Wow! I really missed yoga from my therapy but i couldn’t find a relaxed yoga anywhere. Everything felt so rushed and focused on doing the poses right. This was so relaxing, calming and focussed on what feels good for your body. I loved the little notes where you told to release tension and sink in my yogamatt. It made me even more relaxed and I could release tension on places where i didnt know was tension in the first place! Subscribed! Thanks for the video.
I'm so happy that I am getting back to my practice and choosing you for the journey was a great decision. Your videos are so meditative. I'm also realizing that i'm not a fan of vinyasa flows they are too fast and take the art of meditation out of yoga in my opinion. What a fantastic suggestion as many practitioners find the transition into pigeon pose difficult and even simply staying in pigeon pose. Holy shit. I have kyphosis so a lot of my spine is metal. This is the first yoga I've tried where I felt like I could do most of it and strongly benefited from it.
The stretches in this video seemed a bit rushed. I would get into pigeon or spinal twist and then you would move right onto the next move. Please consider holding stretches longer next time.
I have over 800 classes. It would be crazy to think each class would be perfect for you. This isn’t a yin yoga class but rather a restorative stretch holding poses between 1 min and 2 mins. What you are looking for is yin yoga. I have many. I hope you find what you’re looking for.
