier

Day 13 (4/29/2024): ✅I took so many breaks b/c I was feeling lightheaded :') Day 14 (4/30/2024): ✅ WEEK 2 DONE!!! >:) - Day 15 (5/1/2024): ✅WEEK 3!!!!! Day 16 (5/2/2024): ❌ Rest day! Day 17 (5/3/2024): ✅ My legs felt so tight after. I hope this is all worth it 😭🙏 Day 18 (5/4/2024): ❌ No time today
@@onionsbroccoli-on6jf Yes! My thighs and legs are slimmer and look more toned now, and my butt isn’t as flat anymore. However, I’ve only been using this video for my leg workouts so you would have to do more to see a major difference, if that is what you are hoping to achieve. ^_^

I love this. My lower back pain kicked in during the second half, which caused my right leg some pain. I had to stop to stretch. But I finished the workout tho. I really enjoyed this. I will do this every other day now.
Tried this workout again and I've improved with the curtsy lunges and the squat walks. This is now a regular!
I really enjoyed this exercise. I haven't done it for a while, so the second round was far more in line with you than my first attempts.
loved every standing set!!! make more all-standing workouts, please. Love your workouts. very challenging. excellent quality.
This might be one of my favorites! Love the incorporation of the weights. 😊
Omg this is great! Thank you so much for this workout
i appreciate strength training so much. so much more than cardio, which leaves me feeling overwhelmed and confused usually. thank you! sweaty and sore but i am toning and know what i'm doing because of you!
I recommend to try this one too! My booty was burning after this workout. Share the link th-cam.com/video/8igzFXtazE4/w-d-xo.html
So does this not help you lose weight from your legs?

I love coming back to your older videos for my motivation. your progress inspires me indeed!
I loved this workout my 3 year old daughter "did them" as well! She had fun! Being a mom of 2 kids including a 1 year old boy, this 15 minute workout sure does fit in my busy schedule! Thank you!!!
Perfect leg workout in the time I like! I can commit to 15 mins a day and this is really effective. Will check out more of your workouts.

How is it going now?
@@jasminmenzies9759 i stopped after a week 💀💀
Started with 10lbs and now im doing 15lbs
getting my exercise mat ready
What kind of mat do you use? I'm looking for one
Sarah Reineke I use one from Ikea. It's not thin
You and Pamela Reif have the best workouts! Thank you so much :)
Love these exercises. Iam doing this for 1 month . A lots of differences in my body.thank u
you hands down have the best workouts!
place your hands up
Thank you girl. I followed you until the end. I am SWEATING but I feel GOOD!!!! Will keep this in my workout routine. ♥️
Your workout is awesome , I'm on the third day of work out and I'm already feeling my muscles worked
any results?
I don't have heavy dumbbells and used a 10 lb kettle bell instead and it worked great! I love all of your classes!!
I did it twice using my 25 pound dumbbells ! and finished it with a 10 minute ab workout and 10 minute yoga stretch . thank you better than the gym .
Made it halfway through and that's it for tonight. Go me😂🤦♀️
At least you tried! That’s all that matters I would prefer become constant with it and you’ll improve :)
Better than nothing at all! :3 Wishing you the best on your journey to getting stronger :)
Hell yeah! Thats good! keep it up!
Right 😂 I look at the time and it’s only been 6 mins lmfao
Well done ☺️❤️
Gaaaaawley this kicked my butt! After taking a break & being pregnant for what feels like forever, having bby & finally feeling motivated to workout after all these months, this 15 mins got me feeling like jello! LoL....I feel like I can do this one to help ease me back into routine. Thank you for this one!
Completed this workout two days consecutively 🎉 I enjoyed it and felt it in my glutes too. My flutes felt tighter.
This was the first time I used my 25lb dumb bell. The sweat was pouring down, this video was beyond challenging but I see how I will improve and get the results I want with consistency. Thanks for posting❤💜💯👍🏾
First time when I watched I couldn’t keep up and 3 weeks later I feel more stronger and can actually keep up more love the videos !
Did it slim and tone? or bulk and tone? :)
Love these workouts. Did mine with a kettlebells. I Dont have have dumbbells. Thanks!!
I loved every bit of it! Awesome 😎
The muscle sore is crazy after this seemingly easy workout, and I love it!
Definitely seeing some results in toning… thank you for this ❤
My favourite!! Please for set with kettlebell 😊
I really enjoy this workout which helps to lift different parts of the body, mind and soul!
Loved this workout!!! Love it’s such a good one I can do at home with all of the kids. My legs were literally shaking haha. Thank you!
Day 5: feeling sick today but still powering through
Day 6: getting sicker but still pushing on
Day 7: No longer sick (which is awesome) and some of the harder parts of the workout are getting a bit easier!
Day 8: still not seeing much as for changes but I’m keeping with it!
Day 9: used heavier weights today, way more sore than usual but that’s a good thing!
Day 10: keeping with the heavier weights today!
Day 11: seeing a small change in thighs !
Day 12: rested today, thighs were sore
Day 13: back at it. Super sweaty today!!
Had to take 3 days off because of unforeseen medical problems
Day 14: I felt like I forgot everything. My form was getting better but i feel like I lost it after the days away. I’m not stopping though.
Day 15: still hard; but getting back to it
Day 16: getting with it again
Day 17: starting to feel like I’m getting back into it more, getting easier
I want to know how effective this workout is on my boxy body! For reference, I am 5'2" and ~127 lbs. :)
Day 1 (4/17/2024): ✅my legs hurt but i hope this is so worth it! 😭🙏
Day 2 (4/18/2024): ❌Legs were too sore so I had to rest!
Day 3-6 (4/19-4/22): ❌ was busy the first two days, but today, my thighs hurt so bad! Maybe I'm not stretching right. 😭
Day 7 (4/23/2024): ✅I properly stretched this time before exercising, and it helped so much! 😭🙏
-
Day 8 (4/24/2024): ✅I was sweating so bad the whole timeee
Day 9 (4/25/2024): ❌Was too tired after work.
Day 10 (4/26/2024): ❌Same reason, and I also got home late too 💔
Day 11 (4/27/2024): ✅It hurts but man it's gotta be worth it 🙏🙏
Day 12 (4/28/2024) ✅I'm seeing a small difference in my legs and butt already! This is way more effective than the old videos I used to follow.
Day 13 (4/29/2024): ✅I took so many breaks b/c I was feeling lightheaded :')
Day 14 (4/30/2024): ✅ WEEK 2 DONE!!! >:)

Day 17 (5/3/2024): ✅ My legs felt so tight after. I hope this is all worth it 😭🙏
Day 18 (5/4/2024): ❌ No time today
Did you see a difference
@@onionsbroccoli-on6jf Yes! My thighs and legs are slimmer and look more toned now, and my butt isn’t as flat anymore. However, I’ve only been using this video for my leg workouts so you would have to do more to see a major difference, if that is what you are hoping to achieve. ^_^
@@metronry ok cool!!! Thanks I had a knee injury, and can finally workout more, and I just don’t like how I look on my lower half now. I will start slowly, and add this to my regimen. Thanks again.
Did this for the first time today and I loved it. The reps are perfekt and needed and you do the exercises slow and controlled. But for me there could be more similar exercises to really make those muscles burn, because I don't feel them that much. But you did an awesome job with this!! Please continue!!
Hey how's it going
It was great! Challenging and rewarding and short too 💪🏼😁
Does anyone else feel some lower back soreness/pain while doing the deadlift or kneeling squats? How do I avoid putting stress on my lower back? Thanks!
Also, make sure you're leading with your glute muscles when you do the movement to stand back up -- think of it as being the point that's pulling the rest of your body along like a string. I used to have lower back pain from it too.
Hi there, please check this one out ----> th-cam.com/video/TvIb4KLy3xc/w-d-xo.html :)
I definitely don’t do kneeling squats! I modified it to regular squats instead
I just found your videos! You're amazing. Best Videos ever
This is the 5th video of yours that I just absolutely love. You're body is incredible. And you're a sweetheart so you make it easy to follow along. Thanks for the reminders during the videos, too. Lol! I'll keep sharing your vids
I really loved this workout.. made my legs shaky after but it feels great!
I like how each exercise was slow and uncomplicated. I got more out of this mindful approach. Thank you.
Loved this circuit! Your workouts are great and I’m always watching for your new videos! The variety is nice and keeps me from getting bored with doing the same thing over and over again!
Thank you ❤I’m putting this into my schedule ❤❤❤
Thank you Maddie! I would like a video teaching us the technics and the correctly body posture when we are doing the exercise, and another video teaching us how to combine the diferent work outs, leg day, or abs day or something like that. Im not an expert but I'd like to get a little bit in fit, and I love your videos.
Perfect perfect perfect
Just started 3 days ago getting back into fitness and have been using your Channel. I am plus size but able to complete the workout out and I’m sweaty when I’m done.
Thank you for making something everyone can do !
Will update my results after 30 days !
I still go back to this workout for my booty/legs cause it's still one of my faves!
I love that you went the whole way through the second time and did not just say do it yourself. Great work out 💪
Love this workout! I’d like how the movements were slow and controlled and not rushed.
OMG ! I just found your video in my TH-cam home , I practiced it and My Goodness ! It's simple training and I love it ❤️😘
This was so great! Got a good sweat on in only 15 minutes! Now I can shower and get on with my day and I'm feeling motivated to keep up with these quick, effective workouts!
My balance on the lunges has improved massively. Over this past year, I have definitely seen an improvement in my body shape as well. Massive thanks to you!
That's great! What lb do you use!? :)
@@nicola1466 I use 5kg dumbbells which is about 11lbs on each side. I had to work up to that though. I started of with 3kg first of all.
Love this workout with slightly heavier weights! Definitely a lot stronger than I was two months ago!
I've been doing this for about 2 years off and on. Now I'm pregnant and do it without weights. Lifts, tones, strengthens my boots thighs and back sooooo good
If you’re like me doing this for vanity reasons (not just strength) this workout makes a VISIBLE difference on your booty just after 2-3x!!
Love this workout! What songs did you use for this workout? Great tunes to keep w it!
